Pricing was exactly as shown on the web-site. Scheduling was very simple using Calendly. On the day of installation, prior to our appointment, Darius texted me to ensure I was still available. I then received another 'location' text when he was on his way. Darius walked through the house and we discussed where I wanted each drop - for example, in the bedroom I wanted the drop to be just above my drawers, so that I could mount a TV there and easily plug in to CAT-6 rather than going over WiFi. Darius is very detail oriented and even went to the trouble of (measuring) to mount my AP to line up with the 2 lights that are in my hallway and entryway! After the walk-through, he marked each of the drops with painter's tape, then once again confirmed with me the locations. Darius vacumed/cleaned up after himself as he worked and did a very professional job - leaving the house in the same state as when he arrived, willing to explain anything he was doing. On completion, I tested the drops/AP - everything was good and we settled up! I'm very pleased with the work Darius did; as well as being very Professional, he is also a very personable chap who really knows his stuff. (to put in context, I'm an IT Infrastructure/Software Project Manager). In summary, I would definitely recommend Darius to anyone that needs either AP's to be hung or Network Drops!

Later on, I wanted a direct line from our office upstairs to the router downstairs. Jasper came out and did a thorough assessment and consultation and then returned shortly thereafter to do the installation. Jasper went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it and that everything was working at its best. He even went to the store to get the specific CAT-6 cable with the color that we wanted. He was neat, efficient, earnest and, like Quintin, very knowledgeable and professional at what he does. My Airbnb hired them to do a starlink install and they never completed the job after multiple weeks. It is still not working and the owner just ignores any requests made to him. When speaking to him he acts professional and all that but then sends inexperienced helpers out to do the work. When it doesn't work or there are problems he just blames Starlink and isn't willing to support the service you paid him for.
