After having my car repaired for hail damage at Caliber Collision, I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating throughout the process. They communicated well and made the intake process easy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the repair did not live up to expectations. After being told that all dents had been fixed, I noticed several still visible once I got the car home. More concerning, when I opened the hood, I found the hood insulation pad laying loosely on top of the engine--with multiple areas of the hood's internal framework bent and several retaining clips completely broken off. It was clear that the insulation had not been reinstalled properly, and the car was returned in less-than-original condition. While the employees themselves were courteous, the workmanship was subpar and lacked attention to detail. For a company of Caliber Collision's size, I expected a higher level of quality control before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. I would encourage Caliber management to pay closer attention to post-repair inspections and ensure that all parts, even minor ones like insulation pads, are properly secured before delivery. read more

This is the second time we have used Caliber at this location. Both instances involved insurance claims, and we received nothing but fast and friendly service. Communication was consistent, and Jeff Harris kept my wife and me updated with timely service throughout the process. read more

I had front end work done about 8 months ago and noticed some screws were missing after the assembly. I called and was told they would fix it whenever I could bring the vehicle in. When I finally had time off from work and took it to them they pointed out some broken brackets (they're the only ones to ever work on the vehicle it was purchased new) and said the damage must have come from some incident not from a shoddy assembly and said I'd need a whole new insurance claim to get it fixed. If you have to get work done here I'd advise taking it to another body shop afterwards to ensure your work was done properly read more

Outstanding work! Communication was great, I had a phone call each week with updates and progress. My truck and my life are back in order now! read more

Wow! What a great shop with a wonderful staff! My claim was handled smoothly and efficiently. I made my appointment for the original estimate, and once the estimate was completed, I was scheduled in for the repair sooner than I expected. I was kept informed during the repair process by Gonzalo, my advisor. The repair is beautiful; you can't even tell there was damage. I highly recommend Caliber Collision in San Angelo!! read more

Back in late December, I hit a deer while traveling the country roads of West Central Texas. Concho Collision was the repair shop recommended to me by my car insurer and they did a good job of timely returning my car to a fully serviceable condition. read more

Quick, friendly service. Replaced/repainted front bumper and now the car looks brand new!

I had a great experience with Concho Collision! I hit a deer going to San Angelo from Austin and my insurance company (Allstate) recommended Concho Collision. I was a little hesitant about leaving my car in a town that I didn't live in but it was not safe to drive back to Austin. Brad was completely patient with my uncertainty the entire time and kept me updated during the whole process. Highly recommend! read more

Had my wife's vehicle repaired here 2 months ago and today I'm driving the vehicle for the first time and realize it is pulling hard to the right. Took the vehicle by the tire shop and they said vehicle is severely out of alignment and has ruined my front tires (less than a year old michelins) so I take it by Concho Collision and low and behold they didn't even check the alignment at all. They assumed it was good because no tire or wheel was directly impacted in the collision. Seems that something like this would be one of the first things checked before and after repair to make sure the vehicle drives straight on the road. Another reason for them not doing the inspection USAA insurance didn't pay them for it and they choose to still not pay for it. My suggestion is if you use Concho Collision use extreme caution and be very thorough in your requests or just stay away altogether read more

I had my vehicle estimate done twice here because I couldn't afford the repair when I got the first estimate. Second estimate was exactly the same yet I got a call later that day saying it was going to cost over a third more than the estimate. Revision I spoke to them about my concerns and reviewed the repair order. They were very decent and we reached a compromise that left me much happier. They gave me a military discount that helped the price significantly. read more

I took my vehicle in for a simple hail damage fix and was told it would only take a week. Three weeks later, I finally get my vehicle returned to me only to discover that the roof leaks when it rains, and the front windshield wiper fluid does not work. I will never go back here and do not recommend this place to anybody read more

Some a-hole backed into me, and my insurance company (Nationwide) recommended this place to me. The staff here is friendly, and the repair job is perfect, you can't tell at all that any work was done to it or that it was ever wrecked. I can't comment on prices, since the other guy's insurance paid. read more

Their ability to estimate the amount of time it takes to repair a car is horrible. First they said the repair would take a week and then every day for another week, they said it would be done that afternoon or the next day. Now two and a half weeks later, they are still unsure when it will be done. How can they be within a day of being done so many times yet never quite finish it? Their excuse now is that they have subcontracted part of the job out., so the job is out of their hands and they have no control over how long it will take. I talked with two different guys and both gave me the same run around and the same 'don't call us, we'll call you' attitude. read more

Had the bumper to my sons car painted. All I have to say the job is too good. I need to put a scratch in it so it will match the rest of his car. Great job, finished fast and great staff! Thanks read more

I agree entirely about how slow the service is and their extremely poor estimation of repair time. Our family of 5 has been without a vehicle for 2 entire months now. Every single time I call to check on the progress the answer here is "It is out of our control since we outsource the mechanic work but we should know in 2 days". 4 days later the car is still not at Concho Collision, work has not begun, and they have NO IDEA how much longer this job going on 3 months will take. Terrible. If I ever get our car back I will never recommend them. read more

Where to start!?!?! Took my car to Concho Collison after being rear ended. Got all the body work done, guy takes my car to a local "mechanic" for issues caused by the accident. 1st the mechanic states there is nothing wrong with the vehicle, and then takes it back to Concho Collison. You can clearly hear that there is something wrong with the car. The rep. from Concho Collision takes it back to the same "mechanic shop" and all of the sudden now they can hear the issue, and diagnosis the it. So... submit it to the insurance company, and they call the "mechanic" and he states "I dont know if it was caused by the accident." We'll 1st off the "mechanic" did not even think there was anything wrong with it the first time. I'm not really sure how knowledgeable this "mechanic" is sure doesn't sound like he knows anything to me. So... here I am stuck! OH TO TOP IT ALL OFF.... I drive back home... NO TAIL LIGHTS or TURN SIGNALS! Safety Hazard!!!!! Turn around, and the shop is CLOSED! So I go home, and the guys at Concho Collison FORGET to plug in the rear lamps!!!! Totally forget to plug in wiring harnesses to the lights. I just have to say WOW!!! Don't call Concho Collision!!! Save yourself a headache and take your car somewhere else! read more
