The treatment was night and day. Michael listened and looked at the computer. I was dreading the cost as it was a gaming laptop and the screen needed replacing. He carefully opened the computer to get info on the screen and quickly gave me a cost. At first, I didn't believe it. The cost was what a lot of places (Geek Squad) just for looking at the computer, not even fixing it. I had to ask twice and double check the amount he quoted was both for the part and labor! Needless to say, whenever anything electronic is cracked, dinged, not working, Gamer EMT is my first stop!

I took my working phone in to get the cracked screen replaced and left with a broken camera. They said it needs a micro solder repair, they don't do that, and to contact Verizon about warranty for my "software issue". I've spent countless hours driving to Verizon, calling a CSR and being transferred multiple times, doing troubleshooting, and eventually a factory reset. It's not Verizon's responsibility to warranty something Asurion (UBreakiFix retailer) broke. I'm at a loss and unable to capture precious moments of my baby while stuck in the middle of them pointing blame at each other. I reported this issue to Assurion's Customer Support and I'm told I'll be contacted within 24 hrs. I will never use this store again! The assistant, Thiago, was so determined to get a 5 star review that he took my phone and rated MY experience 5 stars and handed my phone back. I'm not an uneducated imbecile and I'll give my own rating and review. I'm extremely dissatisfied!
