It's smaller than most of the other stores in the area, so sometimes they might…read morenot have the full range of what Sprint offers, but since you can reserve phones online for pickup and purchase in store, it's not a problem. The staff is knowledgeable and familiar with the products and services, and very pleasant to work with. During slow times, they might only have a single employee working, which can lead to fairly long lines, but even with 4-6 people waiting, the wait is still shorter than at some of the larger stores in the area. They do not have a repair facility on site, so if your phone needs repair rather than a complete replacement, you'll be sent somewhere else unless it's something particularly simple. That said, they can determine when a phone should simply be replaced, so if you're pretty sure it's not repairable, they'll be happy to help out. They have a limited number of accessories, but they stock for the most popular and newest phones. What I like best about t his Sprint store is that everyone tends to be really friendly. The staff, certainly, and I expect that, but also the customers. I think that the efficiency of the store lends itself to a more positive experience, even for people who might have to wait for a little while. Shared conversations and jokes help to make the time pass quickly.

They didn't carry the exact item we wanted and Christian proceeded to tell us about upgrading options for our phones and internet. I was about to shut him down since I have been subjected to the hard sales pitch in the past from other similar enterprises, but something about Christian's attitude kept us interested He gave us options for upgrading our phones, which we weren't interested in, but then he started explaining to us some Internet options since we are currently with a competitor and he had mentioned he could do much better than their pricing. I must say that Christian was great to deal with. He wasn't pushy or overbearing he was not into the hard sell. He clearly was looking for ways to help us reduce our cost for service services. We listened to what he said, and agreed to a trial run, which he said would be at no charge, which I found extremely interesting. He then gave us his personal cell number and said if we had any issues or questions he would be glad to help. Christian made this a personal experience rather than a corporate shoving it down your throat experience. If everything works out as he explained it would Verizon would get a new customer for Internet and if it doesn't work out as he said, he mentioned that he could easily reverse anything that had been set up without us receiving any bills for it. So far we highly recommend Christian and this particular branch of Verizon. Hopefully everything he discussed will prove to be accurate but at least for now we are quite happy with his presentation.

I placed an order on Nov, 13, 2025 for (4) items with team transfer logos and printing. After…read moreplacing my order (and paying) I read the reviews and felt uneasy, thinking I would have a problem based on reviews from others (long wait times/bad customer service/unprofessional staff, etc). Feeling uncomfortable I reached out to Rusty the next day-(Nov. 14th) and he answered the phone immediately and said he would get back to me regarding my order. I was again suspicious based on the reviews I read. Rusty called me this morning - Nov. 17 to let me know that two of my items were ready for pick up and the other two were not in stock. I stopped a few hours later to pick up the two items that were ready and Rusty was such a pleasure to work with. He showed me many more options to replace my two of out stock items and we finally settled on two similar items. He did the heat/logo transfers immediately and although I probably owed him a few more bucks for my "replacement selections" he said we were even. I would highly recommend this business for any customized items. Rusty is great, honest, patient and fair. (On a side note, the reviews I read were several yrs old)
