4 needs adult I'm tired from going up and down

It's got to be a 5 in Vaughan.. it's the biggest, most expensive(buy online and it's on par) indoor fun park around. All the play areas in Vaughan have tape, running mats are worn out. If your concern is safety, maybe stay home? That's why kids can't play yard games because they can get hurt, or skin cancer, or a cold.... My kids loved it, the older one bumped his head running through the tunnel, the smaller one tripped in a tunnel... what can you do, they don't sell zorbs to put them in. The big slide used to be age of 4 now it's six without an adult. Water in a bottle is $1, they'll give you extra free cups. Customer service is good, friendly. My kids loved it. Will repeat, highly recommend. The "video games/ticket games" are a big detraction, sure they make extra cash, but all the kids go there and bother their parents to play, chuckee cheese is free to go to, to nickel and dime customers for an extra 50$ a month is a bit sleazy. $5 for 30 minutes for adults to bounce on trampolines.

Cute little play area, but the floors are cheep and dirty looking

Very disappointing first impression! The feeling of this place is very run down and poorly maintained. After reading reviews, seeing photos and knowing that this place had recently opened up, we were really looking forward to celebrating our sons birthday here. We have 2 kids, and go to many indoor playgrounds; weather it's for a party or just a drop in play date! As I mentioned earlier, due to this place being fairly new, we were excited to go in. And book it. After reading the pleasant reviews from others and what seemed to be nice photos of what was supposed to be a NEW PLACE which also ran a few months behind with their grand opening: certainly my hopes were up there. As soon as we entered the first impression was negative. The place looked old and run down already. The play are loomed large, it did have many 'zones' arcades, a large eating area, trampoline and more. But it also looked very unsafe, with the floor mats taped together, some not attached at all, creating for very serious possible injuries, tripping. Hazards all over, including in the trampoline area near the stairs. I have attached a few photos for your references, the idea was good, the execution was. Complete fail in my opinion. Needs. Face lift already.

Best toddler area with lots to do for kids 18 months - 3 years and of course for older kids too. Many other don't have any toddler play except a few cars and a house. This place has amazing little kids playground.

At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!

It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

Parking is fairly easy and the facility is accessible although some exhibits are not. Also, when we visited some of the exhibits were not functioning. The exhibits that were working were therapeutic for adults and fun for kids. The pictures accurately depict what you're going to see. IG photo stations are available for that perfect viral photo. There is something for everyone. For my infant daughter is lulled her into a deep sleep. For my son, it gave him lots of fun adventures and for the adults, I wish they has a spa that incorporated some of those elements (that's how relaxed I felt). I don't know how long the exhibit will be in the city; however, definitely worth a visit.

The place is huge, and they have coat check for a fee. Tickets were pretty expensive for what was offered. Only thing my children enjoyed was the bubble pit and the sea of balloon filled room. More for IG pictures and to take your date to. On the other half of the building are dinosaurs themed. Other than the expensive tickets for admission, everything else came with a price tag. Came here once, wouldn't come back again.
