I recently got rid of the internet and cable and switched to fios and that was the best thing I've ever done. I deceived to keep the phone service because it is a reasonable price for unlimited data. I went in today to upgrade my phone and it was the biggest waste of 2 hours of my life. They told me I didn't qualify to finance the phone but couldn't give me a reason why. I have almost a 800 credit score and I've never missed a bill in my life. How is that possible? We asked the manager to please check again because something wasn't right and he said cant do anything even he doesn't qualify for the phone financing. I literally took my ID back and went straight to Verizon down the street and switched services. It is a little more expensive but IMO worth every penny. I never want to deal with Spectrum again. Absolute scumbags.

I own the company, I own the building, I have my name on the bill, but they send the bill to my husband :/. I had to yet again, tell them who the boss here is, and who pays the bills. Atrocious.

I told him I needed replacement controllers. He said no problem and handed me 3 controllers. I told him these aren't the right ones. He told me that is all we have. So after a 50 minute wait I y told kim to keep the wrong ones. Oh, and the lady worker is still there bullshitting and laughing with 10 people waiting to be taken care of. The store is a joke. If the equipment wasn't so shitty it wouldn't break down so often. People were bitching and you would think that the manager would have helped or told the lady worker to take care of some but we wouldn't have want to disturb her conversation. Having opted for a family membership with my partner, we've brought my spawn here several times. The kids space is pretty well set up. It would be nice if it were staffed a little more. I'd actually say that's one of the things the space lacks, is clear staffing. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly, and helpful. Very nice. The location is really central.
