She was kind and gentle and listened to my concerns about how my clothes would be hemmed. She beautifully tailored a bridesmaids dress for me along with a wool coat and a pair of black pants. The total was $80 which was understandable and fair given the difficulty of hemming wool and a formal dress. I'd love to return to Annie's. Just be aware her hours online aren't really true to her availability. Be sure to call before you stop by for your tailoring needs. Also, the clothes are returned to you with no packaging or protection, however you bring the clothes in is how they'll be returned.
