We came here for a child's birthday party…read more It is an impressive place, both visually and in play facilities. It is one huge room with 4 levels of play where they can climb to different levels, like in a jungle. Socks must be worn in the play areas. They cater to children of all ages. There are multiple slides, tunnels, a ball pit, obstacle courses, and a trampoline. At the back there is a soccer area. There are 4 small party rooms for food and cakes. They provide pizza for your parties. There is a snack area and large seating area with a TV (usually showing an aquarium scene). Entry prices range from $8 to $15 depending on age. There are 2 free adult entries per paying child. They have free WiFi. The washroom have little slippers for the children to wear (since they are in socks) but the adults don't have slippers.

Very poor experience with Jungle Land customer service, speaking to a few different people…read more Specially the last call with the owner, they do not care about losing business and very unpathetic. I asked them for an exception, and I know it is an exception, I would have been more understanding if they were being reasonable, more logical, empathetic, and not rude. But, bad customer service sours the full scenario whether it was a yes or no. I told them you are losing business and their response was "actually we are not", clearly they do not care about my business - their policy is inconvenient and I am going to Playtopia next, amazing customer service and cheaper actually. I hope you keep getting business but better your customer service!

I brought my kids here when they were offering one week free admission. We came on a Friday at 4pm…read moreand luckily we didn't have to wait long to be able to get in meanwhile there was a wait list due to full capacity. It was our first time visiting and it certainly didn't disappoint. My kids had a blast! The playground is pretty big with various activities to do. They even have an area of claw machines and an arcade - you can win tickets and redeem for prizes. One thing to mention is finding parking was a bit challenging. They offer party packages but the pricing quite steep in my opinion so I don't think I would consider it. To be honest even the admission is pretty expensive $30 per kid. The playground is nice and clean but I don't think we will be back if that's the price for admission.

This indoor playground is soooo hidden, I never would've found out about it until I tagged along…read morewith my cousin and their baby. Came here on a weekend and there were plenty of parking. My niece is 11 months and they charged $8 (weekend) for the entire day w/ in and out privilege and one adult was free m. Additional adults were $6 (weekend pricing) which isn't so bad compared to other children playground. All children are required to wear grippy socks and adult need to wear regular socks and can also purchase from there for $3. The area is huge! There's a seating area outside in the lobby for those who don't want to go inside and can watch from the outside. There are cubicles to store your shoes. Then inside there's an area for arcade & claw machines for the older children. Bouncy castle, huge playground, and enclosed area for younger kids. There are also plenty of spaces for adults to hang around and a section to buy snacks but seems like it was closed when I was there. I also appreciate them offering slipper for the bathroom cause it was quite wet in the floor. TBH, I wasn't sure what they would have for babies but surprisingly my cousin's 11 month old had a blast! She loved the slides, the wall with the sticks (not sure what they're called), and crawling around in the playground. I feel like they depend more on parent supervision as there was only 2 people working/supervising the area. Overall, fun place for kids!

Pretty decent, clean and spacious, one of the better ones in Markham…read more Size: medium- large Parking: Ok to limited, shared with a moderate busy plaza. Time allowance: 2 hours only, no capacity as of April 2022 Washrooms: separate washrooms with slippers, training potty provided. "Boys" is left by the wall side, "Girls" is through the middle of the play area. Eating area: middle of room, 9 small tables and lots of chairs along the walls. Cafeteria: decent priced, ie. pizza slice is $2.50, typical chips, bear paw, pop, coffee variety. Party rooms: many party rooms off the back but play area shared unless one rents out the whole facility I've been here a few times since reopening during 5th wave of Covid. It's clean enough and just witnessed a kid throwing up after the riding spinning toy, he was fine and went on to play while a parent had to report it before it got cleaned. A three person crew placed pylons around while they cleaned up. Lots of sanitizer gel around, highly appreciated as I'm finding it a bit sticky. Witnessed a staff member roaming around for a carpet Sweep each hour, but no one is policing safety. Parents can follow kids into play structures which is nice . It has a good variety of play for the kids, ball pit, slides, tunnels, trampoline like netting. Also just witnessed a random kid crying on the slide and staff just brought him to front area, three announcements over the speakers and 20 mins later a parent finally comes to claim him. Weekend afternoon is crazy busy, with maybe half still sporting a mask, so caution to those still weary of this transition to a new normal. Never saw anything wiped down in my 2 hour stay and this place is high high contact.

Structure and playplace a bit older than most but they have some new additions like the cute mini market place (where you ate able to scan various items as they move accross a conveyor belt) and an interactive wall. There were a few birthday parties going on at the time but there was planty of room, never felt chaotic as other playplaces can be. Requires socks to enter (not necessarily grip socks). Socks available for purchase. Plenty of parking in the plaza available

Located where Zellers used to be beside Hudson's Bay at Centrepoint right on Steeles and Yonge…read more This place is HUGE! It takes you to a full vacation-like feel. At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!
