I was about to shut him down since I have been subjected to the hard sales pitch in the past from other similar enterprises, but something about Christian's attitude kept us interested He gave us options for upgrading our phones, which we weren't interested in, but then he started explaining to us some Internet options since we are currently with a competitor and he had mentioned he could do much better than their pricing. I must say that Christian was great to deal with. He wasn't pushy or overbearing he was not into the hard sell. He clearly was looking for ways to help us reduce our cost for service services. We listened to what he said, and agreed to a trial run, which he said would be at no charge, which I found extremely interesting. He then gave us his personal cell number and said if we had any issues or questions he would be glad to help. Christian made this a personal experience rather than a corporate shoving it down your throat experience. If everything works out as he explained it would Verizon would get a new customer for Internet and if it doesn't work out as he said, he mentioned that he could easily reverse anything that had been set up without us receiving any bills for it. So far we highly recommend Christian and this particular branch of Verizon. Hopefully everything he discussed will prove to be accurate but at least for now we are quite happy with his presentation.

I'd like to see some new equipment, and have some of the existing equipment repaired or replaced. But, there's really good bones, here. Having opted for a family membership with my partner, we've brought my spawn here several times. The kids space is pretty well set up. It would be nice if it were staffed a little more. I'd actually say that's one of the things the space lacks, is clear staffing. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly, and helpful. Very nice. The location is really central. Parking is the only real pain, weekends are pretty convenient. Lots of nearby food and beverage. Nibble moved in right next door. It's a great space.

While it wasn't exactly cheap, they restored all of the files on the USB drive including the ones I had lost on my computer. That was great. Also, last year our computer was acting up and running slow so I brought it here. They did a scan of the hard drives and reformatted parts of the storage so that we had more free space (so our computer wouldn't crash every time we needed to do something) and removed some programs we didn't need (after consulting with us first). Calvin went out of his way to make the arrangement for a plumber's assist on this project to reset the toilet. While the team was here, they found a hiding issue inside the walls that will be repaired a month from now so I can make arrangements with my tenants. Had it not been found, it might have caused a LOT of damage in the future. You shouldn't be calling anyone else for your house repair needs.

I called and Zach was willing to see us right away. When I was on my way there I had an accident and fell down a flight of stairs, so needless to say I wasn't in a position to go meet Zach. He was wonderful and told me not to worry about it that he would be there for us when we were ready. He WAS!!! We called on a Sunday and he met my husband and was able to repair my son's computer in about 4 hours. He was kind and didn't take advantage of our lack of knowledge regarding computer repair. His rates were very reasonable and I would highly recommend Eyemax for anyone experiencing computer problems. I will definitely use them again if I should encounter any problems in the future.
