Come for the Timbits and the Frozen Cap. Timbits are always fresh and the Frizen Cap is the dessert with a built in "pick me up." The breakfast sandwiches are large and filling. As with most Fast Food places services though friendly can be spotty at times. read more

Although I am talking about service so the business will here my story this rating is earned by the coffee. I really hate giving ones but I also hate inflating reality. I stopped in on a Sunday morning to sit and have a cup of coffee before I had a preaching engagement in the area. As I walked in their were only a few regulars their chatting up the workers. When I finally made it to order, I ordered a decaf Americano. They had no idea what I was talking about so I said how about a decaf coffee. They told me they would have to make it which I am used to in many places. Almost 30 minutes into me being there as I was starting to pack up my stuff, the coffee came out. I thanked them, put it into my travel mug and and when I got in my car I took a sip. To put it nicely I opened the door and dumped it on the ground. I am not a regular at any Tim Hortons but I have had their Decaf Coffee before and I have never had to throw it out. I have no idea what was going on but I hope that day was a fluke. read more

It was clean, the service was super fast, the food was good, and the employees were helpful and friendly. I have never been to one of these before. Normally I understand and just go on with my day if someone accidentally does my order wrong, but this specific tim hortons has gotten it wrong many many times. I had a $40 order. I received my donuts and drink. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel with NO cheese and it came with cheese. This is the first Tim Horton's I have ever been to. A few years ago, they offered an I.P.O. And I was told and read about how anyone could make a bundle if they bought into it. Since I had never been to one, I declined. And lost out when Tim Horton's rallied right after the opening of the markets. That is the reason I drove slightly out of my way to go here. This location is dead looking. A prefabricated, "shake and bake" building. It looks like something that management and marketing got a hold of and designed to death. Most importantly, it would explain the reason for the sterile unflavored things (dare I call them baked goods)? They appeared to be something that you could get at a Wall mart. In order to avoid lawsuits, either one of these corporations will serialize the yeast? This is what I think they did to kill the real flavor. Any corporation would do this. I love the donuts but, there was one cashier and a line to the door. There's so many employees just standing around. In the mornings when I have to work I want it fast not having to wait 15 minutes to get timbits! And when I ordered them I want the amount I payed for.. also when there's little kids going in and out of the kitchen door eating donuts it's very unappetizing.... once again I came back and the inside was locked.. and the line is about 10 cars. And of course I'm the last. I've been here for about 10 minutes and I wish they had a better Tim Hortons around Rossford and not all the way out on Fremont pike. read more

We stopped here as part our annual 10 hour trek to visit my family. We have stopped here for the last two years and the family was looking forward to our annual 'Tim Hortons' rest stop. Unfortunately our excitement turned to disappointment as our order was messed up for multiple people, they forgot to give us some items we ordered and the service was questionable at best. I love Tim Hortons but this location is absolutely awful. The employees are rude and can barely ever get an order right! My husband and I live in Rossford and frequent this location at least 3 times a week, the chance of them actually getting our order right is slim. And to top that off they can not even give you a smile or tell you to have a nice day. I am not sure who manages this location but to say that it needs improvement is an understatement! read more

Slow & poor service x3 different employees, air conditioning is on when it is 45 outside - employee response? "Ha ha ha - it's been fluctuating all day. We have it set at 79 right now!" Terrible menu system - main menu is 20 feet away from where you PICK UP your order. Supervisor was screechy & uncaring - complained to us that how cashier rang up the order wrong. My husband and I love Tim Horton's. However, this location is lacking to say the least. It's become sort of a running joke (when we do end up stopping at this location) what they are going to get wrong this time. We've received wrong full meals we didn't even order at this location in the past. More recently, this morning (Dec 1) my husband ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich and they forgot the sausage. This is the worst service I have ever gotten at a Tim Hortons. This is the closest one to school (OCC) so unfortunately, I'm forced to frequent here. Honestly very poor service! The last couple of times I've gone here I always get a burnt croissant and when I say burn it's unbearably burnt. I also asked for two chocolate chip muffins and one was burnt and the other wasn't even chocolate! The last thing that really made my experience awful was that I asked for unsweetened green tea and I got a green tea with so much sugar in it I couldn't even drink it, it didn't even taste like green tea. I like their donuts and they manage to get a lot of cars through their drive through in the morning. Getting what you ask for is my problem. I ask for a variety of Timbits but NO berry or fruit please. Inevitably I get a berry one almost every time and today I got two. There has been many of times; after waiting over five minutes, I've had to leave out of the drive thru line. No coffee, No donuts. I thought I'd give it a chance despite the reviews and hoped improvements had been made. It was 1:50pm on a Saturday and being right off I 75 I expected efficient service. I was greeted at the speaker with,"There will be a 3 to 5 minute wait. Thank you." There was only one car ahead of me in the parking lot was virtually empty. I waited for three minutes and attempted to order a 12 grain bagel but was told that they are only made at 10am and when they run out they are out for the day. For a Saturday and due to the location of this store off I 75, one would expect that this location would be a gold mine. And Owens Community College is down the road so perhaps business and service are better during the school year. read more
