I needed two 8x12 area rugs cleaned, along with a few pet messes that had stained brand new carpet in two bedrooms. We got a senior discount because the service was for my father, and I felt like they had good business values. I didn't want to have to do this so $175 wasn't a bad offer. I wish they had called or texted when they were arriving (like they said) but they got the job done, and my dad is happy, so no complaints. Would hire again!

It's time to sell the house, and we know whoever buys will replace the carpet, but we wanted it to look decent for photos and showings. So I looked on yelp, and called the first highly rated companies to get bids and schedule. The owner of Carpet Masters came out the next day and inspected the mess and gave me a very good price. We had a few scheduling conflicts, but after I got the expensive competitive bids, I got over the conflicts and booked Carpet Masters. The carpet turned out better than I ever expected! They were on time, efficient and courteous. I highly recommend Carpet Masters.

I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). She came back a second day when my dad ran out of energy for visitors to be over. That was huge! The dedication to the job was just what we needed to get it done. Thanks Victory!
