Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem and told me I had to go through Apple, which I kind of expected. Even more unfortunate, the issue I'm having leaves me without a phone to use. The guy I talked to, Zach, let me borrow a phone in the meantime so I could still have a phone to use. I thought that was exceptional customer service. He really went above and beyond for me. Although he wasn't able to help me with my initial issue, Zach was able to still help me in some way. I used to use Verizon and I switched to T-Mobile because it was more affordable for me. Honestly, I'm so glad I switched because I have had nothing but wonderful customer service, especially from this location! I never got this from Verizon!

Custom Cabling gave me an appointment within two weeks of my call, but then, failed to keep the appointment twice. Both times, I had to call them after they had missed it, to find out what was going on. The second time that Custom Cabling missed the scheduled appointment, they were very apologetic, and said that the installer would arrive at 7:30 the next day, first stop in the morning. When I called the next day, at 8:45, they told me that he was enroute. When he called me at 9:00, the installer said that he was enroute, and should be there at 9:35. He did arrive (at 9:50), performed the installation that day, and did a professional job. I have zero complaints about the installer and his work. However, the company as a whole does not deserve your business. I took off from work on three separate days for a job that took two hours, each day having to call myself and pester them to hear anything about the appointment (later, they called very promptly when it was time for them to be paid). Custom Cabling was aware of the situation; they offered a $25 discount. If you have a straightforward residential cable run, then I strongly recommend that you not risk dealing with Custom Cabling. They either lack the ability to schedule work effectively, or treat residential customers as a very low priority.

One of the necessities of city living, is having some type of security system for your home. I researched several companies and decided upon a highly recommended one, in First Security. First we met the sales representative, Jeremy, who was quite knowledgable about his competition and of course his company. He shared the differences First Security offered and every one of his points of contention were quite valid. I believed his straight forwardness and honest approach and agreed to utilize their services. Now the installation. Larry Conner was their man. This man had so much knowledge about his company, the alarm company they work with and every little detail one could ever ask for. He had the entire system set up in about an hour and completely covered every detail of their system. I was totally able to turn off, or turn on any part of their alarm from anywhere in the world. That was truly a feature we just loved. In early December we returned to our home, to find we had no heat in the upstairs of our home. Since the entire heating system had just been installed, we were totally baffled why this was happening. Was it our alarm installation? Did the installation effect the heating system? We called Larry to discuss the situation. He agreed to come back to the house to check out his installation and to be sure it wasn't caused by him. In an extremely professional manner, Larry explained why it couldn't be caused by the new security installation. He was so concerned that we didn't have heat, he called us at least 4-5 times during the week to see if we found the cause. That was far beyond his job description, but we truly appreciated his concern. We finally discovered by an electrician, that the wiring for our upstairs heating system was done incorrectly and the original gentleman who installed it, came back to repair the problem. Everything ended well, but we were totally taken back by the concern of First Security, We strongly recommend using their services. Totally first class in every way.

The staff really work hard to make sure…read morethat you are totally satisfied with your install, as well as troubleshooting or addressing anything that comes up along the way. For me it's those two things that really stand out. Customer service and "it just works." In terms of customer service, it's hard to do better. The company's response time to questions is very fast. That's pretty much what you want. As for "it just works," the Alarm.Com system and equipment they are a dealer for really gives you peace of mind. It's actually secure. I could not be more pleased to work with and recommend the company.

After DROPPING AMC, Sundance and IFC some time back, I've been waiting patiently for Dish to come to some sort of ageement so its customers would be able to get these channels back. Apparently they have PERMANENTLY dropped these channels. The neighborhood that my family lives in cannot get any other service. We are locked into Dish if we want cable or satellite. So now I am going to have to pay to watch Walking Dead. I just paid to watch Breaking Bad as well. Replacing these channels with others that do not even come close to measuring up is unacceptable. I will not only NOT recommend Dish network to any of my friends or colleagues, but when we move I will NEVER return as a Dish customer. I WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTING THE COST OF HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THESE TWO SHOWS BECAUSE OF THIS DECISION. Greedy, corporate nonsense makes me sick. I have been paying for your service for a long time and to have these AWARD WINNING shows unavailable to me because of this greed is absurd and shows just how little Dish cares about its customers. Petitions have been sent to you, complaints filed, thousands of phone calls expressing the need for these channels to return, but obviously money talks and is more important to Dish than customer satisfaction.
