Had an emergency with a remote for a Truck Camper jack system. Was working on closing a deal to sell the camper when a very necessary button on the remote was not responding. Without a working remote the deal would've fallen through. And a replacement remote is not even an option. This particular jack system is no longer manufactured. He was helpful the first time I went. The second time, however, the owner had an attitude. I simply wanted to schedule an appointment for a game console repair and even asked what day/time works best for him since he seemed busy. The guy was irritated/stressed and told me, "I don't know what to tell you." He then went on how there were people ahead of me. I told him that I'm okay with dropping it off (it's not like I can't live without playing video games for a while). He still seemed irritated that someone was trying to give him business. Didn't know that they were "appointment only" until I got there and saw the sign on the door. I called the number a few times with no answer and only an automated message saying that this "Text Now user cannot be reached." I even tried texting the number, but I got no response. No need to take your game console anywhere else than reapers. Call them first and they will try to trouble shoot it over the phone. That's what they did for me and it was fixed for free by a very nice man. Saved me money and time. read more

I gave this dude a call 2 days prior to meeting about fixing my PS4. I told him everything that was wrong with it over the phone so there would be no misunderstandings. Ok so I get to the store he looks at it and sees the power supply is broken which was stated over the phone which was my whole purpose of being there. He sees it after working on it for while and throws a fit and begins to be rude. He stated that I was "wasting his time" but in actuality he got his clients mixed up, and I knew this because as soon as I walked in he thought I was someone else. If you can, go to ubreak we fix, way better customer service, they actually know how to deal with customers. read more

Repears has fixed my PS3 without fail after the dreaded YLOD. They were fast. I live fairly far away and unfortunately had left something in the USB port that I hadn't noticed. When I got home and couldn't find it, I called and they confirmed they had it and willingly shipped it back to me instead of having me drive out to come get it. Terrible service, came a couple years ago when my ps3 broke. I was about 14-15 at the time and since the location isn't convenient I decided to call ahead to make sure it would be ready when I was told it would. The owner was very annoyed that a 15 year old would call to check in on his ps3 and told me to "stop bitching." The owners not only swear in front of kids, but also are willing to swear AT them. As if that wasn't enough to exemplify their bad morals, once my ps3 inevitably broke again and I decided to take the ps3 somewhere more professional (CPR: Cell Phone Repair), I am informed that Reapers had ruined allot of the screws and made further repairs a serious risk of console damage. This company is TERRIBLE, they swear at children, barely fix your console, and make it hard for people who actually know what they're doing to fix your console, DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS read more

Our Xbox 360 was acting up (disc read error / disc is unreadable) after 2 years of steady use, but what made things worse was that it happened during the week right before Christmas. Instead of taking it to UBreakIFix, which had a 5 day lead time and wanted to charge more $$ for their services, I decided to take my non-working console to Reapers. What a great move!!! William worked on my xbox within 10 min after we arrived at their location off I-85 and determined that the laser didn't just need a cleaning but had to be replaced -- apparently a very common problem with 2-year-old Xbox consoles. I was on my way home with a working unit within less than 40 minutes and the folks at Reapers stand behind their work -- they give you a 1-year warranty. The unit worked fine the first time back at our house, but afterwards started exhibiting the same disk read error again. I called Reapers and they asked to have us bring back the console, since it was under warranty. William went above and beyond, replacing the worm drive, the ribbon and just about every component that is associated with the disc drive of the Xbox 360, they even cleaned our Modern Warfare III disc -- all at no cost. I dropped my son's PS3 console off to have repaired. They told me that it was the graphics card but when I go to pick up the console, they tell it wasn't the graphics card. So after a useless explanation of how the graphics card becomes dysfunctional after 4-5 years and how it functions in the PS3, the owner made no sense. Then I ask him if it wasn't the graphics card then did they know what it could be, he comes back with a sarcastic and insulting remark about how he should re-explain the issues when they have no clue.
