The Customer Service Associate told me to come in after 1:30 p.m. and I was seen as soon as I arrived. I went to the Parts Department and was helped by a very pleasant Associate who gave me a "Military Discount" on the bulb I needed. What's more, Toyota DID NOT charge for the Labor of installing the bulb (Fist Pump! And Fist Pump Again!) I waited about 30 minutes in the Waiting Room after paying for my bulb, but was very happy to learn my vehicle was ready. While I have read the previous reviews, I am glad to report my experience was everything that I have come to expect of Toyota after having owned one for almost 20 years. She sounded irritated and as if I interrupted her - perhaps she was busy on her FB page - not sure - but very unfriendly! I then called the front desk/reception and again spoke to someone NOT TOO friendly, but also not rude. I asked to speak to the GM - was then told he was in a meeting. I asked WHO he was, to which she at first sounded reluctant to give his name - then after asking again - she said it was "Sean". I asked her to please ask him to call me - she said she would give him the message. Today is Friday, May 20th, and NO call has come from "Sean" - the GM! As a business owner for many years, I am amazed how businesses like this are still in business! Is it ONLY about selling new vehicles (but then) they even suck at that! I went to them over a year ago looking at trading my 2018 GMC with very low mileage, and buying a Toyota Tacoma (I ended up buying a BRAND NEW one from Brunner Toyota in Brownwood - which means they lost that deal) - I was told by the "salesman" that he cannot give me a price on my GMC and that he needs to speak to his manager and that they will get back to me! It has been over a year, and I still have not received that call! Bet you IF I ran my business like this, I would not be in business, let alone employ people who do not know HOW to speak to potential customers! I will now take my vehicle to Abilene to get serviced - yet another loss for this business! We told the Valvoline people that and they tried to make us replace it with them. Said no. They put it back, but the second we get on the highway this piece starts dragging on the ground!!! We quickly pull up to Xcessive Auto Repair and the guys here (ask for G!!!) were able to remove the piece and get us on our way. If you're thinking about going to some random chain shop anywhere in San Angelo-- DONT. Come HERE. They'll treat you personally and actually know what they're doing. Worst auto mechanic in San Angelo. I had to use their shop on claim thru progressive for water…read moredamage to the motor. Motor took three different attempts to even get installed. (Partially progressive's fault for wanting a used motor put in. Fast forward a few months and I notice exhaust is spewing into the cabin, no power to engine, and the engine ran so loud it sounded like it had modified mufflers. I take it to Ford who lets me know that there were bolts missing to a portion of the engine etc and that is had caused a leak and eventually a whole to form within the turbo for the engine. Premier fixes their mistake "supposedly" after blaming each other for the missing bolts. Check engine light is now on again and the bottom valve to the turbo which should've been fixed is messed up and they refuse to fix their mistake. The ladies in the office are lovely, however I don't recommend taking your vehicle here if you are a single woman. I knew I should've stuck with Calvert.

He quickly had a new Jasper Transmission ordered, and was more than welcoming to us. It took several days for our parts to arrive, and he offered for us to stay in our camper on his property for free. He even let us connect to his electric to run our air conditioner. I watched the employees of Kelly's Auto Shop for a week, and they were absolutely always the pinnacle of professional and kind. Bryon is an extremely knowledgeable expert in auto repair, and could diagnose problems immediately and have them fixed in quick order. Kyle is a by-the-book perfectionist who treated every vehicle as if it was his own. He's young and smart, and a fantastic person. Kelly (the owner) is a great "old style" mechanic. He's worked on every kind of vehicle and seen every type of problem. He's well versed in cars and also isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and fix something when it needs fixing. Kelly and his entire crew are great people, and you'd be foolish to use any other repair shop in town. These guys are legends.
