At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!

This was our first return to Putting Edge since they moved into the Colossus plaza after the huge…read morefacility they had near IKEA/Dave and Buster's. We were a bit skeptical of how it would measure up, because it's in a much smaller unit, but we turned out pleasantly impressed. The one obvious improvement is that it's newer than the old facility, but it's been a few years since they moved. Yet, it is still very fresh and clean. We booked our tickets online prior to going, as recommended on their website, to avoid any wait behind others to get started. Sure enough, we only had to wait a couple of minutes once we arrived to get started. In the meantime, we wandered among the arcade amusements you can enjoy. You can purchase ticket packages in bulk if you want to enjoy the arcade machines and games in lieu of or in addition to your mini golf experience. We were handed out putters and able to choose what colour glow-in-dark ball we wanted. We were able to begin right away. Throughout the entire 18 holes, we rarely had to worry about waiting on people ahead of us, or causing delay to anyone behind. It wasn't perfect, but it was a testament to how well they manage to stagger entrants. All of the holes were different, in terms of layout and paint design. Everything was aesthetically pleasing. The challenge level was a good medium so that you don't want to scream with frustration, but not so easy as to make it absolutely boring. I'd say we spent maybe 90 minutes or so in total to complete the course. We were asked if we'd like to have a scorecard to keep track, which we did. It wasn't always easy keeping up, moving along, and writing scores on the fly, but it made it a little more fun to keep the competitive streak running. We dropped our putters off before exiting the course and were done. It was a great family activity, which I'd recommend with any group you might want to play with. They also offer party packages, with a full sized party area to accommodate a celebratory meal. We'll definitely return every so often for a fun, family experience.

The staff were super nice and the price wasn't bad at $16 per person for mini golf. There is an arcade at the entrance that is fun but warning, it's very expensive and the credits are consumed very quickly! We went through $80 worth in about 15 minutes, just waiting for our name to be called, despite that we had a reservation (they tell you to go early, now we know why). The other issue was that they didn't space the groups up enough so we spent a lot of time waiting in line for the next hole, and there's not much room so you feel like you're in the way of the course. We really wanted to like this place, especially for a good rainy day activity. Doubtful that we will be back.

They offer party packages but the pricing quite steep in my opinion so I don't think I would consider it. To be honest even the admission is pretty expensive $30 per kid. It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I stayed and played way too many rounds of Streets of Rage with my kid. What a blast from the past! The DEN is clean and bright, with an impressive library of many classic systems/games to choose from. Tony was such an amazing host. He's very friendly, warm, approachable and his customer service is on-point. He's a top-notch guy that'll make you feel like you've known him for a lifetime. If anyone is in the mood to be 12-yrs old again, or to revisit the long gone days of a better time, then I highly recommend stopping in DEN360 and enjoy going down memory lane! Third time here, this time for a drop in with friends and this place has been around for years now…read more We came at 10:30am on a Saturday and it had some kids but not crowded. By noon and onwards it gets very busy and crowded at the play junctions due to birthday parties starting up. It'll ebb and flow but it can be too chaotic for some people so I'd recommend come once it's opened(and watch your kid) From the front entrance to thoughtful touches throughout, this place is well run. I'm actually surprised and not grossed out so far, cuz anything to do with kids does not stay clean. Once you enter and pay, you head to the right hallway to remove shoes then around the bend to hang up jackets afterwards. This keeps the front tidy and dry, as it being a socks only environment, it's especially needed in the winter from the salt rocks getting tracked in. There are half doors for in and out traffic and lots posted signs for rules and directions. The washrooms offer flip flops and some carpeted areas to keep feet comfy, change tables and wipes and looks clean for the few hours I've been here today. The snack bar offers coffee and drinks, snack sized chips and on weekends pizza by the slice or full party (20 slices) can be freshly ordered in (25-40 mins for delivery). This is a nice option so you can play a little longer here and not be hangry. Lots of tables and chairs to eat at and to watch the action. Tip: I asked staffed so it's confirmed. You are allowed to go back out and bring back in food! WHAT?!? YASS you can! three of us parents left and went to McD's(down the street) and brought back a whack of takeout, sat here on the tables to enjoy it without the guilt and enjoyed are mc Cafes and kids meals no problem. We cleaned up after ourselves and everyone else followed suit with their Starbucks, packed lunches and take out. The staff do their best to keep up with tidying up the front, sweeping salt rocks, running the cafe and keeping an eye out for kids climbing unsafe structures. I saw a staff kindly remove a boy climbing on the princess castle and another off the toddler netting and no parents around to claim these kids. This is the only part I'm concerned about but it's really the parents to keep watch on their kids playing safely. Staff don't patrol for safety and waiver states this (as I see a kid crying in a corner and more than one on the trampoline) Toys, there's lots and they are well maintained and newish looking. I've been to other places where the sticker of the cars are scrubbed off or looks worse than second hand, the ones here all look clean or new. With lots of roaming room to play, they even have 2 Thomas train roller coaster(step2) that gives little ones quite a thrill, and made the day for one parent hogging it! Parents are allowed up in the play structures and down the slides, max 250lbs. There's a fenced and netted area for kids under 3, couches, benches all around and even 2 coin operated massage chairs! We were here from 10:30am-4pm! I noticed a staff with a handheld dyson, vacuuming the floors and up into the play structures, and another sweeping the front foyer, so it shows they do clean but these places are very hard to stay clean. Conclusion: play places are a lawless chaotic jungle of excitement, know your kids ability to play and please watch them closely or they can get hurt.
