Jump into fun! Sky Zone is a trampoline park where kids can go wild. It's a popular spot packed with families & party groups on the weekend. This location is a venue that's recently renovated with a full court basketball/soccer trampoline and kids obstacle playground. There were 3 large trampolines, including one with a volleyball net and some dodgeballs. Skyslam featured 3 tiers of dunking net heights. The foam zone & beam battle were fun for small kids, as was the ninja obstacle course which recently removed the wrecking ball where many kids often misbehaved. The warped walls were also popular and they have repainted & repaired the ramp lanes. On busy days, many parents crowded around the waiting areas at the entrance and the Fuel Zone food area. Monthly membership encourages repeat visits including Elite option ($37.99) with unlimited play on weekdays & 2 hours on weekends plus a parent add-on ($12.99). Sky Socks were required, which were around $3 per pair with membership. Note you have to sign an injury waiver at entry. Skip it or hit it? If your kids have extra energy that needs to be spent, this is a good spot to hit. read more

This is an awesome place for birthday partys ir just to have fun. The food they serve is also nice.

My fiancé and I had made reservations for his daughter's birthday weeks ago for the VIP experience. We were all excited to jump. Our coordinator was named Dylan. He was very shy and did the best he could to accommodate our large party. The kids really enjoyed jumping and the parents were all busy mingling amongst each other and occasionally watching out for their kids. The only disappointment was the pizzas we had ordered for the party. It included 3 party size pizzas but party size really meant 3 small pizzas from Boston Pizza so we were obligated to order three more pizzas from Pizza Pizza via Uber. Included with the VIP party package were 2 refillable pitchers of drinks - one juice and one pop plus a pitcher of water. Coloured table cloth, paper plates and plastic utensils were provided. There are no decorations included so we brought in balloons and a signage. The park was massive but it was crowded. They should have time slots for their customers to thoroughly enjoy the park as there were long queues for each one, even longer with little ones as they required more time to complete the obstacle course. The staff were all very young, like high schoolers patrolling each activity but weren't really watching. They need to hire more experienced staff to patrol the area and help the children when parents aren't around. Overall I'm not sure if I'd come back here as it needed better management and better food for the party packages. read more

My kids enjoy this place quite a lot. Its fairly large and not overly crowded (at least earlier in the day), so felt totally fine here during COVID times. Also seemed like most people were wearing masks. The American ninja warrior style obstacles looked very fun. Parents/ guardians don't need to get tickets to watch/ supervise which is nice. I bought elite membership on December not knowing that the membership is automatically renewed. I got charged automatically the next month. This is the first time I made purchase from this company. Just upon the charge, I ask for refund, but they refused. The result is that I got charged automatically without the intention of the purchase. I reviewed the confirmation emails I received and the booking page of the website. There is nowhere mentioning auto renewal. please be cautious to this kind of company - trapping you into the endless monthly renewal without giving you explicit notice anywhere, and refuse to refund your money until you do the cancelation. As expected, their cancelation page is obscure and like you throw a stone into the dark. I am very much unhappy with these 2 purchases! And that's all I will do with SkyZone in my whole life. Not like any company play tricks with terms - not showing or even no fine print at all! Also I found out the automatic charge through my credit card company. SkyZone has no email, no reminder and of course, these seem very well designed. I believe there are more victims like me. Please share to others to avoid this company takes trouble to its customers again and again! We pay money to them even not wanted to consume any service from them any more. Be aware! read more

I went to the Vaughn SkyZone about a fortnight ago and it was the most fun I've ever had! I'm an older fella, pushing 90, but it was still so fun and it let me feel like a kid again! The membership cancellation was no easy task. I submitted my cancellation two days before the expiration date, but still got charged for another month. They just keep charging your credit card. It's a nightmare! It's so crowded at every weekend. Have to reserve every time we go. They made it hard to cancel the membership. The first time I cancelled online, didn't receive any email and I forgot to follow up. So got charged for another month. Then I canceled again. I received an email said they received my request but the cancellation is not confirmed yet. Need to wait for another 1-2 business for the process. But I haven't got any confirmation after 10 days. My 11 yr daughter went to a friend's birthday on 22 Jul...we have been to this facility many times in past The girls were using the female restroom when 2 female skyzone employers entered the bathroom and started yelling for my daughter to leave the bathroom This was a very unsettling and embarrasing event for my daughter and this ruined the birthday party for all the parents in attendance My wife and daughter went to management to ask if this was normal for staff to harass kids in the bathroom and embarass kids in front of their peers. The 2 employees in question were disengenuous and their 'apologies' were forced...clearly they do not accept any fault in this issue I have written skyzone corporate ...as well as some of the other families...and expressed our concern that the staff in question lack sensitivity training and that we...as a large group of parents ...will not use this facility again read more

Has changed a lot in the last few years not the same at all. Barely any staff around kids are running everywhere all over the trampolines crashing into each other. Before you were only allowed to jump on one square, not run all over the place. Adults wearing their dirty shoes walking on everything. It's really gone downhill. A pretty decent trampoline park. I have been to another skyzone location a couple years back and decided to bring my brother. The cost was expensive, almost $40 for both of us for only ONE hour. I thought, okay, maybe the facilities are large and super fun so that it will be worth it. But, for adults (or maybe 15 and over), you are only able to jump in like 8-12 trampoline squares they designate in the large trampoline area on the far left side. When I went in, I jumped on the right side and got moved to the other side. There should be signs that indicate where adults/teenagers can jump instead of having pylons that are easy to miss. For the foam pit, my brother only went in a couple times before a whole swarm of kids were crowding around it. I found that it would have been nicer if the staff members would organize the lines so that every kid would be able to have a chance to jump in. In addition, for almost all the play areas, there were a bunch of parents standing at the exit which made it hard to enter and leave the area. There should be some designated spot for parents to stand, this also helps if there is a safety accident. I probably won't be coming back but I would like to say the staff members were okay, one staff member was enthusiastic, the others, not so much. read more

The idea of a trampoline park is brilliant especially for those who don't have the luxury of having a trampoline at their place already. If it's your first time visiting, they'll make you sign a waiver form electronically first and then you go up to the cashier and show them your receipt. From my understanding, buying the orange socks are mandatory before entering the zone. I wouldn't mind an extra pair of socks to keep anyways, they do have grips at the bottom though. If you're going with a small group, I recommend buying the one hour pass ($18) as you don't really need to be there for that long. Personally, I thought it was relatively expensive for one hour but it's something I'm glad I go to do once. You can get exhausted easily with all the kids running around! Speaking of which, if you have kids, this would definitely be a cool place to have a party. Lockers are $2. However, you can only access it once! Make sure you have everything you need if you don't want to keep paying the $2 to go to your locker. There are shoe cubbies to put your shoes if you want to save locker space as well. I was contemplating bringing my phone to take pics but decided against it as I didn't want to risk breaking my phone. You can only take pics on the side if you wish to bring a phone. They split you into groups based on age so you won't be competing with people who are much older/younger than you especially for the larger group activities such as trampoline dodgeball or volleyball which I highly recommend trying. There's event the basketball courts with the trampoline which is fun to try. I can see why groups come for team building events. Personally I felt some of the younger kids there were out of control and I thought the staff could've done a better job handling them especially if they're invading others peoples trampolines and budding. It can be a tricky situation especially if parents are involved and they're already trying to manage who can go and not but it is what it is. read more

Amazing place to go to let your inner child out if you're an adult. Despite contrary reviews, this location is very organized. All you have to do to make your check in process much quicker is sign the waiver readily online on their website. Also, if you're a return visitor keep your socks because they're free to keep and you're allowed to use them again! This will make it really easy for you to start jumping around instantly. It's a really fun way to burn off the surplus of energy you have. Just be very mindful of kids because besides the dodgeball court, staff won't separate the kids from the teens & adults. As an adult, my recommendation would be to come in a larger group as you would undoubtedly have much more fun and basically have a guaranteed dodgeball court dedicated to grown ups. I've gone to Skyzone a number of times, and for the most part, quite happy with it. - The facility is clean, and well-maintained - The staff are friendly (I've probably interacted with 7-8 staff over my several visits there) The only downside is that sometimes, if there aren't enough people to play dodgeball, you can't play dodgeball. So if that's what you're hoping for, come with a group of at least 6 people. More is better. read more

My first time at sky zone and i absolutely can not recommend this place. I had bought my 3 kids to skyzone. They were super excited everything was fine until we sat down for lunch. I has a large order of pizza. The guy in the counter said 15 min. The girl beside him mmediately chimed in saying around 30 min because there is a group party. I checked backed in 30 min, No pizza. 45 min, no pizza. 1hr 10 min- no pizza. They guys goes in to check. They forgot to order it... i lost it. The actually ordering the pizza from Domino's down the street. Over charge the customer. The kids were so hungry, they finally just decided me to the pizza slices from the rotator. No apology. My friends and I wanted to play dodge ball but it's not always available so we had to wait for it. Change ur clothes and shoes before going to the counter for the tickets etc. They started counting our time period after we paid the ticket. Not worth your money and time if you are older than 18 years old. But kids and teenagers probably would enjoy it. read more

Really fun place to get a workout while having fun with friends or family. Good for all ages, which means its a great place to go for kids and adults alike! I will definitely return. Employees were rude and clueless, giving customers attitude and being incapable of explaining anything in the building, plus the music was far too loud and I couldn't even hear what they were saying. SkyZone is a trampoline park where you can jump to your heart's content. There are a few variations inside: a basic section just to jump up and down, a foam pit where you can attempt to do flips, dodgeball and basketball. Came here on a Saturday and it was packed with kids. Tons of birthday parties happening. We reserved the dodgeball court for an hour and it was a lot of fun but extremely tiring by the end. The place is fairly clean and staff are pretty helpful. This place is definitely more catered towards kids 10 and under but it's still a fun experience with a group of friends. read more

I had a birthday party for 15 kids, mostly 9-year olds, last Sunday. I have attended birthday parties at the Toronto location of Skyzone, and booked the most expensive package this time so we could have the dodgeball court to ourselves. I found the other parties seemed less social with the kids jumping on their own for the hour. Having the court to ourselves was fantastic. This facility is new, big and clean, and the party rooms are pleasant and open. You have to pay for 24 kids even though I only had 15, which I thought was unfair. My main complaint is with the staff. They had no personality, didn't smile at the kids or talk to them except to tell them when they were breaking the rules. Our dodgeball supervisor did not help when disagreement happened with the rules (birthday boy in tears over this but he ignored this) and he disappeared 10 min before the end of our hour. Then when we still had 5 min left, another equally surly staff member came with a group of kids and started sending them onto our court in the middle of our game. Then time was up just as the birthday boy got to the front of the long line for the foam pit. They didn't let him take a jump. Come on. The young woman in charge of our party seemed to find it difficult to deal with 15 well behaved kids so i think she would be overwhelmed with 24 kids. There were unlimited drinks but she only had time to get us one refill between going to get the supplies for the party that should have been up there already. Overall the facility is beautiful but the staff sucks. Not worth the high price. read more

Sky Zone is worth the money and it's tons of fun and is great for birthday parties. There's a quite a few activities, but there could be more. The staff is great. They were helpful when I wasn't sure about something, and were always there. The jump times might seem expensive, but 2 hours feels like quite a long time, and can really take all the energy out of you. There are lockers, but they are $2, and only accessible once, and the locker is very small. I would suggest to not use them unless you absolutely have to. There are orange socks with grips on the bottom, which help keep you steady while jumping. They are $2, but you can reuse them as many times as you want, The snacks are also extremely expensive, and don't provide much selection, so i would rather eat before jumping. This is a great place. This is a great place, although it is packed a lot (not the place's fault), and there could be another dodgeball court or two, and it is a bit small, but it is overall pretty good. My problem is with the staff. I have been to the SkyZone in Mississauga several times before this, and I have been to this one twice or three times before. The one in Mississauga was generally pretty good (not many problems there). When I got to the zone, I was ready to go to dodgeball, as it is something I enjoy. As soon as I got onto the court, this staff member told me to get off the court. And I asked why, and he said this is a D game (A-D are units of measurement in age, with D being the oldest one), and that I am a C so I cannot be on. He let my friend on, who is slightly taller than me, however we are both the same age and and we are both C's. He said "no you're too short" and kicked me out. This stubborn staff member would not budge, even after I got two assistants from the office there WHO AGREED WITH ME. I was extremely pissed off after this. I also did not get to play. Then, about 30 minutes later, the court was open so I found 6 C players (the minimum amount of players to start a game), and then some random B kids went onto the court when they were not supposed to be on. I'm telling the kids to leave because they are B and not C when the referee comes alone and says "sorry there is no game for the C's anymore" and so I ask why, and he says when those kids went on, they ruined the game for everybody. And then I told him that they were B kids, and we're not part of our group. He said it didn't matter. Nonetheless, I didn't get to play any dodgeball today, because of the staff. My daughter cried because they did not let her play dodgeball. There were 11 year Olds to 13 year Olds. But a nine year old was playing. My daughter was 10 and this was totally unacceptable. When my daughter asked again to play, at a different time, when there was only 5 kids playing she still wasn't allowed to play. I am clearly never coming to this location again. There was only 3 stations, Basketball, Dodgeball, and jumping. Also, there was a toddler area with balls. Me and my daughter decided to go there and play dodgeball. But, the staff did not allow us to because it was the toddler area. But there was NO toddlers there. But the was toddlers in the jumping area for 7-10 year Olds. It's better suited for younger children. I went with a couple of friends not long ago and it was fun for a bit, but it got boring pretty quickly. 1 hour is more than enough time. There's lines for a lot of the activities, and the jumping area isn't what I thought it would be. It's just one small square of trampoline per person and anytime you tried to move off your square the people working there would yell at you. Dodgeball area was the most fun for sure. read more

My boys love coming to sky zone ! They both celebrated their bday parties here, it was well organized and the staff were very helpful. This is a great place for fun and exercise a great place to bring your kids on P.A. Days! I like the fact that parents can observe close by and that there is a lot of supervision staff monitoring all sections for safety reasons ensuring rules r followed, from trampolines to basketball or dodgeball or if u wanna just jump in a sponge foam pit it is guaranteed a great time! This place does not deserve even one star! It was a Huge mistake to make my daughter's birthday party in Sky Zone! They failed the organizing part on all levels! Staff was rude and ignorant. No one even bothered to explain us why the kids couldn't play dodge ball. The host who was supposed to take care of our birthday party had zero knowledge and couldn't handle the party properly. When we arrived to a party room to have meal, the pizza was mixed up with someone else's order. So, we had to wait for our pizza. Also, there were no plates and we even couldn't start eating the other dishes we ordered. As a result our time was wasted and the "host" started cleaning tables and grabbing kind's plates full of food. While poor little ones were chewing their food we were literally kicked out of the party room as the staff had to set up this room for the next party. I was degusted by the staff behavior! Our party was ruined. I am extremely disappointed and upset! I would never recommend Sky Zone in Vaughan for a birthday party celebration! read more
