Rude, unprofessional, and un-American. This company has been sending unsolicited marketing letters after previous owner or title company used them for inspection once in our property. After non-stop "renewal" offers in the mail we asked them to stop sending us this junk mail. The reps on the phone were as rude as it gets and ultimately refused to remove us from their mailing list - which is borderline illegal harassment by mail. Stay away. These folks have no place in TX. They should move to California. Or Canada. read more

UPDATE!! not only did they Wiesel out of paying the money they owed us for their false "preventative maintenance" they called our current pest control man and started trying to jump his case for THEIR lousy job! Then Courtney was being extremely condescending, rude and unprofessional towards my wife. Don't waste your money with these amateurs. The VA is going to hear about this and I hope the BBB revokes this joke of a business' certification from them. DO NOT USE!!!!!!! Terrible. Went through a VA loan. They were tasked with putting flashing around my pier and beam and cleaning out the crawl space. They never cleaned the crawl space and left wood in the dirt which caused a termite issue when the guy came for inspection he was in and out in less than 5 mins and said we were good... we weren't. Their mistake cost us 3K not only that. THEY LIED TO THE FEDERAL government about certifying the work was done and done correctly it wasn't and when it came time for them to make it right they wouldn't because we didn't continue to go through them. DO NOT USE. THEY WILL NOT HELP. the VA WILL hear about this. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. One of their service agents even agreed with us but their branch manager is the one making this extremely terrible call. Their mistake cost us over 3k and they don't care. Our new and AMAZING pest control guy pulled 12 TRASH bags of trash THEY LEFT BEHIND! I have videos if anyone wants them. read more
