He stopped what he was doing, took a look at the mechanism, oiled it, made some adjustments to it. Told me how to reinstall it correctly. He could have told me I need a new one, I would not know any better. I guess we all can have a bad day, but the person I met was not the at all like the one mentioned in the bad reviews. Dan really knows what he's doing, he didn't have to stop and help me. He could have asked me to leave it with him.
