My name is Carol Dugat and Randy with RK TV Service picked up my elderly parents…read more(Marshall & Virginia Hyson) 60" flat screen TV in May 2016 with the understanding that if he could not repair it, they would only be charged $89 for the diagnostic/pick up fee. After a couple of weeks or so, he brought the TV back and was paid just under $500. The TV worked for maybe a few hours and went off again (which was the reason for the initial call). Randy picked the TV back up to work on it again and a year later he has not returned it nor has he offered a refund. And to make bad matters worse, he has not called nor will he return the numerous calls I have made to him. I would not recommend doing business with RK TV Service!

I was upset because I paid $150 for them to replace my cracked screen with a cheap poor quality screen. My phone had been cracked for the past two months when I dropped It again and I was completely unable to use my phone. I took it to Skinny's and it took about 45 minutes to fix my screen. I believe it cost around $170. I knew they would do quality work, so I had no problem paying the price. I can definitely tell the difference in the quality of my screen. The shop was very nice and very clean! Highly recommend!
