Turned out the machine needed a different bobbin, and they also showed her the correct way to thread the machine. Since she has been sewing heavier material and doeskin, they also suggested a "walking foot" to make the task easier. Robert, the salesman sent pictures, took every call from me and answered every question and concern, and was pleasant every time. I had their service dept perform a pre-sale inspection and perform a 100 hr service on it. They also transported it to my local WCTractor 12 miles away since I was running into pick up issues. These professionals were very helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The tractor stopped working a couple weeks after I got it, and after sharing a video of what was happening with the Temple crew, they felt my issue was due to an oversight in the initial service I paid for. Mike offered to have the tractor picked up and brought back to them for diagnostic and repair. Again, these professionals are going above and beyond normal expectations. I was skeptical about buying used farm equipment but after working with these professionals, I know I made the right decision to trust WCTractor -Temple. I will not hesitate to do future business with both the Temple and Navasota WCT locations. The day my fridge died I called Sears Home Repair who had fixed minor things before but charge $120 NOW just to look at it. Well, they could only schedule an appointment just for it to be LOOKED at over a week away! Sorry but I kinda need to feed my family and not from a drive thru! SO I asked around and Sonny came highly recommended. Now I know why. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and can really fix anything, and professional. You can't ask for more in a repair person. His prices are beyond fair and reasonable. It's only $50 for him to diagnose your appliance's illness and then he takes that off the bill if you go ahead and get the repair. Parts for mine were in in a few days but the best part was he was able to come out the same day I called him! I didn't have to wait weeks on end and pay a fortune.
