My Mac is my lifeline, so I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Thanks to Yelp, I was able to request quotes from multiple repair shops. Alex responded to my request on a Thursday evening, which I really appreciated. I received one other quote, but this shop was closer and significantly more affordable at $350 instead of $600. The next day, I spoke with Ahmad and paid in advance so they could order the replacement part. They informed me that it would arrive sometime between Monday and Wednesday. Later, they even called me back to confirm that I wanted a Grade A screen, explaining that while it wasn't completely brand new, it was still covered by a one-year warranty. If I preferred a brand-new screen, it would cost an additional $50. I asked Ahmad for his honest opinion on which option was best for me, and he recommended the Grade A screen over the new one. I trusted his advice and went with that option. I dropped off my Mac on Wednesday at 9 AM, and by 11:30 AM, I received a call saying it was ready for pickup. Ahmad made the entire process as smooth and painless as possible, and I can't express how much I appreciated that. I highly recommend this place!

I contacted this handyman contracting service through the Yelp Project feature, and even though we…read moreultimately chose another provider for the work in our home, they handled their part of the process exactly the way you hope a professional service will. They arrived right on time for the estimate, just as communicated, and their messages before and after the visit were prompt, clear, and easy to work with. The estimate itself was straightforward with no pressure attached, which made the whole interaction feel calm and respectful, and that goes a long way when you are trying to make decisions about home projects that always seem to multiply. We did not select them for this particular job, but based on their reliability and communication alone, they will absolutely stay on our list for future work because those qualities matter just as much as the final result and they demonstrated both without any fuss. Unfortunately, the place where I made the purchase from was not helpful, so I decided to seek help elsewhere. I found Computer Doc thru an online search, and I am SO thankful that I did! He was able to fix the problems right away, and for a reasonable rate. But the best part is that my computer is now working beautifully!
