Well, I love this review sitting long enough. Let's just get it over with and finish it up. The food is very basic. The service was eventful. You have staff that aren't happy to be there so I'm not quite sure why they're working there. You have arguing the donut cases is always subpar. It's just a basic environment if I'm gonna spend money for a sandwich, coffee or donut there's too many other options. I would choose before I choose Tim Hortons. I do not recommend. read more

The worst. This is my neighborhood store, so I've been regularly. Shame on me. They have a very high employee turnover, and the last time I was there, it was staffed by two new employees. That's it. No manager. I ordered a large ice coffee with light cream. The photo is what they gave me. It was so sweet that I couldn't drink it, but I had to get to an appointment so didn't go right back in. I stopped back about an hour and a half later, and they replaced it. The replacement was verrrrry watery. The staffer offered to make it again, so I accepted. She was putting hot coffee over ice (LOTS of ice) to make it "ice coffee", hence it being so diluted. Shouldn't ice coffee be a basic skill in a coffee shop? There was no manager, just the two employees whom I've never seen before. The inside is dirty. The employees shirts are usually stained. The exterior lights haven't worked for over a year. This locations is great. Their coffee was hot and made to perfection. Restaurant was clean as was the restroom. Staff was courteous and very kind. It's located close to the highway so perfect for road trips. Overall I would defiantly recommend and return to this location. read more

Tried all 3 the new donut flavors. ... called the dream donuts. Well I'd be hard-pressed to pick one was a chocolate chocolate on chocolate and who doesn't like chocolate? The other one that was a caramel the chocolate and it had some sugar granulated sugar sprinkles it was good. I come to Tim Hortons when I travel, as I don't get their coffee where I live, and I find it to be some of the best coffee there is! I arrived at this location at 8:00am on Wednesday 9/23, and waited for close several minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was the only customer inside, there were 4 employees all huddled around the drive thru window and one employee who walked past me so she could punch out. I brought this up and the employee waiting on me coped an attitude and became very bitchy. She threw my Loyalty Card back at me. I arrived at the drivethru and was being rushed by the order taker. I asked for a moment to look at the menu and she kept pushing and rusing me. there was no cars behind me. I ordered and then she was rude at the window. My order was missing 2 items and my coffee spilled because the lid was not put on properly and they had no sleeves for the coffee cups. Ever since this location went from 24 hours to the newer times, it's been all downhill from there! Nothing is ever ready, every time I get a coffee it's running down the side. Whoever is the manager of the place needs to step up their game and bring it back to what it used to be. They have out standing food and great coffee that is only if it's ready. Consistently good coffee. My BF visits EVERY day because he loves it. You can't go wrong with a large coffee double-double. I prefer the fun drinks with the whipped topping and delicious flavors. Tim Hortons is a great Canadian import. No, the sandwiches aren't superbly delicious, but probably everyone eating here is just doing it so that they can talk themselves into having coffee and a donut for dessert. And the donuts are great...particularly the chocolate glazed and the cruller. If ordering coffee, be aware that at Tim Hortons they prep it for you...so of you want 2 creams and 2 sugars order a "Double Double." So this place is worth a stop...just be sure you don't leave without trying a donut and some coffee. read more

Whenever I'm headed northward on I-75, I always look for a Tim Horton's since there are none close to Downtown Cincinnati. Unfortunately, the Springboro location did not meet expectations; I should have stopped at the Monroe store instead. Tim Horton's is famous for their lemon donuts, of which this store had none. It seemed like they carried half the variety of other locations. I settled for a creme filled instead. The coffee menu also seemed lacking. I ordered a French Vanilla coffee, which arrived tasting black with no flavoring. When I sought out cream and sugar, I discovered they were out of the former. I loaded my coffee up with three sugar packets to make the taste bearable. Sorry Springboro Tim Horton's, I'll be taking my business a few exits south next time. read more

I normally visit this location on weekend mornings on my way to walk our dog at Clearcreek, Milo Beck or Hazel Woods. Service is always very fast and the staff are very friendly. Today, it was already hot at 8AM and I realized I forgot to refill my dog's water container. Not only did the person at the drive thru refill it for me she also gave me a cup of ice. This place has always had terrible service. However recently they started charging for water. They will charge you $1.89 for a large and $.25 for a small water. I have stopped going here ever since they started charging for water. It is actually ridiculous, to charge for water when I am buying donuts! I would definitely not recommend going to this place, If you're not prepared to pay to breathe. I don't think you're getting anything complementary. The employees on shift were super friendly and helpful, and the food was just as good as I remember. Used to be a great place for breakfast and coffee but has continually gone down hill over the past two years as they have removed almost all of the healthier options from the menu. Now you can't even get Turkey sausage as an option at this location. And the Dark roast coffee is most often not available as well. My wife and I stopped in for the first visit to a Tim Horton's. Doughnuts were fine BUT we were ignored for about the first two minutes we were standing there. (ALL the "workers" saw us too!). As a new customer, I was not impressed at all!! Ordering in the drive-thru this morning was challenging. They had someone with absolutely terrible English, I didn't understand her and she didn't understand me as I had to explain a pumpkin spiced coffee several times and she didn't ask the kind of bagel I wanted on my sandwich. After leaving, I realized my hash brown was ice cold. My 12 grain bagel wasn't toasted for the breakfast sandwich. And, the overall temperature for the sandwich was barely lukewarm. I go here probably four days a week. I love the coffee. It's always fresh and made the way I like it. The donuts are usually pretty good but most of the time I get an old fashioned cake or apple fritter. Nothing special but as long as they are fresh, it's all good. Some times my kids get the sprinkle donuts and they are usually pretty good too. The breakfast sandwiches are ok. The regs taste weird to me. Like they are powdered or something. I usually don't get one often because they are expensive. However , in a pinch I'll get the breakfast wrap. ( same as sandwich but with a tortilla instead of biscuit). I wanted a chain coffee shop experience. This means a place where I can pay a little extra for a coffee and a doughnut to get what I really want. The real prize is an easily accessible, somewhat quiet place to get a little work done on the internet. I have found other Tim Horton's to be good for this purpose. It is not MacD's. That is the designated province of sticky booths and noisy kids. This Tim Horton's was a big disappointment. NO INTERNET. The lady behind the counter said the router had malfunctioned some time ago and she did not know IF they would be getting another one. A coffee shop with no internet is like a gas station with no bathroom. Most unwelcome! The coffee was decent. The doughnut was lousy. I wish it had occurred to me to ask about the internet before I bought either. The service was also fairly lack-luster, but all these sins would have been forgiven.
