Had reservations due to multiple bad experiences; went into store, so busy..waited an hour to simply ask questions. My representative Alexa was not only gracious, but she went above and beyond to help me and make me feel more comfortable even as a newer employee There were only 2 employees at the desk. As unhappy as I have been with Spectrum she went above and beyond in customer service which is not common these days especially in such high stress situations. i dropped spectrum mobile mid january 2026 because i ordered a new phone from them on 12/05/25 and never go it. it went back to them undelivered. as of today after multiple phone calls and secure chats they still have not refunded my deposit. they also charged for first month payment on a phone i never got and now they're trying to charge me full price for the phone i never got. they have also increased prices astronomically on their internet/ TV package. we have the most basic plan of only 15 channels. so, i'm canceling that too after they resolve the phone BS. they suck!! their customer service is less the mediocre, and I'm fuming over the whole ordeal. with only a 1.6 rating they're goal should be to do better. read more

Spectrum have been atrocious .The price gouging for poor internet when they had a monopoly is inexcusable. The incompetence,rudeness,& greed can not be matched. They have reluctantly had to drop their prices ,since Verizon internet has been made available.I was just bothered at my home by one of their salesman who parked in a no parking zone,& rang my bell 6 times! I told him I had no interest in dealing with Spectrum ever again..He tried to continue to sell me ,I had said I won't deal with them again & closed the door.Sadly they continue to gouge those on a fixed income with their phone & cable prices.Convincing those ppl in that age bracket to go satellite or stream ,is like pulling teeth.Avoid Spectrum.Even if they offer a low price.There are much better options. read more

Came here with a friend a while ago to return my devices. Was greeted by an incredibly rude lady who practically yelled at me to keep six feet away [of course with social distancing], while she was right in front of me. When it came to my turn, the clerk, James, was incredibly rude to me, as I could not hear him due to him wearing a mask. When I asked what he said, he forcefully asked me for my information. Literally no one in the store was socially distancing, but I, an Asian-American, feel as if I was being targeted for the color of my skin. I will not be returning to this Spectrum ever, granted I won't be in the area for a while anyways. I understand in these times we are all on edge, but no one should ever treat a paying customer this way. read more

Slow speed, service provided is slow. Billing is always screwed up. No contracts is just bs, they still charge way too much. Takes 10 years to get something fixed and of course call them and your on for at least an hour no max any more but they charge me the same, many channels taken away read more

**UPDATE** I called and complained about the horrible service I've endured for the past two months. The person I spoke to was able to verify my lack of connectivity despite the fact that I live next door to one of it's hot spots. Not only was I refunded for the two months of awful service, I was also credited with free service for the next two months. Customer service was great. However, I'm still experiencing the same service issues. Free or not, this is horrible wifi. I'll tough it out for the next two months but switch to another provide after that time. read more

I never thought I'd say this but, I long for the good old days of Time Warner. Since Spectrum took over, the internet services is awful. Speeds fluctuate during the day from 0 to 20 mbs. For hours the speed will hover around 1 or 2 mbs. The Tv service is not as bad as the internet but still not as reliable as TWC. read more

Although your commercials are funny, they are also a PREPOSTEROUS PACK OF LIES. Our Internet is slower than death and the television is ALWAYS choppy and erratic - seemingly at the most important part of the show. Not to mention your lineup of channels sucks. You are no better than the last bunch of morons who though THEY were gods gift to television !!!!. WE have had multiple technicians out here and to no avail. I like how they send you the WiFi machine and I called them to activate it more than 10 times !! And just to let you know spectrum has 100% worst customer service ever!! This is the WORST ISP I've ever used. AOL was less annoying back in the day. Everything they offer is much worse than it was when they were "TWC". I've had techs at my house multiple times, they don't know anything except how to plug in cables. Useless. I'm switching to Verizon FIOS. Only using this provider because there's very few in the area. But just for a heads up, they suck. Internet use to cut off all the time, they came and put new cables which fixed it for a while. But if there's a little bit of rain, forget about it, you won't be using Internet until it stops. If you can find something else I'd suggest it. read more

Worst customer service ever. They give you these automated calls and have you on hold for 20 minutes and more. Take forever to take care of you but very quick to shut you off. I was given an option and took it then they said I couldn't then a second option and the they said I couldn't then they gave me a third option and well it was right back to the full balance lol I've never been late on a payment plan. Screw them, look into the dish network. read more
