The cafe is located in the converted historic ROM Webber furniture factory. The Big Four cafe name honors the railroad line that used to pass through town. Courtney, our server, was friendly and attentive. She kept water filled and checked on us frequently. Food came out quickly. I had the Herb and Garlic Chopped salad, which was beautifully plated, fresh and delicious. Romaine, tomatoes, onions were topped with cheese and avocado. The garlicky vinaigrette dressing was tangy. I I also had a cup of the Texas Chili, which was topped with cheese and jalapeño slices. The beef was tender and the soup base slightly spicy. My husband had the Cuban Press (at Courtney's recommendation) and it was tasty and hearty. The sandwich was made using Indiana ham, slowed cooked pork and melted cheese. He said his sandwich was an easy 5 stars. Don't miss the beer battered onion rings which are fresh made and delicious. (I stole a couple of his rings.) There are roomy restrooms with changing tables. Free parking is available in front of the building. Worth a visit.

Tender, juicy meats, and homemade bread products, with lightly seasoned fries or onion rings, and fresh fruit make for the most memorable, filling, and healthy eats every visit. The New York strip steak will never disappoint, nor will their chicken strips and other lunchtime choices. The breakfast choices seem endless, as does the beverage menu. Wonderful folks serve with sincere concern, keeping your cup full and the table to your complete satisfaction. This is a place with a beat, rich history adorns the walls that take you back in time. The Big Four is a unique dining experience you'll wish to share with family and friends, and it is only minutes from I-74. Eat healthy and enjoy!

This keeps them busy and in a specific area while you eat. The food was really good, I especially liked the French Toast that I got. My wife thought the crepe was ok, maybe could use more stuff in it (stuffing? lol. It was steak). Service was very friendly and food came out at a reasonable time. There is an upstairs which has some fun seating and there is a ton to look at while you eat which was entertaining.

They definitely have crepes mastered! They are so delicious and fresh. The crepes places we have in California don't get this gourmet. The pouched pear crepe has gold luster!!! Get the lavender lemonade and Ryan's Tiramisu Tea, you won't be disappointed. Lastly, the staff/service was superb. So sweet and attentive - the person making our drinks (Ryan) was giving us great recommendations of places to visit. I'm looking forward to coming back when I'm in town!!! I want to try everything on the menu.
