Got the durian mille cake, choco mousse bulldog, four seasons tea & grass jelly milk tea w/boba. I order the durian & four seasons tea - the cake was light, heavy on the cream in my opinion with some light bites of durian. Unsure if it's made in-house as there's no info on the container other than pull date. The four seasons tea - couldn't adjust sweetness so it might be pre-sweetened; it was too sweet for me (reminded me of the snow fungus dessert flavor for some reason). Partner got the choco mousse & grass jelly drink - the choco mousse flavor was reminiscent of a good choco ice cream from our little kid days, a little rubbery texture to keep its shape and design. There's a small slice of white sponge cake in the center. The drink was too much to me but the flavor of the milk tea was good. Nice workers, cool atmosphere, quick service, drinks are lackluster sadly. Ordered the black sugar milk tea boba and it was mostly just milk and ice. Also ordered the purple rice milk and it has an odd sweetbean like taste, not knocking it but I wouldn't really recommend it. read more

The taste was just ok. The bubble tea itself tasted like hot water and the mousse was pretty tough.

We made frequent trips to the Seattle location and are so excited they have a location in Bellevue!! We've already been there twice this week because they have the best bubble tea and such cute decor!! The staff is so nice, and despite how busy it is they always have our drinks ready very quickly. We love the milk teas, milk cream teas, and the red boba pomegranate fruit tea! We also love their delicious cakes and mochi. read more

Sadly I would not come back here. Got pearl black milk tea, which is the most basic boba drink you could order and it was bland and not flavorful. Boba was tough and did not have the right flavor that I like. Tried an oreo mille crepe slice too and each layer felt rough and dry like we were eating paper layered with cream. Not good and definitely not worth $10. Maybe their other desserts are better but not really willing to gamble on that after trying the mille crepe cake. read more

Yes, yes, yes. Finally found a tea place that is not only serve fantastic tea beverages but also delicious bakery items. The menu items are on the pricey side but so worth it. The mango pomelo saigo is $10.99 for a large size, but is worth every penny. As good as it gets outside of Hong Kong. The pan cotta coconut rabbit was toooo cute to eat. Lastly, I had to try their original milk tea with boba and I am glad I did. Yum! I'm looking forward to ordering their special cakes next time I make my way to Bellevue. read more

Pretty broad menu of drinks, including using tomato water and okra. I get the watermelon lime and each time I've gotten it, generous amounts of fresh watermelon are both muddled and chopped into the drink. They also have a chocolate and cheesecake mousse that is shaped like a little bulldog. It is a mind trip if you're a dog parent like me (suffice to say, I bought one for novelty but couldn't bear to dig into it). Also, some consumers may be put off by the price of their crepe cake slices ($8-$10), but considering whoever makes the cakes had to take a long while to do so, it seems understandable to charge as such. This place lives up to its name "timeless"! I came her with my friends right as they were closing, but the woman at the front decided to stay open just for our orders. There were 4 of us! It was so sweet of her and she didn't have to do that-- All of 4 us have worked in the food service industry and KNOW how irritating customers coming at closing are! So we truly appreciated how she went above and beyond with her kindness in serving us late. Also the quality of their teas is amazing!!! I like that they have so many varieties , sometime I feel like a yogurt based drink and sometimes I want a fruit one , so it's nice to have it all. Every drink Ive had here was great , few of my favs are the watermelon refresher , purple rice yogurt and the mango milk cream. Hot 4th of July calls for some tasty treats. We've been to the Seattle location once and it's great that they have one in Bellevue now closer to where we live. You can find my review there for that location. This time I tried the Taro Milk Tea with colored Taro balls and my wife had the 4 Season Green Milk Tea and both were very good. The Taro Milk Tea was very sweet so next time I'll do 50%, but the taste was very good. My wife had the 4 Season Green Milk Tea which had a really good flavor and was nice and smooth. I'll probably get that next time I'm there. We also picked up a Cheesecake Bulldog Mousse, which we've had before, and the Durian Mille Crepe Cake, which was actually pretty good. I'm not typically a fan of durian, but did not mind the flavor in the crepe cake. My wife really liked it as well. Just like I did for the Seattle location, I took off just one star because the pricing is higher than most other places, but overall we enjoyed what we got. read more

Wow, I love this place. Their menu is huge and varied, the teas and smoothies are delicious, and the desserts - where else can you get a dog-shaped cheesecake? Not a big fan of milk tea but I came to check it out cuz I was nearby and saw some super duper cute sweets on yelp. Everything looked cute but failed to satisfied my palate and were overpriced. No complaint about the Asian-level sweetness. But the texture and the taste were so disappointing. The coconut panna cotta was a disaster. If you expect it to melt in your mouth, it's not for you. The durian did have a little taste of durian but was too dry. I paid to get a bloated belly for 2 days. read more

The tarp crepe cake had artificial taste to it. We got the chocolate mousse which was pretty disappointing as well

The cup sizes are sooo small. Way smaller than pictures! It's about half the size as Happy Lemon. Not worth the price. Go somewhere else for same price and larger sizes. read more

The drinks are great. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because they put their drinks in plastic bags. There is no reason for this, and it is extremely wasteful. They didn't even ask if we wanted bags. My suggestions: 1. Switch to paper bags, compostable bags, or drink trays; 2. Ask people if they even want bags. read more

I ordered an $8 drink that was a large cream pineapple drink with boba. Wait time wasn't long, I got lucky because a lot of online orders were finished right before mine. I was disappointed to find that the drink size was smaller than expected after the young man handed my drink to me. I started walking out the door and felt an urge to just ask because it didn't feel right for the $8 I spent. I went up to ask is this a large, he says no and I said can I get a refund or anything and he said no sorry. I was really looking forward to becoming a regular customer because this is close to my work and was hoping it wasn't like happy lemon, but the customer service here was not good. I use to be a manager at Panera bread and usually I'd offer people discounts, free items, or replacements to compensate. I was not offered anything even though the order system did not warn me of the shortage of large cups and neither did the worker. I just felt like they were hoping I didn't notice. Complete rip off, waste of time and money. I don't usually give any reviews unless places are really bad or really good. Sorry to say this was my first bad review. Never going again. read more
