Title: Misleading Listing, Broken Promises, and No Resolution on Repairs or Return…read more I recently purchased a used vehicle from Off Lease Orlando. To begin, I was initially working with one salesman, but due to my inability to get in contact with the original salesman despite repeated attempts, I was eventually transferred to another salesman to complete the sale. This inconsistent communication and conflicting information continued throughout my entire dealings with this dealership and their staff. The vehicle was advertised and sold to me as an all wheel drive (AWD). However, when the car arrived, it was discovered by my trusted mechanic that the rear-wheel-drive system had been removed, meaning the car was not all wheel drive as described. This was not disclosed before the purchase and is a major misrepresentation of the vehicle's drivetrain. In addition, I found multiple undisclosed issues at delivery, including: * Additional miles on the odometer beyond what was expected or reasonable for a car "delivered on a truck." * A tear in the driver's seat, scrapes on the rear driver side panel, stains and tears in the roof cloth/headliner, problems with the rear safety sensors, and two front tires in need of immediate replacement. The delivery process was also misrepresented. I was told it would be a simple and straightforward shipment, but the car took 10 days to arrive, during which I received little proactive communication. I was initially told the car was delivered on a truck, but the odometer reading at arrival suggested it had been driven a significant distance rather than transported as promised. I was told I had a 5 day return window that started once the car arrived. However, once I discovered the misrepresentations and defects on Monday following the Sunday delivery, the dealership changed its explanation and claimed the return period actually started when the paperwork was signed, which was not what was discussed during the purchasing process. This policy was not honored, and I was effectively denied the return window I was led to believe I had. I was not able to get the car returned, nor did I receive any refund or reimbursement for repairs needed to address the items that were falsely described or misrepresented in the listing and during the sale. Overall, this experience highlighted serious problems with false or misleading descriptions, inconsistent communication, and an unwillingness to honor the promises made at the time of purchase. Potential buyers should be aware that this dealership may not always follow through on what is promised and that important details--especially drivetrain, mileage, and condition--can be misrepresented in the listing or during the sales process. This dealership has also been found to be very difficult to communicate with via phone or email. I would advise future customers to carefully verify the vehicle's configuration, get all promises (including return policy, delivery method, and who will be handling the sale) in writing, and get a thorough inspection before finalizing paperwork regardless of what is verbally promised.

After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

Had an issue with the steering box and they were the only dealership that could figure it out. My local dealer was clueless so I drove back to Orlando and told them you have my truck until you figure it out. They did. I have been taking my truck here ever since. Over four years of routine preventative maintenance and a few warranty things. Even worked with me on my visors when they failed. They gave me a loyalty discount. Worst car repair experience EVER…read more.. On 3/24, after years of sharing a car w/my husband, I woke up & just felt it was time to buy a car. Still in my pajamas, I plugged in a few requirements - clean car fax, service history up to date, under original warranty, black exterior, & under 25k - that's it. I didn't have any particular vehicle in mind. I was getting what I needed - not what I wanted. 1st car that popped up was a 25 Jeep Compass. My son likes Jeeps so I hit the buy button after checking the service history, warranty, & car fax. It was the easiest car purchase ever... almost too easy. The jeep was delivered a few hours later - looking better than I imagined. I should have known - nothing is that easy!!!! Carvanna left the car in my driveway. I dove in like a kid on Christmas Day does to the tree!!! Started her up and proceeded down the street STOP RIGHT THERE!!!! Car felt like it was struggling to accelerate. My only history of a 4 wheel drive car is from over 30 years ago. I thought maybe I had to do something different so went right home to be responsible and not risk doing anything to hurt the car. I logged into Carvanna to see if a manual was in my account to see what could be happening. This is when I found the car had an open recall. I do not know if that was something I missed or Carvanna does not put it on the account until after purchase but the open recall issue sounded exactly like what I just felt. Off I went to the closest Jeep dealership. The service advisor there told me they were integrating a new system and it would probably not be until Monday. They would look at my car. This was on Wednesday. I said the Carvanna trial period would end and I could not wait that long. The guy was very nice and called Greenway Dodge. They said come right over. Great. I arrived Wednesday, March 25 & spoke with Trace. He was pleasant - he handed me a coupon to go to the enterprise rental car that is in the dealership. This is very convenient. There's no charge everything is covered under warranty. Fabulous left, thinking they'll figure everything out & I'll go on about my life. WRONG!!!!! 3/26 Trace sent me a message saying they were still working on the car, but they were not finding any issues, however the factory recall had been done. I reiterated that the sound was equivalent to bad brakes. He asked me if he could keep the car overnight and that the tech would look at it again in the morning OK... 3/26 I was told there were not any issues and to pick up the car. I took the drive out there again which by the way is almost two hours in traffic roundtrip - not fun... I got in the car and heard the same noise that I described immediately. I grabbed Trace and he went for a ride with me. Sure enough he could hear the sound. He told me that it was the ABS brakes and that was fine. I didn't feel fine, but OK - I was hoping he was right - proceeded home and the car starts flashing all sorts of lights at me. NOW WHAT!?!? 3/30, I had to drive the car back there & again drive home with a rental car while they tinkered with it. Later that day they told me there was nothing wrong with the car - even though I had sent Trace pictures of the flights flashing something clearly is wrong with the car because flashing lights with all sorts of warning messages don't come on when nothing is wrong. 3/31, Trace said they drove the car for 25 miles & there was absolutely no issues so pick up the car. 4/1 make the drive out there again, get the car & before I am even out of the parking lot sure enough here comes all the lights & warning signals again. Once again, I am driving home without my car, wasting gas, money and my time. This time they confirmed my complaints & said it was a bad BCM. 4/3 I'm told to pick up the car again. I was told everything was fixed. But apparently not because here we go again I'm not even out of the parking lot & the lights are coming on again. I go back and speak w/Trace. He said maybe I got a bad defective part. Could I get a defective part or these people just completely incompetent to fix things correctly? At this point, I'm no longer interested in dealing with Greenway Dodge. 4/4 with only three days left to decide what I am doing with this car, I take it to another dealership. I explained my situation to the service rep and he was very clear that it's their job to figure out the problems. This was absolutely refreshing. 4/6 I dropped off my car & by the next morning the other dealership had fixed it once and for all. They also found a leak that Greenway did not find. Not sure why Greenway couldn't get their act together, but I do not recommend anyone go to the service center.

I was subjected to what can only be described as "bait-and-switch" tactics that resulted in significant personal and financial stress. On three separate occasions prior to my visit, I was told by dealership staff over the phone that my financing application was approved. I also maintained a consistent text dialogue with a representative named Eddie, who repeatedly guaranteed that I was approved and ready to move forward. Based on these explicit assurances, I traveled from Lakeland, FL, straight from my job to Orlando--a commute I clearly communicated to them multiple times. Upon arrival, the dealership staff continued to manipulate my expectations. I was kept at the facility late into the night while they "played" with my hopes of leaving with a vehicle. I was told several times that with a co-signer, I was "100% guaranteed" to leave with a car. After hours of waiting, they finally claimed the "banks were closed" but the manager specifically pointed out two vehicles and promised me, "You will leave with one of these tomorrow." The following day, the dealership began ignoring my repeated calls and texts. When they finally did respond, they demanded more information--despite having already claimed I was approved--only to ultimately tell me I was denied. This conduct is unacceptable for the following reasons: * Misrepresentation: I was given false guarantees of "100% approval" to entice me to travel a long distance. * Lack of Transparency: They intentionally withheld the truth about my status to keep me at the dealership until late at night. * Professional Negligence: They showed a total disregard for my time, my employment schedule, and the gas/travel costs incurred coming from Lakeland. I am seeking a formal apology from the management and an explanation as to why their staff is permitted to give "guaranteed" approvals over the phone and text that they have no intention of honoring. No customer should be treated with such a lack of integrity. This experience has been more than just a frustration; it has been a genuine setback. I am currently in massage therapy school with only three months left until graduation. This is a future I am working tirelessly to secure for myself and my family. Every hour of school is critical; missing even a single day means losing those hours, delaying my graduation, and incurring significant extra costs to make them up later. I trusted your word and sacrificed that precious time, only to be left in limbo for hours before being told the banks were closed. The manager personally assured me I would leave with a car the following day, even showing me the two specific vehicles for which I was purportedly approved. Yet, today my calls and texts have been ignored, and I was asked for more information only to be told I was denied again. To play with a customer's hopes and disregard the professional and financial risks I took to be there is deeply hurtful and entirely unacceptable."

There was only one time where I was quoted a ridiculous amount of money for 4 new tires and I remember turning around and looking at their black board right there in the middle of the service center area and seeing the summer special going on for tires and asking: "So, why can't I get in on that deal?" What do you know, he went back to talk to someone and I got in on it. Maybe he was new. Also, I would say, go on their website and check out the service specials they've got going on. I have never had a problem with them honoring the coupons I bring in. Granted; its more expensive to get your car serviced here then say, Firestone or Tiresplus but if anything happens to the car and they've serviced it, they take responsibility for it. While you're waiting there's an area that has surprisingly great coffee, and snacks. Make sure you make an appointment for your service or you risk being turned away due to unavailability; especially if its days before a holiday.
