We booked one of their private rooms for a birthday, good prices and really flexible in terms of availability.. You can purchase add-ons at good prices, such as decorations, extra ice cream cakes and pizzas etc.. They'd also offer free admissions for the kids to visit at a later day, which I believe is standard. If you plan your party on specific days and times , you recieve additional discounts. Some of the equipment are broken, so the place needs some minor maintenance work, however, the trampoline areas and the playground areas are always occupied with employees guiding and watching kids, making sure every kid safe and wearing proper safety socks and gear. It's got to be a 5 in Vaughan.. it's the biggest, most expensive(buy online and it's on par) indoor fun park around. All the play areas in Vaughan have tape, running mats are worn out. If your concern is safety, maybe stay home? That's why kids can't play yard games because they can get hurt, or skin cancer, or a cold.... My kids loved it, the older one bumped his head running through the tunnel, the smaller one tripped in a tunnel... what can you do, they don't sell zorbs to put them in. The big slide used to be age of 4 now it's six without an adult. Water in a bottle is $1, they'll give you extra free cups. Customer service is good, friendly. My kids loved it. Will repeat, highly recommend. The "video games/ticket games" are a big detraction, sure they make extra cash, but all the kids go there and bother their parents to play, chuckee cheese is free to go to, to nickel and dime customers for an extra 50$ a month is a bit sleazy. $5 for 30 minutes for adults to bounce on trampolines. read more

Very disappointing first impression! The feeling of this place is very run down and poorly maintained. After reading reviews, seeing photos and knowing that this place had recently opened up, we were really looking forward to celebrating our sons birthday here. We have 2 kids, and go to many indoor playgrounds; weather it's for a party or just a drop in play date! As I mentioned earlier, due to this place being fairly new, we were excited to go in. And book it. After reading the pleasant reviews from others and what seemed to be nice photos of what was supposed to be a NEW PLACE which also ran a few months behind with their grand opening: certainly my hopes were up there. As soon as we entered the first impression was negative. The place looked old and run down already. The play are loomed large, it did have many 'zones' arcades, a large eating area, trampoline and more. But it also looked very unsafe, with the floor mats taped together, some not attached at all, creating for very serious possible injuries, tripping. Hazards all over, including in the trampoline area near the stairs. I have attached a few photos for your references, the idea was good, the execution was. Complete fail in my opinion. Needs. If I were a kid (well I am... just an adult one lol) I'd be SO happy here! Great place to have fun with the kids. Was here for a friend's kid's birthday party. Parties at Playcious are about 2.5 hours long and start right on time. Lots of packages and you can also bring in your own food and cake. Kids under a 1 year are free and will likely hang out around the toddler area. Strollers aren't allowed in the play area and will have to be placed close to the entrance. Second but last time for me. They should pay more attention to crowd control. There was a huge school group of very excited kids that were not very well controlled by the staff that was with them and made for a very unpleasant experience for my 3 and 6 year old granddaughters. Not only until all those kids on a school trip went to lunch did the Playcious staff make an announcement that the toddler area is for kids 1 - 3. A little too little too late. Plus having learned from our first visit no one at all pays attention to the huge sign that says no outside food or drink. The cost to get in is crazy expensive so of course am bringing my kids their own waters and snacks. While the place is huge, lots of fun when its not overrun by a huge group, I just don't feel like there is enough supervision of kids. read more

Brought the kids (4-7) there today. Lots of free space and jungle gym for them to run and play. Pros -there is a huge jungle gym, a separate trampoline and arcade area - updates their playground; last time we were there it was a big slide this time there were rings and spinning tea cups! - private function rooms Cons -jungle gym has couple of levels and layers that it is very hard to track your young child just by standing out side. You physically need to follow them in there! -You supervise your own kids; elder children 8/9 will run over your 5/6 year olds (again you will physically need to follow them); no crowd control -The BIGGEST CON is that the washroom is in the socks only area and the washrooms are NOT clean! Washroom floors are WET and my children and I are walking in there USING THE FACILITIES INNOUR SOCKS!!!! Why can't they put the washroom in the shoes area? The staff at this location was very disorganized and unhelpful to say the least. A child in our group vomited in an open high traffic area and despite repeatedly notifying staff no one came to clean the mess. We've been to every play place in Vaughan. This is ok for the kids, but from a parents point of view, not so great. I have 3 kids, they've upped their pricing to $17.50 for kids, no sibling discount. You cannot bring any food or drinks in, not even a Tim's coffee. (You can at every other play place) you can buy food there. If you buy a groupon, you have to use the full value at once, so I have to buy 4 and one of my kids has to bring a friend. It's not good on weekends, ok, but also No good on PA days?!?! Ridiculous. There's always somethings no that annoys me every time I go. We had a birthday party there once, they put us in a room around the corner, I had to ask for whatever I needed, even though someone was "assigned" to our party. Some kids in the room, some playing, you can't be in both areas at once. read more

This is the biggest indoor playground I've ever seen in the GTA, and having had to find field trips for summer camp for the last five or so years, I've seen a lot of them. They say they are the largest, but I haven't seen them all, so I don't know whether this is just a grand claim they're making, or whether this is the truth. What I don't like is their two larger slides. They have a really big yellow slide that is quite steep. There are age limits to all their slides, but no one really looks at those, and the slides aren't usually supervised. Considering that this slide is quite steep, parents might want to watch out for their children if they go down this slide. Their spiral slide is beautiful to look at, having two full spirals, but it's quite a narrow slide. We had a number of incidents with this slide. For little kids, we had a kid who went in properly (feet first), and somehow turned around in the slide midway and ended up coming out bum first. We had another kid who also went in properly, and managed to tumble (somersault) down through the slide. Thankfully, neither of them was hurt. Most of our kids were wearing grip socks (required for the trampolines) while in the jungle gym, and the grip socks are a nightmare on the slides. They mess up traction and kids can end up getting hurt. Apart from the slides, there is a lot to like about Playcious. When we booked, we asked if there might be another group of children at the same time as ours. We were told that they do their best to avoid multiple large bookings at once just so all the children have room to play, and to eliminate confusion. Their jungle gym has four different levels to it, if I count correctly. It's a lot to run through and hide in. We brought about 70 kids and there was plenty of space for them all. They have a trampoline park that fits about 12 kids in it, and there's always a staff member there to supervise it. They have a megaphone for when large groups want to call to their kids, and they were kind enough to let us use it throughout our trip. We had two party rooms to have lunch in. They have other things to play on other than the trampoline park and the jungle gym. They have swings for smaller children. They have a small arcade area, if one chooses to use it. They also have a small cafe if people don't want to bring food. All in all, a good trip. We made lots of good memories. Ah. I forgot to mention that the pricing per kid here is really good. The trampolining is included in the base price, and the base price is about $7/kid, if I recall correctly. read more

My girlfriend and I came here with the kids for some Friday night fun for the kids...Number 1, the lady that worked inside where they are selling coffees came at my girlfriend and I like a raging bull, yelling and telling us we are not allowed to bring our own pizza in the place, and we needed to leave with our pizza. I said to her she needs to calm down and speak properly to customers as we didn't know this , because other play places let you bring your own food to eat inside...She insisted we leave immediately with a rude manner... Very unprofessional and also very negative and rude... I have had my sons birthday party here numerous times and spend a lot of money for it.. If you are looking for a fun place to bring the kids, this place is great. I took my children and their friends there the other day for a few hours. I was very impressed with the staff as they went out of their way to help my child who fell and hurt himself. They have a snack bar if you are hungry or thirsty as well. I am very surprised that there is only 3 reviews. This is place is the bomb. Its huge! Bright colors lots of light. I hate how some indoor playgrounds are poorly lit and you can't see that well. There is a lot of activies to do. My daughter screams with excitement when we walk throught the door. Friendly staff i never had any problems. They are more pricey, 4$ more but i think its worth it. I go here with 16 month old for about 2 hours and it keeps here busy and excited the whole time. Clean bathrooms. Lots of space. Clean safe toys that work well. Some playgrounds have cheap, broken and dirty toys. The jungle gym is huge 3 levels, i go with my 16 month since she is too little to go alone, and there is so many spaces to go and again tons of light. A bit pricey but for what you get its worth it. This indoor playground is designed for the whole family. The floors are well padded, so well that your feet don't get cold. The seating areas are placed in view of all activity centres for the parents, so you can watch your child in comfort on their leather sofas as they play. The facility on a whole is kept clean and the prices for food served is quite reasonable. And staff very friendly. I'd recommend to go during the week. Not busy at all. The weekends are to busy. Took my kids for a one-day drop in during summer vacation. Facility was not busy. Toronto Summer camp was there for a couple of hours otherwise just a handful of kids were there. You're not allowed to bring outdoor food into facility. We were told we could eat our food either outside or in the lobby. Staff not the friendliest. Male staff member took my child down the slide on his lap without asking permission, did not appreciate this. Informed Owner/Manager of same and he wasn't overly concerned. Fun experience. Run by teenagers so don't expect the most ideal in customer service. Basically nice indoor play ground. It was clean and the kids had fun. Too many arcade games were broken. The fishing one give the most tickets per token. The ticket counter wasn't most efficient - so I got jipped out of a bunch of tickets. All they are interested in is getting the most money out of your pocket while giving the worst service. Had my daughter's birthday there yesterday. The room wasn't ready when I arrived. I had requested a long table to be there and it wasn't so had to wait for that to be brought into the room. I asked for cups and never received them. Spoons were also missing for the bday cake which was hard as a rock. I had to leave it out for almost an hour and the ice cream was still hard. No one even came to cut it for us like they had said. So that delayed everything but we still managed to leave the room at the time we were scheduled to leave. I didn't complain about any of the above but when I went to pay for my bill the girl said she had to charge me an extra $50 for staying half an hour later. No one came to tell me that and when the half hour passed one of the staff members came to get me saying to come and pay my bill. That should've been done as soon as we left the room but they purposely wait so they can charge you more. They said it was in the contract but who has the time to remember what the contract says when you're busy celebrating your daughter's bday. Then the manager which i assume she was by her bitchy attitude says we can't have you staying for free meanwhile I was already paying $300+ I don't mind paying for stuff when it's worth it and this place is definitely not worth it. Almost forgot to mention she wanted to charge me more because I had more adults than kids but i still had 20 ppl in total which was what my package was for. I told her that and she had to check the date that i did my contract. Not sure why but at least i wasn't charged for that too. So ppl just beware if planning on booking your event here.
