Absolutely the best in the business! Took in an heirloom watch that a big time jewelry store in Cedar Park couldn't fix after three tries and $200. John, the owner of Time Masters took a look and saw that is was the little gear inside and switched it out and it worked fine! And he didn't charge me a cent for doing it...incredible! They were amazing! I took my watch in to have the battery replaced and it was done in less than 5 minutes for $5! We then stood around talking about our kids, and movies with the father and daughter. Excellent people and tax is already included on all prices in the store. They have some neat craft sets for kids and other odds and ends. For a place that has so many good reviews, they certainly failed with my problem. The clasp broke on my watch and when I asked about repairs they said I would need to leave it and they "would make a phone call and let me know about the cost." A week passed and I didn't hear anything, so I returned to pick it up. I was told that the watch and band were "discontinued" but they could sell me a new leather band. The band was fine - only the clasp, a common butterfly type, needed replacing. I took the watch home, studied the problem and made a repair to the clasp. It took me about 2 minutes, and I'm no watchmaker. I'm pretty sure that they never looked at the problem, only saw an opportunity to sell a new band. To top it off, I needed to replace a pin that had been lost and they charged me $5.00 to stick in a .98 cent pin! read more

Time Masters do battery replacements at half the price of my area repair shop on Burnet Road, are twice as fast, and the owners and staff couldn't be friendlier. I have a gorgeous one-of-a-kind clock handmade in the Ukraine, via Etsy, and the minute hand fell off, due to funky workings. Too pricey to ship back. I researched clock repair and tried Time Masters. What a great shop--nothing but clocks, very fascinating. The gentleman who runs and repairs things is a true master, knows his stuff inside and out. He explained the problem in a heartbeat. His assistant called in a timely (get it?) fashion and said it was ready. The price was a fair $25 for all new works, which he showed me how to properly advance the time. I was delighted! Could not be better. Will now go nowhere else. read more

I went to Time Masters and he found a very minor problem that was not the battery and fixed it for nothing. He said just remember where you get professional service and good prices. I finally found a watch repair shop that is knowledgeable and friendly. I had quick service on battery replacements. One watch couldn't be repaired but they explained the reason why and were nice about it. Other places were actually rude about not being able to help me with other watches. Don't get that at all.
