I even referred my brother to them when he was in town, this a great dentist office.

Came here because of their reviews. I live like 25-30 minutes away but decided to make the drive…read morebecause everyone else's reviews were terrible. I saw several reviews about people talking about how they have anxiety for dentist & how they were treated well. As someone who has severe anxiety for dentist I can definitely confirm that the care is amazing. The doctors work in a fast & timely manner & the DA's are well trained & friendly. I can't remember her name but during treatment the DA noticed my lips were dry & put Vaseline on my lips. I was so grateful she did that because I felt like my lips were going to rip! The front desk staff are also very nice! Even though I put them through a lot because I requested nitrous for each appointment because of my fears, & also being a grown adult, they never made me feel judged or bad because I requested it. The only thing I would improve is that one of the DAs had semi long acrylic nails & could feel her nails poke me inside my mouth on my gums when she was placing a suction bite block in. Also a very clean environment, I made sure to check the suctions to make sure they were clean & everything is spotless! 100% recommend!

Terrible experience…read more I normally do not leave reviews, and I am usually willing to let a bad experience go without saying anything. However, this experience was significant enough that I feel it is important to share what happened. This was my first visit to Fort Worth Dental. No dental treatment was provided. I left the appointment without receiving the care I came in for, yet the practice still submitted a claim to my insurance. During the appointment, I was accused by the dentist Dr. Pham three separate times of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I do not use drugs. I also do not believe the condition of my teeth was severe enough to warrant such an accusation, particularly from someone who had no knowledge of my dental history. What I found especially unprofessional and ignorant was that, after I corrected the accusation, it was repeated rather than acknowledged and moved past. As a patient, you have to trust your dental provider to listen to you, respect you, and approach your care professionally. I felt that trust was violated during my very first visit. Patients should be able to seek dental care without being subjected to unsupported accusations, particularly when those accusations are repeated after being corrected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values being treated with basic respect, professionalism, and trust. The dentist was confidently incorrect and made the entire situation extremely unprofessional.
