Over priced was charged 160 for 2 hangers. Complained the whole time about the fitment of the exhaust but wouldn't listen to me about how it's supposed to be set up/sitting. I tried explaining multiple times and was blown off like an idiot. And when they finally welded the exhaust up and I ask to make an adjustment to the firewall because the way they welded it was rubbing against it, I get met with an under the breath extremely unprofessional and rude comment. I needed an estimate to look at my exhaust and Curtis said that they could look at it for free and give me an estimate. Curtis allowed me to go in the garage and the technician showed me exactly where it needed to be welded. The job took about 40 mins and I was charged a very reasonable rate. Just to compare, I asked the people at Pep Boys on Valley Mills to look at my exhaust and they said just to look at it was 35 dollars! I also go lots of advice about caring for my car. My car seemed brand new after they were done with it! They do not rip you off. While I was waiting Curtis was interacting with the customers, who seemed like regulars, and he had a steady stream of business. Curtis was very social and professional with his knowledge and business manner. He was honest and fair with everyone. The two other techs were happy and very professional. Nearing the conclusion of my restoration project, I ended up needing a tiny spot weld for my windshield wiper. After calling a couple shops, I called here. The guy on the phone said he could probably do it, as long as the metal on the assembly was thick enough. Sure enough, I rolled up and they had me out of there in 5 minutes with a perfect spot weld on my windshield wiper. I tried to pay, and they told me not to worry about it. So after getting an outrageous quote from my local muffler shop in Killeen, I did some research and found this amazing family oriented team that was super friendly, understanding in making sure I would be satisfied and helpful in working with me saving me literally hundreds of dollars from my last quote. So I took the drive and brought my 13 SUBARU STI to the shop that did have an AWD lift, I was lucky enough to have my car on a lift within minutes, after explaining the issue I had with an aftermarket exhaust system(that fitted my old trade better), how my mid pipe to my axle back went from a 3in piping too a 2.5in Y-split that I wanted it to be a full 3in all the way back, they were fast to start cutting and carefully welding my new pipes together. I was in and out within a few hours and I was most definitely satisfied after seeing how good it looked. I would recommend Graves to anyone I run into that wants a good service/quality shop. I came here to put a glass pack on my cavalier, the muffler was damaged. Their work was fast and he even spot welded a leak around my catalytic convertor for no extra cost. Even though it didn't take much time at all, it could have been faster if they hadn't talked so much, to their vendor, and each other. But I would still go back again. Very reasonable prices. Everyone I asked pointed to one place, Graves. The guys at Graves are truly great guys! They did an amazing job in installing my 14851 Magnaflow mufflers onto my car. They also deleted my resonator. Their welds were clean, and they made sure to check for leaks! They lined up the tail pipe the way I wanted it: flush and centered. They even measured it out with tape to be sure.
