Which I figured would mean that they are military friendly. Unfortunately this was not the case. Busker's was very rigid and unwilling to work with us to get an estimate. There is another shop in San Angelo that is on the USAA direct list which is more of a big name "chain type" store. And there are at several of those shops in various San Angelo locations. To my surprise the chain store was 100 percent more accommodating and it has excellent reviews regarding quality of the repair work. Sounds like Busker's does good work but if you need flexibility or enjoy the customer service factor you may want to look elsewhere.

The other vehicle's rear backup camera is off centered and some cheaper switch was used for fog lights. I didn't mind paying. But I didn't get what I was promised or quoted on. Im sure he will fix it but the sheer headache in redoing the work is what I do not like.

Took our Honda to it after a wreck because it was listed as our insurance's circle of dependency shops. When I dropped it off I said the steering is out of alignment and the bar protecting the gas tank under the vehicle is bent. When I picked it up they didn't fix any of those issues so we had to leave it there another week. (2 weeks total...serious it was a minor wreck small damage to hood, grill, windshield, and a few dents on top of car. When we finally got the car back the windshield wasn't sealed properly so it whistled at highway speeds. And leaked water.... Took it back four times before they finally fixed it. Each time they said it was fixed and it wasn't. They never adjusted the headlight they repaired so it pointed down and was unsafe... every time I took it in after the first repair they said they'd adjust it. Never got adjusted the four times I brought it in for windshield issues. I ended up disputing repairs with insurance company over windshield and headlight. They send out a representative and had me bring the car to the shop. I sat in the lobby as the manager and my insurance company talked and inspected the car. I was being left out of the conversation (later I switched auto insurance). I did watch as they looked over the car and the rep kept pointing to to top middle of the windshield. Then both men came back inside and talked in the managers office behind closed doors. But it was slightly open after the secretary gave him a message so I heard what was being said. So went like this: Insurance guy said repairs were bad and so they'd need to be done again. So we had to give the Honda up for another 2-3 weeks while they re-repaired it. This time they provided a rental car for free. 2 weeks later I picked up went to pick up the honda after I got a call that it was done. Looking it over there was now a huge scratch on the driver side door where there wasn't one before... not just a hair line one this was bare metal 1/4" across and 3" long. Like some grinder was on and rubbed up against it. Luckily I took pictures the day I dropped it off and they repaired it but that took even more time (2-3 days). Even after all this the headlight wasn't fixed so I called the insurance rep again. He said he'd follow up. A few days later he said the shop said it was pre-existing damage..... How was it pre-existing on a new car??? Light was pointed correctly before this wreck.. So I was stuck with it. A few months later I installed a custom grill and in doing that I had access to the mounts of the headlight... upon inspection I tried to adjust it.... and I did... using just a screwdriver. Seriously this place is to be avoided at all costs. Please note that this battle over repairs done took about 1 year of going back and forth with the shop and my insurance company. Note: This took place in late 2006, I hope that changes have been made since then.

I came in specifically seeking further diagnosis to understand what was actually causing the code. Instead, they simply hooked up their own code reader, told me the exact same code I had already reported to them, and then recommended a full engine replacement for around $15,000. I was charged $250 for information I had already provided when I walked in. When I asked about deeper diagnostic work -- the kind I believed the diagnostic fee was supposed to cover -- I was told that would cost even more. I was under the impression that a diagnostic charge meant they would actually diagnose the problem, not just read a code and upsell a major repair. I got a second opinion from a reputable local businessman who actually took the time to diagnose the real issue. He is repairing the problem for about $5,000 -- far from the $15,000 engine replacement Ric Henry Auto claimed was necessary. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.

Bryon is an extremely knowledgeable expert in auto repair, and could diagnose problems immediately and have them fixed in quick order. Kyle is a by-the-book perfectionist who treated every vehicle as if it was his own. He's young and smart, and a fantastic person. Kelly (the owner) is a great "old style" mechanic. He's worked on every kind of vehicle and seen every type of problem. He's well versed in cars and also isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and fix something when it needs fixing. They just replaced a running light on my 2011 Ford Focus. They were very professional and they worked with me to get me the best possible price, I got several estimates and they had the best price by far. This is the second time that they have worked on this vehicle. The first time they repainted the entire car because someone had keyed my car. That was an insurance claim. They did such a good job, plus they did all of the work of dealing with my insurance company. I will go back to them first if I have any need in the future and I can whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone. Brad helped me both times and he always kept me apprised of the progress of the work. They graciously took me to an appointment while they worked on my vehicle because it was trying to rain. The weather had cleared when it was time for me to return so I walked back. While I was about half way back they called to make sure that I was fine and if I needed them to pick me up. Such nice and helpful employees, plus the work is always the best. read more

An accident can be a very difficult and challenging time. Concho Collision made the process so much easier. Before I was even off the phone with the insurance starting my claim I was being called by Concho Collision to schedule the estimate. When I took my vehicle in for the estimate I was treated with respect and before I left I understood exactly what needed to be done to repair my vehicle. After I dropped my vehicle off for the repairs the staff ensured that I had a rental lined up and kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. When it was completed the staff once again ensured that I understood all the repairs and ensured that I did not need anything else. I am a customer who has used Concho Collision for both of my vehicles for accident damage and hail damage. I have to say that I do not agree with the other reviews at all. Each time I have taken my vehicles in for repair the service I have received has been nothing but professional. The staff there treated me and my family like we were the only customers and made sure that everything we needed down to the rental vehicle was taken care of. One of my vehicles had sustained quite a bit of damage due to an accident. The amount of parts and work needed to repair was extensive and the staff ensured that I knew what was happening every step of the way. This guy two parking spots over to me hit my car at BWW. I don't know how that happened but in all the damage was pretty bad a little inder 3 grand. Hit from the driver side door all the way to back. I didn't have but 1 wk with my car and I didn't have anywhere to take it to until i started asking around asking and the majority said to take it to Concho. I couldn't have picked a better place! My estimator Jeff Harris was incredibly amazing and helpful. Called several times to let me know how my car was doing. When my car came out, she looked as good as before the incident. I recommend this bodyshop to all my customers. Their whole staff are very nice and just make you feel that your leaving your car to get fixed at the right place. Tundra trauma! My Tundra had suffered a glancing blow to the driver's side fender and door. It was ugly. When I arrived at Concho Collision they met me at the door with a friendly smile and immediately began survey of my truck. They gave me a rock-solid estimate and an appointment date for repairs. I brought my car into Concho Collision after I got in a car accident. Being new to town, I wasn't sure where to go, and I had heard their radio commercial multiple times. Prices are drastically different, and customer service is condescending and often opportunistic with silly "inspection fees." Then there are the complete rip-offs that lack diagnostic abilities and should not be in business. I spoke with Jesse, who is honest, knows his business well, and doesn't need to resort to price gouging or surprise inspection fees. They repaired the car quickly and consulted with me before costing me a penny. Jesse gave me reasonable options and stood by his quote. He gave me an excellent detailed quote for repairs I will also need in the future. I'll never take my car to any other shop in West Texas.

I stated to the young lady that explained to me about my recommendation needed on my vehicle to just please change the oil, rotate the tires and top off all the fluids.

Went in for tires and was told I needed lower control arms. Total BS. I might get tires here but…read morewould never let them touch my car.
