On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. It was a very nice experience as far as moving goes and pretty reasonable w the price as well. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends. He does not have a voice mail so we call him back at 8:00 am to have someone come to my residence to repair the tiller! The owner said no, he is the only one in the shop but made no attempt to have another employee come out and do the repair! We arrived at the shop at around 1:00pm jthe owner never apologized for the inconvenience, but immediately began to chastise us becaus we weren't speedy enough returning the tiller. He continued to attempt to intimidate us as customers and told us that next time we need to accommodate them or there would not be a refund. This is the worst mom and pop shop EVER!

The other dealer deceptively priced their tractors to make it seem like a good deal, and also had discriminatory signs on their front door. Tipton was the direct opposite of that. I requested a quote from one of the salesman named Brad. Within 10 or so minutes Brad emailed me a quote and then gave me a follow up call to make sure I had gotten the email and to make sure I didn't have any questions. Not only was the tractor priced more competitively than the other dealer, but it was brand new, not sun damaged like the more expensive tractor at another dealer. I made an appointment to see it, they were waiting for me when I got there, and I signed paperwork that same day. They arranged delivery within 48 hours and the man that delivered it was nice and gave me the crash course. I would recommend Tipton to anyone looking for any piece of equipment they sell or service.
