Pad Thai is tasty. The BECK is a must order: crispy chicken. Calamari can be crispier, won't order again. Chicken wings are to die for. Service was quick. During lunch peak hours it can be slow. Nice expansion on the other side of the room. Bright and roomy. Will come again.

This Thai restaurant is located in the heart of downtown. There were plenty of parking. We decided to order take out. We ordered two orders of their popular Time Thai Fried Chicken, Pad Thai With Chicken, and the Pineapple Fried Rice With Pork. Our order was ready in about 20 minutes. The Time Thai Fried Chicken were crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. It came with sweet chili sauce. We didn't really use the sauce because the fried chicken itself was flavorful enough. However, it would have been nice if they trimmed off some of the chicken fat. The sauce for the Pad Thai was kind of sweet and had a little tang to it. The Pineapple Fried Rice With Pork was very flavorful and tasty.

Everything was delicious. The deep fried dishes had the right amount of crispiness. The curry crab bomb was definitely the bomb. Servers were friendly and attentive. The space is bright and cozy. I highly recommend the place.

The positives: We ordered the Green Curry with chicken, and the Pad Thai Fried Chicken. The pad Thai tasted fantastic and the chicken was incredibly crispy while being very tender. I loved the pad Thai fried chicken. For the green curry, most of the green curry tasted great with that savory and spicy balance that green curry normally has. The negatives: the potatoes in the green curry didn't seem cooked entirely. The two dishes were delivered to the table at totally different times. It made it so that my friend finished his food and then after he finished I began eating my pad thai. Because of these two doubles negatives I am lowering the rating by 2 stars. Would I try this place again? Yes, but I would specifically seek out a time when the place has lower traffic than Saturday evenings. I will say the place was quite lively. It didn't live up to my expectations entirely on the food, one shouldn't only make their flagship entrees in a stellar manner, but all the dishes should be stellar tasting. I forgot to take a photo of the green curry.

Time Thai Kitchen opened years ago where Legacy Thai Cuisine was. Infrastructure changed. New outside seating. New 2d room decorized. Main room has sparse seating, a flatscreen. No street parking. Small parking in rear. Watch for areas for permitted parking. Against the fence is a no no. Soft vocal music in background. Seated promptly when they opened. Ordered asap. Food came out in 18 minutes. deep fryer probably needed to be heated up. Offerings (Thai fusion): appetizers, drinks, specials, noodles, noodle soups, salads... Bites: Som Tum Set(19): fried chicken, sticky rice, salad, papaya salad. -sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf. nice taste. Ate a little. Forget to take it to go. Not a fan of rice. -papaya salad: shredded ripe papaya mixed with tomato bits, crushed peanuts, leeks, green beans. Fresh and crunchy. Lime juice added tartness. Garlic half cloves adds another layer of flava. 7 Fried chicken boneless pieces obviously marinated with herb & spices. Skin on thigh meat was consistently moist, tender, juicy. Had bone in versions elsewhere. Not so juicy-harder to control heat. The fried chicken here is a WINNER. A small serving of mixed greens with peanut dressing was amazing. 4.5 stars Worthy: YMMV. Quantity: reasonable, the "SET" allows one to taste many entrees. Quality: very good.

Pretty solid place. 3.5 stars so I'll round up to 4 stars. Pad Thai Fried Chicken was a nice combination. The pad Thai had solid flavors and the chicken was cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the sauce for the chicken - not too light, not too heavy, and just the right sweetness. The beer was so so. We also ordered regular pad Thai with pork and a pad see ew with chicken. In both of these dishes, the meats were over cooked and dry. Flavors were good though. Will come back but maybe order different items.

Love. Ordered door dash delivery for the first time from here. The meals sounded so yum and interesting. I tried the crab curry bomb but ordered without the celery because i'm not a fan of celery on hot food. It was really good with nice crab flavor and the fried soft shell crab was a nice contrast texture to the egg and rice. And of course mango sticky rice is always a must when you get thai. that was also delicious.

We needed lunch and we had the dog with us. So, either someplace that had outdoor seating that allowed dogs or else food to go, and we'd have to find a park. We found Time Thai on yelp, and it looked promising. We arrived toward the end of lunch and managed to snag a parking spot at the side of the restaurant across from the railroad tracks. There's outdoor seating on either side of the front door. One side was closed either for remodeling or because the sign was convenient. We went straight to the outdoor seating. There was a two-top and a four-top. We took the two top to ensure we had enough room for our food. Neither of us got a look inside the restaurant as a server came out, asked us how many and handed up menus. Ice water and set-ups were brought out. We had brought a bowl with us and poured in some ice water for the dog. I'm a huge fan of Roti with Yellow Curry. The reviews say nice things about the Fried Chicken so we knew we had to try that. Lastly, I wanted something with curry and veg. Roti w/ House Curry Sauce - 5 - Seemed like a smaller portion than we're used to, but the flavors and textures were spot on. There is nothing I would change about this dish, but I do wish I had thought to ask if they could make it with an egg turning it into Roti Telur. Coco Prawn w/ Brown Rice - 5 - All the flavors were excellent. The brown rice was the perfect accompaniment to the curry sauce. I ate all the rice served at the restaurant, but we also had brown rice already cooked at home and the leftovers went well with it. The prawns were nicely cleaned and cooked perfectly. Khao Yum Gai Zapp - 5 - had knock your socks off flavor! The only thing I may have changed was ordering Brown Rice instead of the rice that came with it. The food came out fairly quickly. Our server came and checked on us several times, making sure that we had enough water. This restaurant definitely earned a return visit. Maybe next time without the dog so we can see what the restaurant looks like inside.

I've been here quite a few times, and their flavors are always consistent and fresh. Even when I grab my order to go, it tastes just as good as if I had dined in. I always get the cashew chicken with white rice. Every. Single. Time. Honestly, I feel like I'd be cheating on my favorite meal if I ever tried something new because it's just that amazing. On this most recent visit, my husband came with me and ordered the Pad Thai with fried chicken, and we also shared the Thai chicken. I noticed they've expanded the restaurant, and it's now larger to accommodate more guests. Less waiting, more eating! They've also added their own restrooms for guests, which was very clean and a great addition to the new space. We also got a mango sticky rice to go and shared it with my son. The flavor and texture were so good that I now crave it whenever I want a sweet treat.

3.5 rounded to 4. First time here! Heard this place is popular so decided to stop by since we were in the area. They have a small parking lot in the back, which could fill up fast. The service was decent and we got our food in the a timely manner. I got the pad see ew and I thought the flavor was good but it could use some more eggs in it. The b.e.c.k. chicken sauce kinda tastes like costco teriyaki sauce. I tried my friend's pad thai and I didn't like it too much since I thought the flavor was too tomato-y. The khao soi was delicious and the sauce was flavorful and rich and would pair really well with rice as well!

First came to this spot 2 years ago. Returned for our anniversary dinner, and the food was just as good. Lots of renovations as they have expanded--which is very much appreciated. The service was excellent, and everyone was so nice. The decor and design of the restaurant is much more cohesive than it was 2 years ago. We ordered different dishes this time around, and we walked away just as satisfied. Can't wait to make this an annual tradition.

Overall? Pretty good, not life changing, but solid. Fast service, decent quality curry, and a chill, no fuss vibe. It's a small spot tucked into a corner. There's an outdoor seating area that might be operational, but I ate inside. It was a small space, but clean and comfortable. I was seated right away and had food in front of me pretty quick. No complaints there Parking? Lot I had : Pumpkin curry (4/5): The coconut milk and red curry paste made a well balanced, flavorful base, rich but not heavy. The pumpkin added a nice sweetness, with basil and bell pepper bringing a fresh pop that rounded everything out. Heat level was spot on, present, but not overwhelming. Texture was smooth and cozy, and the aromatics were clean and inviting. A touch of lime leaf or galangal would've kicked it up a notch. Portion was on the smaller side (understandable with Bay Area economic crunch) and rice options were limited, which felt like a miss. Would return but not actively seek out

Came as a party of 2 on a Sunday at 1 PM and the restaurant was packed, which is great for business! We ordered the Pla Tod and Pad Thai Fried Chicken. The fried food was piping hot which is always deeply appreciated! The pad thai itself was average. Service was just okay. We also ordered the Thai Tea Coffee, which was sweet to the point it made my stomach hurt. This is a good option if you're in the area and craving Thai cuisine with fried food, but I would not make the drive just to eat here.

My mom ordered the oxtail stew which wasn't on their brunch/lunch menu (dinner only), but I really appreciate that they were accommodating to make that dish for her. I've never had oxtail and it was delicious--tender, perfectly sweet and savory, and paired well with the plantains. The other dishes that my family ordered were hits too (jerk pork shoulder and seafood paella). We also tried the ripe plantains pancake Oscar for a sweet treat. I love anything marshmallow, so the brûléed marshmallow cream that blanketed the pancakes was heavenly. It also came with a plantain on top and a few other fruits to balance out the sweetness. Overall, we left full and all around very satisfied. The staff showed us such warm hospitality and came around often to check on us, despite being an almost packed house. The decor was beautiful and the atmosphere had a fun lively energy. With indoor and outdoor seating options, anywhere you get seated is a nice spot. However, the host experience was frustrating. The Yelp waitlist wasn't working on a busy Friday night, which seemed to cause some disorganization. We were quoted a 25-minute wait for a party of three, but ended up waiting 45 minutes. During that time, multiple parties of three who arrived after us were seated first. When I checked in at 35 minutes, I was told we were "next," but that didn't seem to reflect what was happening. At 45 minutes, after checking again and explaining how long we'd been waiting, we were seated immediately. It was confusing and especially difficult with a hungry toddler. Parking: Parking can be tricky. The restaurant is located under an apartment complex with limited guest spots on the first floor of the garage. If it's full, you'll have to exit and find street parking (which is minimal) or park across Dublin Blvd and walk. Overall: This was close to a perfect experience. The food and server were great, but the disorganized wait and host interaction took away from it. Hopefully they improve their system for busy nights, especially if the Yelp waitlist goes down again.

It rocked my world. I heard angels weep. I could not stop grinning as I took each bite. It made all my troubles disappear. I was reborn. If you want to know what absolute happiness feels like, you will want to go to Dragon City. It's five stars times five thousand more. I'm placing my next order now! Yum!!!

Unfortunately, the experience changed once we received the bill. Our table of three was charged an automatic 20% gratuity because we arrived with other family members, even though we were seated separately. We were not upset about paying the gratuity itself, but we believe this policy should have been communicated to us beforehand. When my mother politely brought up this concern/dissatisfaction to the waiter, he responded by yelling at her. We found this behavior extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially on Mother's Day. What started as a pleasant experience ended on a very negative note and unfortunately ruined the occasion for her. Definitely not coming back.

Recent fish + chips and beef chow fun were both just okay. I would choose differently if I could do it again. The server is always friendly and hospitable. He served our hot waters with lemon and honey already in them. That's a first. It was nice to have these prepared instead of having to make them ourselves! It's a common drink that its clientele asks for. The place was initially empty. Then a few tables became occupied. I would like to see the return of a happy hour menu. Otherwise, any future returns would be few and far in between even with the great service provided.

Ordered the chow gun and was served what looked like a bowl of dog food I had to get up and leave the bar to sit in a corner table because the couple next to me were so drunk they were having a very loud and expletive laden conversation which I did not care to listen to. Absolutely ZERO check in on quality of beverage, food, or experience by the bartender. The WORST experience I urge you to avoid this place if at all possible
