Catering sandwiches
Kelsey K.

Ordered for catering here for a work function last week! Sandwiches were great! Just be aware their 20 person platter only give half a sandwich per person so either order for double the amount or plan for sides! We got 2 20 person platters and a 10 person platter for 25 people and there was just the right amount of left overs!

This is the quickest, easiest, and is a very cheap option for some soup and sandwiches. Everything comes out a little over 5 minutes and the service is great. Even though it's small it so perfect and cozy. I come here all the time. And I really recommend.

Good lunch spot! Tomato basil soup was on point and not too heavy. Alamo panini tasted great too

If you want a panini this is the place to come! It was pretty exceptional. I got the Alamo (with extra tomatoes) and it was so good! The bread they use gives the best bite of flavor. My husband got the High Noon and it was also quite the exception. His had a great heat in each bite of jalapeño. Next time I will for sure be adding jalapeño. The only thing I critique is their "fries". I mean...let's call them slivered potato chips if we are being honest here. Kinda just a mess on the plate and not worth being a side. However paying only 50 cents more for a salad is way worth it! We each got potato soup along with our meal. Very well made! My son chopped his grilled cheese down too! The owner is friendly and walked around the restaurant checking on things. The decor is very old but this place doesn't need high fashion with how yummy they are. Great place!

Just delicious! What a gem we have in The Tin Cup here in Arlington! This is a small, clean shop in the UTA area with a unique sandwich menu and friendly service. There are so many interesting menu choices, it was hard to settle on just two. We decided to try The Sundance and The Doc Holiday and both were amazing. Delicious sandwiches served with shoestring potatoes and a cookie. YUM! All drinks are $2.55, You can choose between a bottled soda or a few different varieties of tea you can put in a to-go cup with ice. I opted for the unsweet tea and it was top-notch. If you are in the mood for a delicious and affordable lunch, head over to The Tin Cup!

Drove by at 2:30p today to eat and they were closed. Anyone know what's up with that? It was December 1st at 2:30. If you guys are going to be closed you can easily change your hours on yelp and google under "special hours" so people don't try to go.

Just saw this, If it was right after Thanksgiving, we did close for the extended weekend, but there’s no reason we should’ve been closed at 2:30pm outside of that. What day…

This place didn't pass that test and it may be the only time in history where it proved me so wrong. When we were served the karage chicken with what appeared to be plain mayo I was seriously doubting my choice. It all changed when the ramen came out. This place is legit. They took the time to master their craft and they pay respect to what a proper bowl of ramen is. We both went for the spicy black garlic tonkatsu with differing spice levels; mild and reaper (+$1). Let's start with that -- typically all you pay for is a glob of chill oil that may or may not be spicy. This was not the case here, it added serious heat without altering the flavor. The black garlic was not burnt. The ramen had depth and umami, but could have been a but more seasoned. Eggs were cooked well and still jammy. If im ever in the area i'd be back.

Honestly I wanted to like Kintaro Ramen more given the reviews. The food isn't bad but it's average…read moreat best in terms of ramen. I had the straight noodles instead of the curly/thicker noodles and honestly if I even come back to this restaurant I'll have to try the curly since I don't think Kintaro does their straight noodles well. Too soft and too "spaghetti" like. Hands down, the only place that does the straight noodles right is Jinya Ramen. But even so, I wasn't too fond of the broth or texture of the chashu here. Overall, the atmosphere is great. You have the option to self-order and the portions are large. Staff was friendly and nonetheless my friend and I had a great time. But unless I'm coming back here with someone who wants to eat here, I don't see myself actively choosing to be back at this spot over other ramen places anytime soon.

Everything is clean and nicely decorated The menu offers a variety of options from bites, to meals, to other tea room classics. I know many people go for the desserts. There's beer and wine as well as plenty of non-alcoholic options (coffees, teas, and soft drinks). We were given complimentary breadsticks which were essentially long croutons. Tasty but a little strange in terms of complementary bread. More seemed like palette cleansers or again oversized croutons The staff were gracious hosts. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and the food, ambiance, and service were solid This spot is in what looks to be a converted department or furniture store. Half of the space is the restaurant, and the other half is a store with many boutiques Some tips: If you're celebrating a special event like a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, or just want to enjoy high tea, this place is perfect. The Au Ju was the onion soup. I had the potato soup it was good but a little thin. Also, great potato chips. The sandwich had plenty of meat that is a must for me since the price is high. While they were very sweet the order took insanely long for me being the only one in the drive thru. I watched as multiple people "made my order" only to wait even longer because they forgot to bring it to me. Already irritated because somehow my order needed up to be $40!? Absolutely absurd but we were hungry and wanted to go home. When I got home I saw that my salad the ginger Asian salad I was very excited to try was nothing more then lettuce flakes or chicken and a few wontons. Nothing else. This is insane considering how much I paid and no receipt provided. I will very much say I will never be going back there again.

My boyfriend already had an idea of what to order before we even seated. He has never ordered the Cánh Gà Chiên Nước Mắm (fried chicken wing sauce) and did so today to share with me! We also ordered the Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese pancakes) and one Café Sữa Đá (iced milk coffee) since we were going to need a caffeine fix. We were informed it would take around 20 to 25 minutes for the fried chicken wings because it takes time to make them fresh per order. Even though we were starving at this point, we didn't mind waiting since we really wanted to try them. It was worth the wait because they were hot and delicious. Maybe even my favorite to this day compared to other fish sauce wings I have tried. Also, there were A LOT of wings. I was truly surprised even though it was pricy. The Bánh Xèo was cripsy, just the way I like it! The restaurant is very spacious. It can fit large groups and many groups at a time. Customer service was good and really attentative to our needs.
