Great experience. My initial phone call was answered quickly, the service appointment was easy to schedule, and pricing information was given clearly when I asked. On the day of: Baldo and his assistant (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) were both terrific, knowledgeable, and kind. They understood the issue, double-checked their work, and got the clog fixed within an hour. read more

I had few simple repairs to my 43 year old house (well, simple for others...not so much for me). I reached out to the only company that I will call... Central Texas Plumbing Solutions. Mario Fuentes and his team were fantastic professionals; but more than that, they were great people who really looked out for me and took care of my issues. Mario even spoke with the President of the company and helped me out with a particular plumbing issue. They went above and beyond for me. If you have any plumbing issue, from a simple inconvenience to a major problem, there's only one business to call...Central Texas Plumbing Solutions. You'll be glad you did! read more

I wont go through everything that was done at my house. Lets just say that no drain worked and no toilet worked. Water came up in places that it shouldn't have. Samuel Allen and his wingman came out, correctly and quickly diagnosed the issues and now we can go about life at home again. In fact they made the system better than they found it, not just fixed the problem. I am always a bit wary of trade service companies generally but after today I will call no one else for my plumbing issues. In fact I am getting estimate on two other issues we want to fix. Be informed, call these guys and as a bonus ask for Samuel. read more

Central Texas Plumbing Solutions has done fantastic work with the plumbing issues we have had over the last couple of years. The last repair was a terrible slab leak. Samuel and Baldo did a great job performing the repairs. Matt was able to schedule the work to be performed as quickly as possible at a fair price. Thank Guys! Jeff and Denise read more

After call and call to all local plumbers and being told no one would take us on as a customer due to the work load because of the snow storm. I spoke with Chris who said the same thing at first , then after listening to our situation (we were lost at this point)he was able to fit us in and get us taken care of. Their customer service and their plumbers have been absolutely the best ! They have worked with us every step of the way. This is the only company that looked at us as people and not just another job on the list!. Absolutely recommend them! They have gained a customer for life with our family and neighbors! read more

Called Central Texas Plumbing 20 days ago. 16 days ago 2 men showed up and talked to me and looked under house a few minutes. They said I would be getting an estimate to re-pipe my bathroom. They took $140.00 and never heard from them again. I was scammed and they should just give my money back. I called Mike Stass who did the work right away. It was nice having use of a bathroom again. read more

Sent an email on Saturday. Noticed a toilet base leaking. They acknowledged the email and called at 0831 on Monday. Sent someone out by noon. Problem solved. Highly recommended. read more

I have used Central Texas Plumbing Solutions twice now. I live in an older house so plumbing issues have kind of become the norm. I have used several companies in the past and finally found a good one! Greg is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On both trips out he has fixed whatever the problem was quickly and correctly. He has even tinkered with some other things as well (like tightening my spray nozzle in the kitchen because it was loose). I very much appreciate his willingness to go above and beyond. As a single lady homeowner, I'm always trying to DIY to save some cash. So I like to sit and watch workers and ask questions. I'm sure this can be annoying, but Greg didn't seem put out at all. And he gave me a lot of tips on how to care for my pipes in order to prevent major issues in the future. Any time you have to shell out money for plumbing issues seems like too much money, but I feel that their pricing is fair and you are definitely paying for quality work. I will definitely be using the company for any problems I have in the future. read more

Great service. Great pricing. This is a company of what companies should be like. They are very responsive to your needs to help you in solving your plumbing problems the most economical way. The service is honest and does what they say they are going to do. read more

Called CTP on a Thursday and was told that someone would call me back. Waited until Monday, I called again, was told I would get a call back. The next day I tried again and was told I would get a call back whenever someone could free up but no guarantee when they would get around to it. These guys are too busy to get on the phone. I called another plumber in the area, now my project in back on track. read more

I had two toilets have the mechanisms in the tanks malfunction in the same week. I had to turn the water on/off at the floor each time. On top of that, I stripped the valve on one from all the on/off. I thought I could do it myself, but i'm honestly not skilled at plumbing. I called a few locations and one place said they didn't do this type of work. I liked the reviews I had seen for Central Texas Plumbing and gave them a call. They were very nice on the phone taking my information. Gave me an estimated day of arrival and on the day of repair, and I was called an hour beforehand. Two brothers showed up and were very courteous and professional from the start. Both toilet mechanisms where changed out and the line from the floor on the stripped valve was replaced in less than 45 minutes and the price followed exactly the guidelines I had been told in the beginning. I knew the estimated price of the parts and the total price was very fair. I will use Central Texas Plumbing Solutions in the future and highly recommend them. Good company! Had emergency plumbing problem with our sewer lift station. Called the usual big boys and not only did they not know what I was talking about, they didn't have time for us. Called Central Texas Plumbing. The man knew exactly what we needed and they were there within a few hours. Problem fixed. Definitely use this plumber if you need plumbing help. read more

This company is amazing. I had to have some toilets and a hot water heater replaced in a condo for our college students and, as I live out of state, I had a very short time line to get this done. They responded to all my phone calls promptly and when something unexpected came up and the supervisor couldn't meet us to assess what we needed done at the scheduled time, the owner came in his place! They showed up when they said they would and were clean, quiet, and efficient. We hardly even knew they were there and they did a great job! I would HIGHLY recommend Central Texas Plumbing to anyone who needs any plumbing work done! read more

I needed my water heater replaced so I called after reading all the great reviews. They said an estimator would have to call me back. I did not get a call until the next day. By then I had already found someone who would set up an appointment to get the work done. Disappointing. read more

One of my pipes on an exterior wall froze last weekend when temps were in the teens. They were here Monday morning and fixed everything promptly. The repairman said part of the problem was there was not enough insulation around that particular grouping of plumbing. The wall faces north so there is nothing to break the wind when a norther blows through. He said he would have someone come out the next day to add insulation and put the section of siding he had to cut back up. That person was also here promptly on Tuesday. I could not be happier with their promptness, quick repair and fair price. Will definitely be calling them again for future plumbing issues. read more

Got a response and had my leak fixed under my floor the same day I called. The leak required pretty extensive searching. Gregg went out of his way to find the leak (literally; he crawled below the flooring) and minimized the floor-cutting at the same time. He explained exactly what was going on and what repairs were required. I have other plumbing work to be done and CTPS will be my first call. read more

These guys were great! Called when they opened at 8 am, quoted me a great price, and were at my house by noon. So nice and made sure they didn't leave any messes, and even explained things to me and my husband and gave tips on helping prevent our problem and other problems that could happen. Will definitely use again if have a plumbing need. read more

Definitely a 5-star experience in terms of service. Technician was right on time, very professional, extremely thorough, and was also very personable. He went above and beyond in cleaning up after he was finished, as well. Really super job. My only critique has to do with pricing. One reason I picked them was because other reviewers noted how much cheaper they are than other plumbers in the area. I can't really speak to how their fee structure compares to others. After he was finished working, though, my technician spent a solid 10 minutes in his truck writing up the bill, then included that time plus "15 minutes travel time" into the billing so that I had to pay an extra half hour for labor. I live within 2-3 miles of their office, so it's not like they had to go way out in the country to get to my house, so I was surprised to see this on the bill. It seemed like a tricky way to charge more for the service, and that soured my experience, but only slightly. read more

Fantastic experience. They finished the the time consuming job in less than a day. Our dog had died the night before. The person my wife talked to was so sensitive to what we were going through. I can't say enough good things about CTPS. A+ plumbers! read more

They are the best! I just had a break in my main line and my water was shut off by the city which made me super stressed out because I had guests coming to stay at my house that day. I needed water! I called multiple companies and there all either couldn't come out same day or were very expensive. Central Texas plumbing said they were just finishing up a job and would head over in about 20 minutes, and they did just that. They worked hard through the rain and finished in a couple hours. And the best part, it was cheaper than I had anticipated. Seriously, life savers! read more

We had a problem with several things in our house with the bathtub, dishwasher, and leaky faucet. Greg came and took his time to fix everything and explained and maintaining everything to keep running smooth. He went over and above and recommend this company to everyone who needs a plumber. They care about their customers. Thank you to Chris to listen to everything I was concerned about and helping us. read more

Very poor customer service. Wouldn't send estimate as promised. Put us off by saying they were too busy. If they didn't want to do the work they should say so from the beginning, instead they never called or returned calls or sent an estimate. Then their final excuse, after originally coming out to our home to look at what we wanted done, was that we were too far out & they don't come out that far to do work. We are only 25 miles from their office. Why wasn't that said from the beginning, instead of ignoring us and just not doing anything? I will not recommend them to anyone. They obviously don't care about customers. read more

I requested a quote for about 15-20 ft copper gas line to install a gas stove. I was quoted $750-850!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why don't you just say you are not interested in doing the work instead of quoting an insane price? Next quote was $200. read more

These folks were prompt, courteous, neat with very fair pricing. We live in an older house (a definite 'fixer upper') which sprung a leak in the copper piping. Greg was our plumber today - he installed a hot water heater, put up new piping, fixed a leak, and did not leave any messes. Thank you for great service and very fair pricing. read more

Got charged $120 just for the tech driving out, when I wasn't home and couldn't let him in. I went 3 days without hot water, while CTPS was waiting on parts. If you are going to use these guys, make sure you keep in touch with them and hold their hand for the entire process. Do not request a service call if it is raining; they do not like driving in the rain. read more
