The worst location. Inconsistent drinks as well as not getting what was ordered. Staff is rude when you question it. Multiple times I've gotten a mocha 2/3 full with no foam but clearly they made it wrong. They won't remake. Even if it was melted whip or foam it shouldn't take 1/3 of the cup. Drinks are watered down. Save yourself some money and go down the street to the local shop or to the location in Kroger. read more

I got in line for a coffee at this Starbucks a few days ago. The line was not excessively long, I think I had maybe 6 cars in front of me. The line moved so sloooooooow. Seriously: slower than molasses... Being completely honest: If I wouldn't have been so desperate for a coffee and a bite to eat I would have drove off and not stayed in line... When I finally got to the order speaker I was asked to wait by a male voice. I thought: "Mr. Barista; I already have a lot of "wait" practice by sitting in line forever and now that I finally made it to the order speaker: What are a few more minutes? Friendly staff but it was the slowest operating Starbucks I have ever been to. There were 8 cars in front of me in the drive through. Which I get is a lot. But it took 34 minutes. 20 of those were after I ordered. Once I got to the window I waited for an additional 6 minutes while they made my one drink. Typical Starbucks menu of course. Parking lot is a mess because of how small it is. No one can park in lot due to drive through location. I used to work at a Starbucks and this was ridiculous. read more

This location struggled for YEARS but finally turned around and had been great the past couple of years, however recently it's gone downhill again...flies are everywhere around the counter and they've been out of oatmilk and chai my past two visits (all while promoting their recent fall drink menu which consists of both). The two rude girls were upset and argued with me about how they didn't want to give me a refund. They talked loudly about ridiculous it was I asked for a refund. She gave it back in cash. It's a 80/20 shot when you come to this Starbucks. 20% of the time it's right and the drive they moves smoothly, but yet the rest of the time, they are sooooo SLOWWWWWW and I started ordering ahead, I live 10 mins away which gives them plenty of time to make 1 drink. Yes, this place is always super busy and it does take a minute to get your coffee... BUT they are very kind and thorough with everyone. Today I wanted to make my usual less caloric and my barista was absolutely fabulous! Totally knowledgeable about all that they had available and basically taught me my new drink of choice. Short review version: I saw a frustrated soccer mom ram her suv into the "closed sign" at the drive-thru, circle around the building, and then burn rubber out of the parking lot like Vin Diesel. Long review version: I actually think this Starbucks location used to be great, but lately (Sept 2021) they are closing up the drive-thru several hours earlier than what their actual hours online display. I'll start with the Taco Bell next door. I initially pulled into Starbucks for coffee but discovered they yet again closed 2 hours early. Frustrated, I decided to scoot on over to the Taco Bell next door and get food instead. While I was at the Taco Bell drive-thru waiting, I saw other frustrated coffee zombies zip their cars into Starbucks and they (like me) discovered that they were also closed. A soccer mom in a suv must have not noticed the stupid closed sign the Starbucks workers put in front of the drive-thru because she rammed it as she was entering! It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my life. I think there were even white doves in the horizon as her mammoth sized suv made short work of that flimsy sign. I think I may have even had a tear of joy.. could have been a booger.. who knows? She backed up and angrily circled around the parking lot and left. I guess when certain people don't get their coffee, they get angry huh? Anyways... perhaps this location is short staffed? Which would explain why they are closing early? Either way if they are, they need to at least update their hours online and on the window to reflect their actual hours. I've made two specific trips in the evening and both times they have been closed. Unfortunately, I won't be back because This Guys Coffee down the road and Tim Horton's next door is always open. The only reason I didn't give it a "one star" is because I really hope they keep using the closed sign in the drive-thru because it's fun watching people aimlessly smash their expensive cars into it. read more

I have tried this location numerous times....Mainly for the convenience in location. I have yet to have my order be correct. I ordered a hot green tea only to be given a matcha green tea latte. Yesterday and today I ordered an iced green tea lemonade, both of which did not include lemonade at all! Since it happened yesterday, I made sure today that the order screen as well as my label were correct, and they were. However, my drink was wrong again! I wish I could say that I will return but I am done with this location. We have been served with less than warm coffee, incorrect orders and baristas who are impatient and unwilling to create a correct order. So sad when we pay an exorbitant amount for their beverages (a choice I choose to make yet will no longer do so). read more

After an 11 minute wait, we finally got our blonde roast and iced coffee, two very easy to make drinks. Must have been a dozen cars in the drive-thru line Friday morning, so I went inside. I ordered a Maple Pecan Muffin, Gingerbread Loaf, tall Flat White, and a grande dark roast coffee. Got the muffin and the gingerbread and went to the wait area -- and waited, waited, waited, and waited. There were 3 people working and I have never seen such disorganization and S-L-O-WWWWW working! After 20 minutes, I couldn't wait anymore. I went back to the cash register and asked if she could pour the dark roast coffee so I could leave. I told her whenever they got around to making the flat white, they could put it in the trash. I did figure out, if you place your order on-line, come in and wait a few minutes, then ask about your order, they pull it out of line and make it next -- although even that wasn't all that fast. 99% of the time I mobile order from this store, as there's almost always some sort of a line. The baristas are friendly enough, but not overly so. I visit the store 2-3 times a month. I really only have a couple of complaints not enough trash cans in or outside of the store and there's never cream or cinnamon/vanilla/mocha/nutmeg at the customer bar area. I like a lil bit of coffee with my cream & to top it with cinnamon. It's something I prefer to do myself, but their bar is never stocked. It's a little thing but it's an irritation for someone who visits other Starbucks in the area regularly that always are stocked well. read more

Walk in customers at this Starbucks location are of the lowest priority! I sat for over 30 minutes waiting for my coffee while drive thru customers and mobile order customers cycled through by the dozens! All the while, every person behind the counter ignored me, wouldn't make eye contact, and didn't inquire as to why I was still standing there, looking hopeful, as each drink was made and handed out the window or set on the counter to sit and wait for someone else. When I was finally able to get someone to answer me, I was given multiple excuses. First I was told that "sometimes the ticket doesn't print out when you use points to get a drink"... I let her know I did not use points, I paid for the drink. She then said "the order must have gone to another store. Sometimes customers mistake one store for another".... I replied "I'd be interested to know how that would happen when I ordered it directly from your counter." After now, 35 minutes, I finally got my drink. Customer service FAIL!!! read more

Parking is poor at best, 4 out of 5 mornings I have a long wait, 10 minutes or more but the service is A+ James ALWAYS has a smile and is an absolute joy!!!! I'm super surprised by the negative reviews. I frequent this location 4-5 days a week. My order is always right. The service is excellent and the staff is so awesome and friendly! James works the drive through and he is so friendly and outgoing. He totally makes my visit there! Yes sometimes there is a wait depending on how many people are in line but the line moves fast here in comparison to other locations. read more
