As someone who has severe anxiety for dentist I can definitely confirm that the care is amazing. The doctors work in a fast & timely manner & the DA's are well trained & friendly. I can't remember her name but during treatment the DA noticed my lips were dry & put Vaseline on my lips. I was so grateful she did that because I felt like my lips were going to rip! The front desk staff are also very nice! Even though I put them through a lot because I requested nitrous for each appointment because of my fears, & also being a grown adult, they never made me feel judged or bad because I requested it. The only thing I would improve is that one of the DAs had semi long acrylic nails & could feel her nails poke me inside my mouth on my gums when she was placing a suction bite block in. Also a very clean environment, I made sure to check the suctions to make sure they were clean & everything is spotless! 100% recommend!

I'm from New Orleans and I moved to the DFW area in 2015. My teeth had plague that I could brush off and there were some sensitive spots. So I knew I needed to go to a dentist but I was concerned about the sensitive spots. But my concerns were lifted. The staff took me step by step through the procedures, cost, and recommendations. Most importantly, they noted my sensitive areas and cleaned them without much pain. I didn't know the sensitive areas were cleaned until I got home and stared at the mirror for about a hour. I can't say the same for everyone. But they definitely took care of me. I recommend them to others and can't wait to go back later this month.

BUT ONE MINUTE LATER a Caucasian male walked in and she was super sweet as pie to him and said "Hello! How can I help you Sir? What is your name please?" Totally different treatment like night and day. She treated him with the utmost respect in front of me one minute after she treated me like crap. When I complained they told me to find another dentist which I did. My dentist who I have been with for years now is a million times better than this one. It is a non-apology that has no empathy and has no accountability for the receptionist's rudeness; and they are implying that my feelings are the problem.
