But a more pressing problem finally brought me in store - I broke my half marathon bracelet that I wear on a daily basis. It's delicate and required the services of a proper jeweler to repair. They did great work and browsing the cases while I waited to drop off my bracelet gave me even more confidence to work with them on my other custom project. The shop requires you to buzz in. It's small but highly personalized and both times I was there (drop off and pick up) it was busy with customers.

It was fine with me and she informed me of the new location and I headed over to see Tony in Harker Heights. He gave me an estimate and USAA had payment to me a day and a half later (5for them too!) I dropped off my ring and said I'd be wearing it again by the holidays! That was at maybe 140pm, then I went to eat and shop in Heights. Anthony Joseph just moved to Harker Heights from by Killeen Mall so their contact info needs an update...you take a right off Knight's Way onto Stillhouse and it's on your left with the spa and orange theory fitness and some other store fronts that aren't open yet bc it's brand new. At 330pm I got a call saying my ring was ready! I was shocked and it was perfect timing! I just finished at Ross dress for less! Picked it up and looked amazing and polished and they even sonic cleaned my wedding band while I did paperwork and payment. Came out better than expected! Coolest part is they have a nice selection of case knives, like the one your daddy gave ya. It's 10 bucks to take out a link. Not the worst price. Kay's Jewelry will charge you 25. It's easy, and if you can't figure it out by looking at it YouTube is a click away. However, this isn't a watch shop. The store was very inviting and clean. The customer service was top notch. I'd more than likely grabbed a case knife if I wasn't paying 10 bucks to remove a link from a watch though. I still recommend you try this place out if you into gold and silver though.
