When I arrived it was 3 hedgehogs. He said these are also known as little beavers, very irritating. I wasted an extraordinary amount of time, stopping what I was doing and rushing over there. I have rented a little beaver here before. He tried to blame his ignorance on me. Can not add pictures of an actual Little Beaver or a Tow behind your vehicle hedgehog. But they No similarities in the name or in the Equipment. It is tow behind hedgehog. I am a very reasonable person and I hardly ever give one star reviews they are definitely earned when I do.. When I arrived home, my son and son-in-law asked about the damage. I told them that the person hooking it up said that everything was fine. I returned the splitter the same day. They unhooked it and said everything was fine with the splitter. Two days later while looking at my bank statement, there was an extra charge. I called Prostar to ask about the charge. The manager said I was charged because of the damage to the splitter. I told him that the damage was there when I picked it up. I told him about the conversation with the person that hooked it up to my vehicle. He said that he had a video and would call back after looking at it. Never called. I went to the business and spoke to him. He said that he reviewed the video and confirmed that I damaged the splitter. He told me that I did not mention the damage with the person that hooked it up. I asked to look at the video. He told me that I was not allowed to view the video. Take videos or pictures before you leave. My mistake for thinking that I was dealing with and honest company.
