Liran knew I was in urgent need of getting it fixed on the day, so he showed up within an hour and explained how the process would work. I asked him to check the motor first to see if it was repairable. He said he would do his best to fix it but since it was over 20 years old, it might need to be replaced. He also told me that if he couldn't fix it, he wouldn't charge me. He showed me the broken part inside the motor and explained that, due to the motor's condition, the garage door couldn't open all the way. However, he was able to repair it enough to get it moving again but just won't open all the way. So I decided to have him install a brand new motor. He replaced everything, including the track, rail, and motor unit, and completed the job quickly. The price was very reasonable and he was communicative throughout the entire process!
