I'm glad they opened up a new indoor playground uptown as there's not many in the area, you would need to make your way to the west like Vaughan area. So my friend and I decided to bring our kids here on a P.A day. We booked the admission and did the waivers online. They have various time slots for you to choose from when you book the tickets online. The duration is 2 hours of play for $19.99+taxes, it includes one adult entry. We booked it for 11:30pm - 1:30pm. As you can imagine it was pretty busy since it was a P.A day. The playground wasn't that big, there's a few party rooms. They have various things for kids to do. One downside is they only had two video game stations. Kids had to line up and wait for their turn, timing can be tight since there's only 2 hours of playtime unless you pay extra to extend it. This place is fairly new so it's clean and well maintained. They don't allow outside food and drinks but I've seen some people with it, perhaps they had found a way to sneak it in. They have snacks and drinks that you can purchase. I looked into their party packages and in my opinion I think it's overly priced, it's not worth it. Bringing kids here once in a while to play is still okay in terms of one time admission fees but not with their passes or party packages.

Third time here, this time for a drop in with friends and this place has been around for years now…read more We came at 10:30am on a Saturday and it had some kids but not crowded. By noon and onwards it gets very busy and crowded at the play junctions due to birthday parties starting up. It'll ebb and flow but it can be too chaotic for some people so I'd recommend come once it's opened(and watch your kid) From the front entrance to thoughtful touches throughout, this place is well run. I'm actually surprised and not grossed out so far, cuz anything to do with kids does not stay clean. Once you enter and pay, you head to the right hallway to remove shoes then around the bend to hang up jackets afterwards. This keeps the front tidy and dry, as it being a socks only environment, it's especially needed in the winter from the salt rocks getting tracked in. There are half doors for in and out traffic and lots posted signs for rules and directions. The washrooms offer flip flops and some carpeted areas to keep feet comfy, change tables and wipes and looks clean for the few hours I've been here today. The snack bar offers coffee and drinks, snack sized chips and on weekends pizza by the slice or full party (20 slices) can be freshly ordered in (25-40 mins for delivery). This is a nice option so you can play a little longer here and not be hangry. Lots of tables and chairs to eat at and to watch the action. Tip: I asked staffed so it's confirmed. You are allowed to go back out and bring back in food! WHAT?!? YASS you can! three of us parents left and went to McD's(down the street) and brought back a whack of takeout, sat here on the tables to enjoy it without the guilt and enjoyed are mc Cafes and kids meals no problem. We cleaned up after ourselves and everyone else followed suit with their Starbucks, packed lunches and take out. The staff do their best to keep up with tidying up the front, sweeping salt rocks, running the cafe and keeping an eye out for kids climbing unsafe structures. I saw a staff kindly remove a boy climbing on the princess castle and another off the toddler netting and no parents around to claim these kids. This is the only part I'm concerned about but it's really the parents to keep watch on their kids playing safely. Staff don't patrol for safety and waiver states this (as I see a kid crying in a corner and more than one on the trampoline) Toys, there's lots and they are well maintained and newish looking. I've been to other places where the sticker of the cars are scrubbed off or looks worse than second hand, the ones here all look clean or new. With lots of roaming room to play, they even have 2 Thomas train roller coaster(step2) that gives little ones quite a thrill, and made the day for one parent hogging it! Parents are allowed up in the play structures and down the slides, max 250lbs. There's a fenced and netted area for kids under 3, couches, benches all around and even 2 coin operated massage chairs! We were here from 10:30am-4pm! I noticed a staff with a handheld dyson, vacuuming the floors and up into the play structures, and another sweeping the front foyer, so it shows they do clean but these places are very hard to stay clean. Conclusion: play places are a lawless chaotic jungle of excitement, know your kids ability to play and please watch them closely or they can get hurt.

I love the concept of STEM and Wooden build stations here, with enough room for a jungle gym on the other side. So much potential of creativity like a science centre; but it gets a bit crazy with how some kids chose to play. This is the closest idea to Rochester's Strong Museum in GTA. There's a small toddler area for under 3. The play area is separated by a baby gate with a pull lock at the front desk so kids are all contained. The check in area can get very crowded and loud, especially as they're trying to explain rules, waivers, payment. The tables for snacking/adults have comfy chairs but are also taken up quickly. Lots of snacks and bottled drinks for sale at decent prices. Coffee and espresso beverages come from a machine that currently offers only milk, and only one shot of milk for your coffee . So if you need cream for your coffee check first as was not ready at my visit. So a small flat white was $5.75, but they offer free flavour syrup shots. Sensory sensitivity: Loudness was pretty high. Between music at the stem station, clashing and dropping of toys, the huge light bright tubes, it was hard to have conversations. If your child cannot tolerate it bring headphones. Tips: -Read the long rules first! -Bring your own grip socks(mandatory here for $3/x) -Adults must be in socks no shoes allowed past foyer, bring your own slippers -No charging areas for your electronics(yet..) At the entrance you are greeted with staff to sign a waiver on the iPad. Then you have to "check-in" where you purchase your tokens and playground pass if you like. For kids they give them a bracelet and put a parent's phone number in case which is a huge plus! For tokens you can purchase them more inside instead of at the check-in counter. The claw machine tokens are separate though so you'll have to purchase them inside. Once you receive your boarding pass, you give them to the staff there who says "Enjoy your vacation" and go through a mini security. I didn't get many pics because we were honestly too excited and just in awe. After security you go up the escalators and you've entered vacation! It's honestly incredible inside from arcades, to restaurants, darts, VR, golf, baseball, and so many more! They even have a mini store there with snacks, drinks, etc! Just a lot of things. We will come back! It's just amazing here. Gotta take more pics as well this time around. My kids loved it so much. They spent hours at the playground and want to come back again the next day!
