Sent a mass quote request out and Mazaya immediately responded with a flat rate price whereas everyone else wanted to send someone out first. I didn't want to waste time having people come and go quoting me various prices as I needed to get this fixed ASAP so I responded to Mazaya. Ibrahim was able to come on a Saturday and was able to accommodate an earlier timeframe than normally offered. Ibrahim texted me when he was coming and arrived within the timeframe and he got the job done under 30 mins. He also noticed the rollers were very worn and advised me to be careful without being pushy to get them replaced. I ended up having him replace them anyways while he was there as he offered me a fair price. He also finished that job under 15 mins. Absolutely amazing experience with Ibrahim and definitely won't hesitate to reach out to him again for any garage door needs! Thanks again Ibrahim!

Unfortunately, we hired another company based on a recommendation from a local Facebook group. They left the door in even worse condition and walked away without refunding us. After that experience, we were understandably wary about trusting another company. We researched and compared several options, but many were quick to explain how difficult the job would be without offering a workable solution. Mazaya stood out because they were licensed, responsive, and offered a clear solution at a fair price. After everything we had been through, that straightforward approach was exactly what we needed. They replaced our garage door in just a few hours, and we're very happy with the result. Thank you, Mazaya, for helping us put a stressful experience behind us. Highly recommended!

What started as a frustrating garage door situation ended on a very positive note thanks to Yuval! Yuval was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He quickly assessed the problem and completed the repair in a timely and professional manner. Excellent service, great communication, and quality work. I highly recommend Yuval and Loyalty Garage Doors!

Up front, they were all true and my repair was done the next day under 2 hours, all as expected with the professionalism, experience, promptness, and value from them as testified! To expound, Yuval texted me a quote to replace both springs and cables after I sent him pictures of my issue. After I agreed, he had an opening the next day. He texted me again when en-route and arrived a few minutes early. He initially did an assessment of the situation and looked beyond the broken spring to find my garage door itself on it's last legs pointing out previous repairs and structural concerns. Without pressure he simply offered that a full garage door would be more cost effective as that would include matching springs, meaning the replacement springs being installed now should not be transfer over to the new door. I appreciated the offer but sadly I was not prepared to take that on so suddenly, thus we proceeded with the spring replacement as originally planned. Yuval was quick, taking off the old springs and cables with ease and replacing them efficiently. He explained that springs should be replaced in pairs even though one was still intact, as well as the 2 cables - which does all the lifting of the door itself! I have overhead storage racks which I was afraid would hinder the work but it was no issue for him. Afterwards he lubricated all the parts including all the hinges of the door which was a nice touch, leading to our door being the quietest it has ever been. I even observed him tighten other bolts, straighten the tracks, and staple down loose wiring which was outside of the scope of work! He cleaned up after himself, putting back the items that were initially in his way when he started. Small details like this show his attention to detail beyond just being able to do the job. I will certainly be reaching out to Loyalty when it comes time to do a full door replacement. Not only was he knowledgeable with a no-nonsense approach to his recommendations and repair, his prices are very competitive, and has a great warranty; 5-years for the springs. He takes cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit card (for a small fee). Overall, it was an great experience and glad I found Yuval and Loyalty Garage Doors!

Our garage door was broken so we called them out. We told them we could only be home until 4pm and they gave us the window of 2-4pm. We made sure we were home during that time. Unfortunately, it was for no reason because nobody showed up or called. We called them and they said they would come tight then and only take a minute to give an estimate for the work. Well no estimate was provided and they just started the work without any communication. When I heard drilling I asked if they were going to provide an estimate or what? And the workers said, ya, it's almost done, it's $450. No approval, no paperwork, nothing. I was late to my appointment and they said we could leave them locked in the garage, but as we were going to leave they kept having to go through the house to get things from their truck. I didn't want to leave them locked in the hot garage but we really had to leave. The whole situation was so incredibly frustrating. Then the office girl called me to collect payment and made it 100 times worse. I was trying to explain to her that the process was really stressful and she said, "ok so then I'll just have them go back and undo everything they did" .... Are you serious? What kind of customer service is that? What a terrible representation for their business. Had she said, "I understand how that was frustrating. We should have come when we said we were/communicated/provided an estimate/explained what we were even doing/honestly anything? It would have been different. Things happen, I get that, but have accountability and communication. It's very very basic customer service. We paid, we're done with them, but we will never use this company again.

Hate leaving a negative review, especially because this business was recommended by a close friend,…read morebut my experience- after today after being a customer since 2016 was absolutely horrible -high way robbery. My two car garage door was dragging up and coming down hard. The tech told me I needed a complete restoration to save the life of the motor. Quoted me $1,700 to what I learned now was to replace the cables and rollers. It was not the service he claimed to perform. I was concerned about the cost- researched online for the repair he recommended but found nothing that came close to the $1,700 quote. I decided to check in with my contractor after I authorized work, he questioned the tech about the cost of service over the phone. I sent my contractor a video of the service tech said he performed. Contractor told tech parts would be at the most $300. So Sunwest was charging me $1,400 for labor??? That's just unethical! I'm attaching their "bill of sale" that simply lists the condition of my garage door -not the work they claimed to be performing. On top of the ridiculous up charge the vendor never offered me the least expensive repair option of around $500 that's listed. I again questioned the cost and expressed that I could possibly get a new door for that much money. The tech went as far as telling me a new door, after Covid and prices rising, would cost me $6k. My contractor said he would get a complete new system installed for under $2k. In the end I refused service and asked them to restore my garage door as it was. The tech got his boss on the line and asked me to talk so we could come to some sort of discount. I refused to do business with them. And when given clear proof of their wrong doing they walked away without charging a service fee I thank my contractor who saved me from this scam of a company who in the end apologized for the over charge and didn't charge me for the mediocre job performed.

So I went to Yelp, and saw Glory Garage Door - they had high ratings, great reviews and best of all, a verified license! I called and spoke to Denys. He was available the next morning that for my schedule. The appointment call was easy. I was hoping the assessment, quote and work would also be as easy - and guess what - it was! From the moment Denys heard the garbage attempt to open then quickly close, he knew what the problem was! He was able to manually open the door from the outside and confirmed that it was indeed the coils and tension wires. He gave me options of replacement materials - from low cost to more expensive - and allowed me to determine my price. He even showed me his price table. No hidden fees, no upsell, just full transparency! Easy! After I made my choice, he began the work which had challenges since I had something blocking the access to the coils.
