Amazing service! Went to get a battery replaced and to see if they would be able to replace the battery on my moms very expensive movado watch (which other places wanted $30-50 for a battery replacement) sure enough, I got two batteries replaced for $10!!! One of the watches stopped working the next day unfortunately but when I took it back, they gladly looked at it carefully checked the battery (which was still good) but replaced for a new one just in case and got it working free of charge. Definitely loving the fact that it's right in my neighborhood too! Makes it very convenient. read more

Just went in for battery change in my husband's watch. They were very nice and very quick. I will go back here any time I need a battery and definitely recommend to others. read more

Got my battery replaced quick for five dollars. They have friendly service and was in and out and on my way in less than fifteen minutes.

Absolutely the best in the business! Took in an heirloom watch that a big time jewelry store in Cedar Park couldn't fix after three tries and $200. John, the owner of Time Masters took a look and saw that is was the little gear inside and switched it out and it worked fine! And he didn't charge me a cent for doing it...incredible! Time Masters has my business from now on out! read more

Used their services many times at the old location. I felt quilty only paying $5 for getting a link repaired on my Tag watch. I want them to stay in business, so charge us a little more if that's what is takes. read more

They were amazing! I took my watch in to have the battery replaced and it was done in less than 5 minutes for $5! We then stood around talking about our kids, and movies with the father and daughter. Excellent people and tax is already included on all prices in the store. They have some neat craft sets for kids and other odds and ends. Super happy with my experience and will definitely go back. read more

I'm so happy that this new location of Time Masters has opened up just down the road from us. I was not at all familiar with this family owned business prior to walking in to get a new watch sized and have the batteries replaced on a couple other watches I have. They did such a fantastic job handling everything, I could not have been more pleased with my experience there...this is my new go to spot for everything watch and clock related. read more

For a place that has so many good reviews, they certainly failed with my problem. The clasp broke on my watch and when I asked about repairs they said I would need to leave it and they "would make a phone call and let me know about the cost." A week passed and I didn't hear anything, so I returned to pick it up. I was told that the watch and band were "discontinued" but they could sell me a new leather band. The band was fine - only the clasp, a common butterfly type, needed replacing. I took the watch home, studied the problem and made a repair to the clasp. It took me about 2 minutes, and I'm no watchmaker. I'm pretty sure that they never looked at the problem, only saw an opportunity to sell a new band. To top it off, I needed to replace a pin that had been lost and they charged me $5.00 to stick in a .98 cent pin! read more

This place rocks. Took in my Timex because it stopped running. This was after I had the battery replaced at some place in H.E.B. Time Masters replaced my battery, oiled the inside components of the watch and the thing now runs like new. It gets better. It was free? Yes, that's right folks, free. I will be going back for any watch or clock repairs! read more

Very knowledgeable family business! Great customer service and a pleasure doing business with. Will def be coming back with all my watch repair needs! read more

Rediscovered this place after they moved from Anderson Ln. location....can't say enough good things about the service and workmanship....great family business, and the owner wouldn't even charge me since i had the same cuckoo clock repaired by him a few yrs. ago....spread the word about small businesses with integrity! read more

What a find thanks to Yelp reviews. A fast and reasonable mom and pop watch repair shop. Time Masters do battery replacements at half the price of my area repair shop on Burnet Road, are twice as fast, and the owners and staff couldn't be friendlier. Being in Cedar Park, they are a little out of the way for me personally, but now that I've been I'll gladly do the drive in the future. A great local business worth supporting. read more

Very helpful and didn't take long to get a new battery for my watch. Taking a few more watches this week!

This was my first time at Time Master. My experience there was great. I will definitely bring all my watch problems to this place.

I went to Cedar Park Jewelry to get a watch battery replaced. They told me there was something else wrong with the watch not the battery. They wanted to sell me a replacement mechanism for $75. I went to Time Masters and he found a very minor problem that was not the battery and fixed it for nothing. He said just remember where you get professional service and good prices. "I'll be back!" read more

Went to get my battery replaced. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He even set my watch to the correct time and day. Great service!

Super quick service, and the woman who helped me told me about the coupon on the Yelp App so I saved $5! They also have a lot of cool watch/clock products throughout their store. read more

I have a gorgeous one-of-a-kind clock handmade in the Ukraine, via Etsy, and the minute hand fell off, due to funky workings. Too pricey to ship back. I researched clock repair and tried Time Masters. What a great shop--nothing but clocks, very fascinating. The gentleman who runs and repairs things is a true master, knows his stuff inside and out. He explained the problem in a heartbeat. His assistant called in a timely (get it?) fashion and said it was ready. The price was a fair $25 for all new works, which he showed me how to properly advance the time. I was delighted! Could not be better. Will now go nowhere else. read more

I finally found a watch repair shop that is knowledgeable and friendly. I had quick service on battery replacements. One watch couldn't be repaired but they explained the reason why and were nice about it. Other places were actually rude about not being able to help me with other watches. Don't get that at all. But the staff here was very nice to deal with. Their location is convenient and pricing very fair. Thank you, Time Masters!! read more

Great place for watch/clock repair. They were friendly, fast and offer very low cost repairs. Highly recommend!

I have come to this shop before for watch band adjustments. Yesterday I came in to have a Cuckoo Clock looked at that had broken hooks to hold the weights. The owner was very kind and replaced my hooks at no cost! This is a very nice shop. They also have many fun items to give as gifts. Thanks again for your help :-) read more
