This is the second time I came into this business where the lady in the front desk was rude and unfriendly to me. When I walked in, she stared at me (she wasn't busy at the time), never smiled, never said hello and curtly said, "What is your name?" in an annoyed rude curt tone. BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. The old female who is the receptionist is a miserable hateful person who dislikes Asians obviously. Their lame response below "We are sorry you feel this way" is NOT an apology. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem. It is a really crappy and fake response that reflects their lack of empathy.

Asked if I wanted to use my other insurance but yet still canceled my appointment. Previous dental appointments will have you sitting for 30 minutes to get seen and then they want to offer a free Studio Movie Grill certificate as if that helps. Previous dental appointment for my daughter the dentist here tried to charge me $4,000 dollars for cavities which did not need a root canal. I took my daughter back my old dentist and she said they were just cavities only charged me $300 dollars. If you are a veteran don't go here they are not trustworthy with services and will overcharge you along with canceling your appointment.

I had to check it out. The reviews were amazing. They all seemed to be five star reviews. I have had many problems in the past with Dentist and I have avoided them since 2013. By now my mouth is a disaster zone. The quality of care from the beginning was top-notch and they are very understanding and gentle with you. You get a wonderful experience when you arrive, greeted with smiles, and everyone treats you with respect. They seem to know that you're going through some issues. They are even more gentle if they know you've had problems in the past and you might fear the dentist. I'm happy I found this place and I look forward to the work that's going to be done here. Dr. Parikh is awesome and I'm glad I found this place .

I went back for my annual beginning of May , new dental hygienist (whom recommended Invisalign) to which I responded that i had done it and was disappointed in results. I was told could redo for free in time period since I had them . Measurements were taken etc. and assurance of trays ordered , etc. I needed new replacement brush heads and told they were ordered and would let me know as soon as they got in . 2 weeks ; nothing I contacted them and then was told still out of brush heads and Dr. was gone and they would need to call me back about Invisalign replacements within 3 days . One week goes by I contact office with no response . Two weeks and ask for manager and to which she responds she will look into Invisalign replacement and they are still out of replacement heads for my toothbrush. She assures me she will contact me that afternoon potentially but next day for sure . AGAIN NOTHING . 1 week later I have STILL not heard any thing and I'm DONE. I'm switching dental

My husband and I decided to give Dr. Egan a try after the practice was sold. I was at the dentist in early 2024 for a cleaning and everything was good. In late May 2024, I noticed my lower molar that had a crown and root canal felt off. I visited Dr. Egan and he assured me that everything was good. Switch to September 2024 for my regular cleaning and I was informed there was a big cavity on the molar I expressed concerns back in May 2024! How did that happen in only 3 months? When the crown was removed, I was informed the tooth was not salvageable and my tooth was removed. Now I'm down a molar and facing a dental implant all thanks to the dentist who somehow missed a big cavity. I'm now seeing a new dentist who has found 3 additional huge cavities on teeth with previous filings and I'm getting at least one new crown. Two teeth are also cracked and these are not new cracks. So, my last cleaning was September 2024 and I'm now facing a lot of additional cost and time lost to several appointments to get my teeth fixed. That's 7 months since I've seen a dentist. None of that makes sense to me. I haven't taken up bad dental habits in that time period. I take extremely good care of my teeth and brush regularly with a Sonic Care toothbrush and dental floss. This is only my experience but please take heed before trusting Dr. Egan. I will say the front office staff are wonderful! I will miss them but I won't miss the lackluster dental care! Be careful!

A gentleman notified me of the price of an exam, xray and cleaning very quickly. Their promotion was a limited time only and spots were filling quickly. So, I decided to get it done. I booked the appointment and I was off to the Dentist. Best Dental was easy to find but, there's a lot of traffic in the area. It's on the corner of Hulen and Altamesa. The building seems historic but, inside it's modern and cool. I was greeted right away when I walked in. Then, I was asked to fill out some forms. It only took five minutes. Then I was quickly called back to get my xray done by the D.A. that was really nice and personable. The Hygienist was also nice loaded with information. Dr. Brown, the Dentist was a female and she was super sweet! I could tell she had a great working relationship with my her team. I don't think I've been to a Dentist as nice as her. I had no cavities and she was really supportive of that. I could feel her positive energy unlike other Dentists out there. Also, the total cost of an Exam, Xay and Cleaning was $120. If you want Flouride it's not included and will be an additional $55. So, if your ok with that. Come here.
