The other dealer deceptively priced their tractors to make it seem like a good deal, and also had discriminatory signs on their front door. Tipton was the direct opposite of that. I requested a quote from one of the salesman named Brad. Within 10 or so minutes Brad emailed me a quote and then gave me a follow up call to make sure I had gotten the email and to make sure I didn't have any questions. Not only was the tractor priced more competitively than the other dealer, but it was brand new, not sun damaged like the more expensive tractor at another dealer. I made an appointment to see it, they were waiting for me when I got there, and I signed paperwork that same day. They arranged delivery within 48 hours and the man that delivered it was nice and gave me the crash course. I would recommend Tipton to anyone looking for any piece of equipment they sell or service. I requested that this automotive electrical shop, which holds itself as capable of performing RV-related work, assist with a minor electrical installation. I needed to have 3 electrical breakers moved from the main panel to a new electrical sub-panel. No repairs, no corrective work; just simple installation. I even provided essentially all of the components need to perform the work. I was promised that work would be done in 2 days. It took over a week for this work, which could have been done in a few hours by a skilled technician. I was charged for 17 hours of labor amounting to $2,000. When I complained about the bill, the manager retorted: "IF YOU WERE NOT SUCH A SMALL GUY, I WOULD HIT YOU RIGHT NOW AND TAKE YOU OUT." After I paid the bill, he still refused to give me my keys.
