I was trying to get information about why they refused to see my mother. Im not very savvy about Medicare or partnership therefore I had lots of questions. She made an attempt to answer questions always sounding irritable and unclear. I asked her again about certain things she was not explaining very well and her answer was " Well, I've already addressed that so.....I'll have you talk to billing department (with hostile, irritable tone). unacceptable! She appeared to have very poor telephone etiquette. When you work in healthcare, don't treat the needy or underinsured as third class citizen undeserving to go to your clinic. She is running her business with no compassion. Her attitude is uncalled for. Is not always about money lady. Have patience with the elderly. Also once I told her I would complain about her attitude with the physician she said "IM THE WIFE." I'm just speechless with this woman's behavior. She said I would have to make another appointment to get my question answered. She didn't even hear the question...she responded adversely before I could get it out. She showed absolutely no concern for my well being. I arrived early and she spent about 10 minutes with me, but yet she could not answer my question (...that she didn't even take the time to hear). Was she having a bad day...or is that her standard operating procedure? I have no clue, but either way her behavior was unacceptable. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for patient care when seeking an appointment at Sutter Heath in Fairfield.

We moved Mom to Fairfield so she could be in a retirement community and 5 minutes away. We had to…read morefind a great doctor familiar with older patients. When I got Mom, I found that she had been on tons of medications that made her dizzy, woozy, and of course masked her symptoms but did not enhance her daily life. Right away doctor Vincent took Mom off many drugs and we worked on fixing the issues instead of masking the pain or discomfort. Wow! What a difference! 5 years later, Mom is 91, she just stopped driving - but does get around fantastically and has a full daily life with many friends here. I also had to learn what to look for and how to care for an elderly person. Dr. Vincent is so patient and explains the effects of aging. We just love Dr. Vincent.
