I told him I would be there the next day and asked if he had a charger for a Samsung J3. He said he could order one ($10) and it would be there the following day. I called the next afternoon and he said the charger had arrived so I was good to go. I arrived, paid for the new charger, and he showed me where my old screen had short circuited. My tablet looked great and Ivan was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you need a repair.

I've been using Randy's computers now for little over 10 years. I have bought several computers from him, including upgrades on five computers to Windows 7 from XP. And even though it's a 30-40 min. drive from my home I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm sorry to see Randy retire (glad for him!) but he has left the store in very, very competent hands. read more

Worked fine but was slow, I found and removed a program running in the background, then defraged her HDD. Machine ran great! The next day my Dad and I took the laptop back for a refund. The owner was not there, so we were told to return Monday. I had to work Monday through Wednesday out of town, so I went back on Thursday. The owner still was not there, so the clerk got him on the phone. He wanted to know what was wrong with the new/used laptop, I told him that I had never booted it up, and that I wanted to return it because there was nothing wrong with her old one. I was told by the owner Don that "this is not the way we do business" he then offered me a store credit. I gave the phone back to the clerk, and politely left. Clearly this is a business that has taken advantage of an elderly woman and man. There is no place in our community for a business that operates in such a manner.

When we started our home-based business in 2002, PC & MacHelp Center (Greensboro) set up our…read morenetwork system including our server and all software, etc. This has all been reconfigured a few times since 2002 by PC & MacHelp Center. We were encouraged by the IT person to set up our own .com e-mail addresses and run them through our own server and switch from Earthlink, which we did. He walked us through that process and set everything up. He required us to have 5 Static IP addresses through our internet provider. He recommended using a Mac Mini for our server, and at that time he installed Kerio on the server. He is the ONLY person who understands the set-up he recommended and installed. In 2024, he abruptly ended his service to our home-based business with no indication as to why. I contacted him for help, and he ignored me. He ignored our pleas to help us transition to a set-up someone else understands. We've called in a couple of other IT people who have absolutely NO idea how he has things set up. NO ONE understands Kerio, but if we don't renew it every year through a company in Durham we have no access to our business e-mails. The company in Durham admitted they don't even understand Kerio. They just sell licenses. Our entire livelihood runs off the conglomeration of hardware and software PC & MacHelp Center set up, and the Greensboro IT person decided he wasn't going to help us anymore apparently because we are a home based business, and he was doing us a favor. I didn't realize that PC MacHelp Center didn't help home based businesses since he jumped at the chance to help us from the time we started our business until 2024. He should have said that from the beginning and allowed us to work with someone who does help home based businesses. We've paid ALL of our invoices upon receipt. His decision to leave us stranded was out of the clear blue. All we need from PC & MacHelp Center is to get out of what they set up for our business and help us transition to another IT company, but they don't care. I do NOT recommend them at all!

Besides, reviews from good friends & your wife (Angela) are not really unbiased reviews (and against YELPs policy). "I sacrificed other projects to meet your deadline. You had many parts at cost on top of the discount, and went back and looked to confirm this. The rack looked sloppy to get it done before the party, it would have easily been another two maybe three full days of labor, about 20 hours. You had no interest in paying me for my time." So after paying you $88,000, I was expected to pay another $2,500 (20hrs @$125hr) to make work, your company (which fired the employee during the job) didn't do???
