After going through 3 different dealerships, we came to Enterprise and they couldn't have made the process easier and simpler. On my first round with them, Jose helped me find a vehicle. He went above and beyond to work with me and my foot hadn't even hit the door yet. Over the course of a week, he scoured the inventory across several locations and worked with a very picky Yelper finding him vehicle after vehicle. We landed on a Chevy Spark that, while it seemed nice, I just wasn't sold on. At that point, I needed a break from car shopping, so I thanked him for his time and told him I'd let him know when I get back to it. Flash forward a month. I get to a decent point and hop back onto the hunt. Unfortunately, Jose wasn't available the day I walked in. John was the first rep to greet me and was just as helpful, friendly and professional. It's clear that Enterprise treats you like a genuine person and there's no pressure for anything. They make sure everything is clear from the beginning and will work with you on getting car payments as low as they can for you. I walked away with a 2019 Nissan Sentra with 60,000 miles and I couldn't recommend Enterprise more.

My agent, Johnny, did a wonderful job trying to keep us in the loop, but the wait was still miserable. He was the only aspect of carmax that earned points with me. Many thanks to Johnny. We were there for four hours to buy a car we had transferred from Jacksonville, already had our financing in place and after a brief test drive, we decided to purchase. Arrived there at 14:00hrs and after ping-ponging back and forth with my bank, the funding arrived. Then the wait began... I have to add that at some point I had to use their facilities and here is where they get an F. The bathroom was nasty. It looked like one you would find in a very neglected filling station (gas station for you young 'uns). You'd think that when we are dealing with a horrible pandemic, they would at least be a little cleaner. The operation could use a major overall. They need to segregate those buying with those selling. ...and if you are going to take over 4 hours to make a sale that was a slam dunk, at least have more to offer the buyer then a measly bottle of water.

This appears to be a self owned operation, we dealt with a single guy, David Nunez. His office was simple and it looks like he's just starting out. He was upfront about issues with the car (my father in law was with us, he's a mechanic. David didn't know that, so his honesty was appreciated.) We didn't have to go back and forth on the price, we asked for his best offer, he told us a number that was VERY fair. We agreed to buy the car. He did all the DMV paperwork, so we are suppose to go back and pick up the plates from him. We have had the car for about 2 weeks now without any kind of major issues (we had to add coolant, but that was about it). So, we had a good experience and I look forward to updating this review in a few months, after we have received our plates and I have had the vehicle a little longer. But, so far so good. So, if you are here (this Yelp review) because you saw one of his ads online, I can tell you that he seems decent and on the level. At this time, I would recommend. =)
