On a recent visit, they saw that I had a ding in my driver door from an inconsiderate motorist who parked next to me. They were able to make the paint from the offender disappear, and to recommend another provider to fix the dent if I wanted to. Finally, they consistently do a good job, not just a good job for first-time customers. If every business were run like this one, the world would be a better place. However - my car, a Corolla driven infrequently and garage kept was not a difficult job. I just wanted a good exterior cleaning and wax and a thorough interior cleaning and with special attention to the upholstery shampoo - which I mentioned on the phone. The job I got was one rung up from the local carwash. No attempt was made to buff out any surface imperfections and the interior is such a disappointment to see every time I get in the car. I could have done a better job with warm water and a shop-vac. The car just wasn't that dirty, so they could have spent a little effort on the few spots on the very durable fabric seats. I think they just didn't bother because it's a little economy car and they had already been paid months ago, so it wasn't important to them. The evening I picked it up, the staff were oohing over an expensive sports car in the lot - I just think they have more interest in flashy cars than in customer service for the average Jane. It's been several weeks since the service, but it still bothers me every time I see the spots on the upholstery.

They said it would be about an hour and it was. I got the ceramic tint and it was astonishing how effective it was. My son got his car tinted and I drove over separately to the location so we could get lunch while we waited. Today the thermometer on my car read 100°. When I got into my untainted car, I felt every bit of the hundred degree heat. His car after the tint install was dramatically cooler. The waiting room was well kept and had plenty of seats the filled up pretty fast but I can see why - they're so quick They offered 3 different types of vehicle tint in 5 different types of shade for the (middle option) ceramic I chose - blocks out majority of heat and UV which is definitely what we want here in Virginia. The staff was professional but casual, vibe was great, all business - Carlos walked me through the options since I couldn't really hear him on the phone he walked me through them AGAIN when I got there & explained the laws as well as what would best fit for my needs (which is a breast feeding mama in the back seat or pumping while at work!) The cost was about right down the middle from the quotes I'd called around for but no one could get me in faster so I thought Ohkay worth it - they charged me $320 for 20% front and back ceramic tint and the second I got in my F150 I could feel a HUGE difference from the factory tint I had before. Much darker (baby's going to be happy about that) and way cooler in this hot summer. Gave us a 20% coupon on our way out and we will absolutely be using that on my husbands RAV! The woman who worked there (sorry I forgot her name, I want to say it was Mindy but am probably way off and the guys in the shop will start calling her Mindy as a joke now) was so helpful. She showed me the tint displays and explained the different options/coatings available. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process. Also, they put a sticker over your window buttons because you cannot roll them down for 3-5 days after the install--no drive throughs allowed, haha!
