My wife of 53 years, passed about a year ago, and the clock stopped two months after her death. This was our favorite clock and we loved hearing it. He could have told me I need a new one, I would not know any better. I guess we all can have a bad day, but the person I met was not the at all like the one mentioned in the bad reviews. I was very worried because I felt that either my watch battery needed to be changed which would make it the easiest change and then have pressure tested because it is a diving Watch, or it's around that time that my Watch needs to be serviced again and it's difficult trying to find somebody that you can trust. I found the Watch Maker on Yelp with really high reviews. Yesterday I texted their Text Line to see if they'd be able to take care of my Watch and they asked me to come in today so that's why I came in today. I walked in and there were customers ahead of me, so I sat patiently on one of their comfy chairs in the waiting area. While I was waiting, I overheard the customers talking about how good Tony was and that you can't find another Watch professional like him in this area. Listening to comments like that made me feel really good and safe about the place that I have chosen. When it was my turn, I told Them the symptoms and what troubleshooting might need to be done. They agreed with me because it's pretty standard and while I was there, they were able to check out my Watch tested change the battery pressure tested and warranty it for another three years. I was worried that the price would be a little crazy because I don't live out here in Texas. However, it was very similar to what I would pay in the Barry so I think I have a Watch guy now in TX.
