Our home is approximately 3,500 square feet with a significant amount of countertop throughout, far beyond what you would find in a typical home. These three removed and reinstalled ALL of it in a single day, and somehow managed to do it without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Even the removal was impressive. They managed to remove all of our existing countertops without damaging a SINGLE piece of our marble tile backsplashes, cabinetry, sinks, or appliances. With the amount of countertop in this house and how much finished material they had to work around, I honestly don't know how they did it. I am extremely picky, especially when it comes to details, and these guys got everything PERFECT. The most complicated part of the installation was our massive 12-foot waterfall kitchen island, which required difficult book matching and precise vein matching. They absolutely nailed it. The veins flow beautifully across the island and down the waterfall edges, the alignment is gorgeous, and the installation throughout the entire house is incredibly clean. They were also exceptionally respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves every step of the way rather than leaving a huge mess until the end, and when they finished, everything looked fantastic. I genuinely have zero complaints, which is saying something because I notice EVERYTHING. Carlos, Elfego, and Tito, and the rest of their crew are true craftsmen. Had to call again to see when and didn't receive a call until late in day . Had crews waiting around and had to pay them for their time. Had a party planned had to cancel it because of Lumber liquidators not knowing when my order will be in. I tried to get floor somewhere else and they still wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee. What ever they saved me cost me more in the long run. Will never use them again. Corporate office was garbage as well. The service in the beginning was good but the company's policies makes them bad. Material was good but doesn't make up for the bad service of not knowing when materials would be in or the fact the didn't care about the consumers schedule. Never again will I use or recommend.

I specifically stated that my husband and I did not want flooring that looked like long rubber strips. John came to our home and brought lovely hard bound - grooved timber style flooring samples and we agreed on one. The samples that were presented to me were not the product I saw being used and already 2/3rds installed by noon on Monday, January 25, 2011. I immediately called John indicating that this was not the product we had discussed and that a laminent was exactly what my husband and I did not want. He stated that "people get them mixed up all the time" and that "with dogs in my house this is the product he thinks I should have." I can only say that we are extremely disappointed with the product as it is something we could have picked up ourselves at Lowe's or Sam's and laid over a weekend and at a fraction of the cost. Not to mention that there is a mound at the rear entry door where the floor was floated over the existing tile, and areas of lift throughout the room that I was told by one of your installers would settle once the materials acclimated themselves to my environment. In coming to a professional interior design and installation service I had certainly expected more, but instead have come away from this experience extremely disappointed. We have learned to live with the floor for now and are in the process of trying to decide how to get rid of it and what we should do next. This certainly is not what we intended when we sought your services as we thought we were buying an improvement to our home, but instead we have a daily reminder of what we didn't want.
