After years of getting charged way too much for mediocre wifi, they can't even see how their "notes" don't make any sense and that the charge on me is invalid. They now put me as the consumer in a terrible spot essentially saying 1. Pay this now, even though it isn't really owed or 2. Don't pay it and take a hit to your credit. Good times. Last person I talked to was Nessa, a supervisor with Charter Spectrum out of the North Texas Call Center. Designated check in associate at the front and they'll call you when your name comes up. Although we purchased our new I phones at a different location, they are the local store who has helped us through any technical difficulties. On at least two occasions, they have helped diagnose performance issues and help correct them. When my wife first brought hers in and said the touch screen wasn't responding, they didn't even laugh when they peeled the clear film off the screen. LOL! Nice helpful folks! PS We've been with Verizon at least 14 years now...
