Beautiful family oriented place to visit. Great place here for dates, kids birthday party, baseball teams to practice their swings(soft and fastball), golfers. Lots of free parking, large space that is well marked, organised and staffed. All events are outside, so dress accordingly to the weather. Inside the main house is the washrooms and food. They serve big scoops of Kawartha Diary with almost all the flavours made. For mini put, there are two courses to try; Shipwreck or the logging theme. Shipwreck is slightly more challenging. Somehow my kids got the par for the course which is labelled on a sign at each hole. They now think they're big shots and want to go pro, meanwhile my ball enjoyed the water features in the Shipwreck course. The batting cages are self explanatory. Sign at each cage tells you what to expect from ball type to speed level. One token gets 15 pitches, just get the 5 special pricing, it doesn't expire. Bring your own helmet and bat as the ones supplied may not be the greatest. This area is either empty or packed with teams going there to meet up and waiting for a certain pitch. It would be better if they could adjust cages depending on needs of the group. Otherwise the wait can be long. read more

October 12, 2020: My friends took me here to play mini golf. When we arrived there was barely anyone there, we decided to play both the Logging Camp and Shipwreck. Logging camp is supposed to be easy but I struggled to play within par on the score card, but I did it 10x matching par and even got two holes in one *shocked* Shipwreck was harder! I matched par 12x! Also at #10 Cape Spear I got a hole in one and I tried two more times and also got holes in one. *again shocked* I don't know what I was doing, I hit the ball and hope for the best! Lol This was a nice place to send a few hours and get away from staying indoors all day. read more

Nice little amusement park located in Stouffville on Ninth Line just north of Main Street. Been here a few times and always been a great experience not just for kids but also fun for adults. Park contains a number of attractions including Mini Golf (2 courses), Batting Cage (Baseball and Softball), Driving Range, Bouncing Castle and much more. Attractions are priced very reasonable with offering different skill levels from beginners to experienced players. Also offered here is a big selection of Kawarthas Ice Cream choices along with soft serve and light bites (hot dogs, etc.). Let me tell you the ice cream scoops are HUGE so order at your own risk cause you'll definitely get a bargain. Very great deal considering the prices you are paying. All in all, highly recommend if you want to enjoy a nice day filled with activities for friends and family definitely come here. You will not be disappointed. read more

This is a great place to come with your family, friends, and significant other! They have all sorts of activities from mini golf, driving range, mining, and batting cage. I was there for mini golf; they have two different courses and I decided to go with Shipwreck which is also slightly more expensive but it was fun. They had a mixture of difficulty too. A super fun place for families, couples and friends to enjoy mini golf, batting cages, driving ranges, bouncing castle, dessert and/or light bites. One of the places that you can certainly host a birthday party at, since they have great benches outside. It's very easy to get here - just up Ninth Line slightly north of Markham; Timber Creek Golf has a massive sign just outside, so you for sure won't miss it. Even if you do, it's very easy to do a U-turn here. There's almost always enough spots for parking, so I won't be too worried about getting here super early. There are two courses for mini gold, each of them have 18 holes and is an outdoor course. It costs $10 for the first round, and I can't quite remember, but I believe it was $8 for the second round if you want to try the other course. The batting cages are $10 for 5 tokens, each token lets you in for 2-3 minutes of play time. Make sure you READ the speed of the pitches before you enter the cage (also safety first: make sure you grab a helmet and bat). My friend and I went to the leftmost cage on our first try thinking that we didn't want to get in line to wait for the other cages, when we realized it shot balls out at the fastest speed. I WOULD NOT recommend this for someone who is doing this for the first time - I definitely felt my wrists hurting after that experience. The medium speed was very manageable though and I enjoyed it. They had the longest wait-times for the slow-pitch - I think I would like to try this next time if there is no wait. read more

I haven't played mini golf in years, but Timber Creek brought back all my fun childhood memories. We paid $9.50 each (as adults) for 18 holes of mini golf. It doesn't get much more economical than 50 cents per hole. The course was pretty varied and overall a blast to play. I've been to fancier mini golf with more moving and motorized parts, but this one was still very good. Staff was friendly and everything seemed well-maintained. It's an extremely family-friendly place, so don't be too surprised to find kids of all ages running around. It's a bit of a ways from downtown, but that's the only downside I can think of. read more

Timber Creek Golf is awesome. Don't let the name fool you, because they don't only have golf, they also have a batting cage, and that's exactly what I have been visiting for. Each token is 15 pitches and you can get 5 tokens for $10 or 1 for $3. They have a 3 slo-pitch cages, a medium speed softball cage, a medium speed baseball, and a fastpitch baseball/softball cage. Besides batting cages, they also have mini putt, and driving range. What is even better is they sell Kawartha Dairy ice cream! So every visit ends with an ice cream. I find the staff at the ice cream shop very rude, ignorant and arrogant. They have a hard time understanding requests from paying customers and they do as they please. If I'm asking to handle the ice cream a certain way when one has an allergy, it is advisable to follow through with the request and not do as you please. I almost feel a lawsuit coming your way when you do not adhere to a customers request. If you are working there and a customer is asking you to handle the ice cream a certain way, it's advisable to adhere to the request. read more

This is our go to place for mini putt. They have two great courses. Watch out the shipwreck side is hard for younger kids. The kids love it here. After some golf they love the Kwartha Dairy ice cream! The batting cages are fun for older kids. We also love the driving range. Prices are reasonable and they are doing a great job cleaning things clean during this COVID crisis. The chipping and putting greens are also great! Had a blast here! There are two options for the mini putt and the pirate ship view is the better choice. You can do both options if you want. the place is beautiful and is great for couples. Not a great place to relax and take your time, especially if you have a disability. I went with my daughter and son who has Autism. An employee came out onto the course and told us to hurry up, very disappointed. Looking into AODA for not allowing those with disabilities to go at their own pace. Fun place to spend a few hours with family or friends. This place is pretty big with lots of things to do - mini golf, driving range, 31 hole, batting cage, picnic area, kawartha lakes ice cream.... Prices are much more affordable than other popular places in The GTA. Under $10 for 6 rounds of batting cage, under $13 for a large bucket of golf balls for the range, $10 for adult mini golf. The facilities are in good condition and the staff is friendly and helpful. Gonna bookmark it for future reference! The only downside of the trip? I found out I cannot golf to save my life. I love coming here in the summer! They have 3 different activities so there's something for everyone (mini golfing, driving range and batting cage). Both times I've been here I did mini golfing and the experience was great. The decorations and creativity of each of the holes is awesome. Although the ice cream eatery was closed during COVID, before the pandemic the ice cream is spectacular. This place is great for kids and couples looking for fun times outdoors. There are two choices for mini golf - Logging Camp (the cheaper alternative) or the Shipwreck. The prices are around $9 per adult. There are wooden benches in between holes, if you get tired but watch out for large ants crawling about! One downer for me is the large amount of kids here. It can get really noisy and you can end up waiting for the party in front of you for a long time (especially if it's a group of five/six kids). The driving range is one of the most well maintained. The price for a jumbo bucket is around $13 and the large bucket is around $10. Every station has its own rubber tee, which was important to me. I've been to many driving ranges that no longer supply them. The range was relatively empty on a Saturday afternoon, and less kids in this area. I've yet to try the batting cage or any of the food sold at the cafe, but will provide an update when I do! read more

This place is the best for mini golfing!!! It's outdoors with two courses which have different themes, and each hole is beautifully designed - often incorporating waterfalls and moving obstacles. Overall it's super scenic with ponds, wood structures, waterfalls, shipwrecks, landscaping and much more! I've never met a mini golf course that can hold a candle to this place! I'm a regular here but hadn't been back this year until today. I was shocked to see that they're adding more and building stuff! Good for them not only for maintenance efforts but for being proactive! They also have batting cages, bouncy castle, and driving range for fair prices. The driving range has beautiful sunsets btw. Also inside there is Kawartha Lakes ice-cream - awesome prize for the winner after a round of putting! The mini golf course is so much fun. We only had time to play the shipwreck course and it was a blast even for adults. I normally come to timber creek for the batting cages. I really like that it has slow, medium and fast pitch both softball and baseball. The price of tokens is very reasonable. The only downside is that there is only one cage for medium pitch (what I bat) and there is often a little line as they are always busy. None the less, I continue going back because it is a great place to spend a day/ evening for all ages. read more

This review is long long overdue. I've played a lot of mini golf in my life and this is my favorite course in all of Ontario. They have two 18 hole courses with various obstacles and it looks amazing. There are water traps, boats, and it's super fun. Two mini golf choices. Both are beautifully done and well kept. Log cabin one is cheaper. Shipwreck is a little bit more, but equally as worth it. I believe there's also a special price for doing both courses. The holes and the names for said holes are inventive and fun. We brought our summer camp here as a field trip, and the staff at Timber Creek were incredibly helpful. They gave us a spot for our bags, explained the rules to us, got us our equipment in a very orderly manner, and took us to our designated holes. They also checked in to make sure everything was going alright. There is a cafe here for those who don't want to bring lunch. Kawartha ice cream, anyone? My only gripe is that there's only two washroom stalls per gender, so if there's a large group, it gets kinda crowded. read more

I really enjoy this place. The batting cages are a lot of fun and are reasonably priced. There are slo-pitch and fast-pitch cages. The driving range is good. I will need to try the mini golf but I've heard it is a great course and in peering over it looked like a lot of fun. The Kawartha ice cream (did you know they are Canadian?!) is so good here. You are definitely getting a lot more ice cream with a cone rather than a cup. It is a pretty scenic spot, you will be eaten alive by mosquitoes, I had 4 bites in 2 hours. Wear protection, from the sun and the bugs! Downside, the inflatables that they have in July-August have a height and weight maximum, which means no adults get to play on the inflatables. read more

Been here for kids birthday party, for about 3 different birthdays. Popular place for birthday parties!! Kid friendly, and adult friendly! Staff and service has been good all 3 times. It was ok. I think October is their off season so I wouldn't recommend going during this time. They were doing renovations so some holes were closed yet we still got charged full price. Many holes were covered with debris (leaves, pine cones, pine needles) and there were bees everywhere. There's supposed to be flowing water throughout the course which was off at the time we went. Overall, it was an ok experience but nothing amazing. It may be better during the summer months though. read more

Timber Creek offers three different mini golf areas with three different levels. If you are just starting out at playing mini golf or a highly competitive person you will certainly have a lot of fun. There is also a driving range if you prefer knock golf balls into the air and burn off some pent up stress.... The batting cages are also a lot of fun. We were there about two weeks ago and noticed that they had bouncing castles for the kids and offer ice cream to enjoy after a few hours of intense mini golf. While vacationing in the area we needed a mostly quiet day near our lodgings in Stouffvulle. I sent the husband and son (14yo) to the driving range and batting cages. It was a few hours of quality time for them together and for myself alone at the house. They enjoyed both activities. This review is based on the customer service we've received at Timber Creek Golf, not the golf course itself. This occurred November 3rd, me and my friends (one by the way was clearly limping and is handicapped) walked in and started to play a found of mini golfing at around 3:50. 5pm hits, the employee comes out, irritated, informs us they were closing. We apologized, immediately stopped the game and was heading out to the parking lot, but I guess we were slower then usual because one of my friends had trouble walking, she commented that because of us, her kids now have to wait longer to get picked up as she was closing up the parking lot gates. Excuse me? We looked down at our watches and it was only 5:15pm. In my opinion, if a store closes at 5pm, it doesn't mean the key holder is obligated to be in their car and driving off at 5pm. Let alone the rude attitude we had received. If the employee had informed us she did not think we would have enough time to finished the game, we would of had not bothered with mini golfing instead of taking our money and then blaming us for interfering with her schedule after work. Her comment and attitudes bothered all of us that day, especially because she directed that comment to a handicapped. Way to make yourself feel more inferior about yourself eh. read more
