This place had the best price and the guy Ivan seemed pretty knowledgeable so I decided to get it done here. This place is in a strip mall right next to Krispy Kreme (dangerously tempting) on Celanease Rd. Even though 2 weeks had passed, he still remembered our phone conversation. Service was extremely quick ! I dropped it off, paid in advance for the part/repair ($100), and he received the part the next day and called to let me know it was ready. I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited. My tablet looked great and Ivan was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you need a repair.

That was two years and several repairs ago for different electronics devices culminating most recently with my son's two plus year iPad Pro which suffered a broken power button and was out of warranty. The company that goes by a fruity name would only offer a replacement iPad at a cost of nearly $700, whereas Fix Factor took it in and repaired it lickety-split and at a very very very small small percentage of the fruity price. To put it this way, Fix factor made my kid happy so I'm happy. Will keep returning and recommending to friends and family :-)

I took my working phone in to get the cracked screen replaced and left with a broken camera. They said it needs a micro solder repair, they don't do that, and to contact Verizon about warranty for my "software issue". I've spent countless hours driving to Verizon, calling a CSR and being transferred multiple times, doing troubleshooting, and eventually a factory reset. It's not Verizon's responsibility to warranty something Asurion (UBreakiFix retailer) broke. I'm at a loss and unable to capture precious moments of my baby while stuck in the middle of them pointing blame at each other. I reported this issue to Assurion's Customer Support and I'm told I'll be contacted within 24 hrs. I will never use this store again! The assistant, Thiago, was so determined to get a 5 star review that he took my phone and rated MY experience 5 stars and handed my phone back. I'm not an uneducated imbecile and I'll give my own rating and review. I'm extremely dissatisfied!

The treatment was night and day. Michael listened and looked at the computer. I was dreading the cost as it was a gaming laptop and the screen needed replacing. He carefully opened the computer to get info on the screen and quickly gave me a cost. At first, I didn't believe it. The cost was what a lot of places (Geek Squad) just for looking at the computer, not even fixing it. I had to ask twice and double check the amount he quoted was both for the part and labor!
